To. Tommy has made good on the previous issues and Im very pleased with the results that Tommy provided me. I also had another warranty issue with my tractor and Mike the parts guy kept me informed of the issue with the factory and got my parts in ASAP at no charge to me. Thanks for the help Tommy and Mike.I may be in the market for a new skid loader next ye6 and I will definitely get a quote from you..
I called to ask about a timeline for service on my lawnmower and I was told it would take 1 to 2 days. I made the hour drive to drop off the mower, and I was then told it would be up to a week. Today,2 weeks later, I called because I hadn’t heard any update and they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet. They were quite rude and unfriendly when I mentioned the timeline I had been told.
The worst possible place to buy anything from. Horible customer service. Rude employees. The only reason for a 1 star rating is there is no option for a no star rating. They lost all of my business from me and my company. My advice is steer clear away from these people!
I bought a new Bad Boy mower and they agreed to deliver it to me. So they brought it to my house and didnt bring the key and had to go back to get it. Ok, an honest mistake. I had ordered a mulch kit for it and it was going to be a week or two before it came in, but they said they would come back and pickup the mower when the mulch kit came in, install it and bring it back. They did all that and I didnt think the mower cut all that good and I wrote it off as thin grass. At the end of the season I jacked it up to clean it good and noticed the blades were put on upside down. No wonder it didnt cut good. They were very unorganized not very attentive in my opinion. I will find someone else to do any work on my mower.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Dont waste your time. Thats the people at the desk and the guy named Tommy who calls himself the owner. Completly a total waste of my day. Try the Duncan store or ebay to get parts! I would leave a zero review if I could.

Took a small LS140 skid steer in for some repair work. The unit had become very jerky to the point it could not perform work as needed. Related the information to the service department and they said they would be able to get everything straightened out. Went and picked up the unit a week later, inquired what they found wrong and was told that they replaced all the filters, (diesel, air, hydraulic) and that restricted flow was causing the bucking / jerking. They charged me around $900 to replace all filters. As soon as the unit was put back to work it was obvious the problem was still there with little if any improvement. Being fairly mechanically inclined I decided to trouble shoot the problem. I lifted the seat and quickly noticed the steering controls were no longer attached to the dampeners under the seat. 10 minutes later had the controls reattached to the dampeners and now the unit runs great.I am extremely disappointed that their techs would not have checked this first. It was such a simple fix. Needless to say I will not go back
I will sell my tractor and go to a different brand before I darken the door of this place again. Beeare

I took my tractor to central new holland for two reasons. 1. I purchased my tractor from them new, I’ve also purchased my finish mower and front end loader from them as well. Loyalty. 2. I thought they were an honest and fair business. Beware is what I have to say. Words of wisdom, if you want to use them, get your estimate in writing in detail, get other dealership estimates, I have an estimate $900. Less on labor than what they quoted.The mechanic at central new holland told me the diagnostic didn’t include putting my front end loader back on and that I would have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. Now I’m suppose to pay more than the $150 diagnostic agreed to and get it tomorrow because the front end loader had been taken off. I was obviously upset and went to Tommy (the Guy in charge) and he was so offended with my behavior ( I said what is happening is BS). Consequently Tommy asked me to leave because they were getting ready to close. Their website says they close at 5:30, yet Tommy said they close at 5:00 ( it was about 4:30). another inconsistency, Hum? I told him I’ll be happy to leave as soon as I get my tractor, either in one piece or two. The mechanic had the front end loader back on in about 10 or 15 minutes.Tommy defended the service girl because “that’s his daughter, “ he defended the mechanic saying,” the mechanic doesn’t know how to deal with customers, he’s a mechanic. “ When I was in business I was honest and fair, is that too much to expect anymore?Linda Nellis
Bought a tractor from them, finalized the deal and the bank mailed them a check. They call me that afternoon saying the tractor was already sold. They need to learn to communicate with their staff, wasted 2 days just to start over.
Bought my first tractor there and they couldnt have cared less about anything after the sale. One of the service techs seemed pissed that he had to get the implements I bought out of the stock and put it on the trailer. I went back much later to buy a part and they were charging $20 over retail price. I mentioned the price seemed wrong and had read about numerous others buying it for $40 instead of the $60 they wanted. Parts guy kind of laughed at me and told me to go buy it where I heard the others had. I left the part on the counter.
I purchased a Mahindra from her not long ago that was a little bit over $26,000 and they quit carrying the Mahindra brand. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE PRICES. When I bought the tractor I was supposed to get the heavy piping trailer and when they delivered it, he pulled in with the whimpy angle iron trailer when in the deal it was understood that I wanted the heavy trailer to begin with. I should have went with Kubota, but I didnt. Lesson learned be cautious people!
I took my JD 850 there and after and the found that one of the cylinders had a compression problem. Kyle did work with me on what I owed and I was able to sell it before putting any more money on it. Thanks Kyle.
Terrible customer service. Nothing is ever covered under warranty. Don’t buy from here. Go to John Deere or Kubota or wherever else. Anywhere else! 1 star is 1 Star too many!
