Fabrics Unlimited did a beautiful job re-upholstering this family chair. It required a much-needed update, and the vast assortment of lovely fabrics made this job very easy to complete, and we love the results. Their service and quick turnaround, along with creative design idea to pair horizontal and vertical use of the fabric has made this chair a showpiece in our living room. I would highly recommend Fabrics Unlimited to anyone looking for a wonderful variety of fabrics and very helpful design service - start to finish - and reasonable prices.

Have been on the hunt for 8ft curtain rods, would have purchased the ones they had but HORRIBLE customer service. No one asked if we needed help, not to mention acknowledging we walked in. Would definitely NOT recommend this place! Go to one of the many other options here in the OKC area that have some outstanding customer service compared to this place.

I am 6 months pregnant and can’t put a mask on for many health reasons. I was asked to leave their store without any care. When a business doesn’t care about the people coming through their doors there are some issues! One of these days I’ll get the balls to put one on and sue the store I am in for passing out

I have been to the store two times. Both times I walked all the way to the back and made my way back to the front looking at fabric. Each time no one ever spoke to me, no greeting, no offer to help, no goodbye as I walked out the door. Each time there at least two ladies standing and conversing with each other that I think were employees, so its not that they were busy helping someone else.The selection seems nice. The lack of service has stopped me from even considering purchasing from them.

Terrible customer service- They dont care once they have your money!If you want anything reupholstered go direct to Plugges- They have fabric to select from or you can purchase fabric anywhere else!
