Overall, it’s a clean store. However, I checked two lottery tickets. Both showed winning tickets at the self check machine. I pumped my gas and came back in to give my tickets to the cashier. As I was watching her check the tickets on their machine. Both showed dollar amount winners. The was a Cash 5 ticket already on the machine. I was confused. I asked her how what dollar amount did I win, she replied with the Cash 5 was a replay from its winnings. If it was a replay, why didn’t the ticket stub she showed me say that. Also with the Mega Million, she didn’t show me the ticket stub that showed how much I won. I left disappointed but I know God don’t like ugly and they both will get what’s coming to them. Honesty will take you a long way, not cheating people out of what they earned or deserve.

OnCue service with a smile, wide variety of products, cleanliness and convenience. The only reason they didnt get all 5 stars is due to something beyond their control... the intermittent availability of Styrofoam cups for coffee and fountain. This location is currently out of fountain. Next week that could change. Best bet is to bring your own and utilize their refill discount.

The drive thru is listed as opening at 6am. Its 615am and still closed. I stop every morning at this same oncue and only once have I seen it open on time, and even then - the attendant was more interested in her phone, than actually opening the window.Edit: Weeks later and the drive thru hasnt been open before 6:20 on any occasion Ive pulled in. The excuse today was that she hasnt made it in yet.The only store in town thats not open at 6.

Drive thru service tonight was worst yet.. I ordered only to have the person roll their eyes and utter something under their breath. I said “is there a problem ?. I finally just drove off without my drinks because her behavior was so bizarre..

They had the beer door locks before 1 am and supposedly the cashier lock them cuz she wanted to . I had to walk in to the freezer to get it put if i really wanted the beer.. went its freezing cold inside

Excellent experience. The girl cleaning and refilling the tea was super sweet to my little girl and Louie, the cashier, was fantastic and hooked us up with their reward program. Very pleased with every visit to this location.

OnCue is superior to any other gas station, hands down. I would never, ever, ever use a bathroom at a gas station if I didnt have to, but OnCues are always clean and well kept. They have the best variety of bottled and fountain drinks--and lots of snacks to choose from. It feels safe with well lit parking lots and several employees who rotate through the store. Theres always movement and action, no one is just standing around. They seem to have a good system to keep safety a top priority. Im not sure the gas is cheaper or better, but if you have to choose between OnCue and anywhere else, choose onCue.

Definitely a super clean, professional gas station/truck stop. When traveling across the country, clean restrooms and interior store is a huge bonus! Definitely would love to visit again!

Today, June 9, 2020, a clerk gave a person shopping for me the wrong item, and when I called to ask to exchange it for the correct item was told no, that it was my fault for not checking it before I left (I wasnt there). Ive been a very good customer--gas and other items--for seven years. But that was the last dollar that company gets from me.

For a week now we have gone to every OnCue around OKC and every single one of their air tanks are broken. Forget that. We spend too much $$ there to not have that one small convenience not working. I’ll stick with 7-11.

Somebody needs to tell these employees that loudly speaking negatively about another employee while customers are present is not acceptable at all. Check your schedule for everyone that was working around 5:30pm on Sunday, March 15th, 2020. Every single employee that was there at that time was highly unprofessional and as so were very rude to customers. That’s the level of customer service that causes businesses to disappear.

Usually OnCue is my favorite gas/convenience store. Philips 66 is the best gas on the market. The men’s room was disgraceful. I politely notified the attendant and he was incredibly rude as if I didn’t flush or puked on the toilet and floor. Stay away. Customers shouldn’t be cursed with the “F Bomb”

Best gas prices around typically. Great prices on soda fountain drinks. The staff isnt very friendly, but the pumps are self serve so that doesnt usually effect me.

This is a great OnCue. Clean and the staff are awesome and friendly stop by here every morning to get coffee and tea. The tea is made fresh.

This knockoff QuikTrip looks like its doing well, but they cant even do cash back on a debit. Im really only looking for $5, is that uncommon to offer the option for $5 to $10 on cash back for a debit purchase? This must be a terrible neighborhood or just a company with bad policies...

Frequent this location often. Have always have courteous staff whenever I go in or through the drive-through. Saw a staff member come out and assist a patron at the pump, which I havent seen done at any other gas station before. Clean store & grounds!

Stopped here to use the restroom, it was a hot mess! The first stoll didn’t have any toilet tissue then there was blood on the trash and there was no paper towels. Come on now oncue you all are supposed to be the BEST!?!

This is the location on NW Expressway near NW 63rd st. At this location there is the following: gas (100% and 10% ethanol), grill items (hot dogs and deep fried items), fountain drinks/ice teas, several coffe options, packaged drinks, frozen yogurt, and numerous snack options. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathrooms like all the other locations I have been to in the metro were clean. I would rate this location 5.0 stars.

Great staff, but DONT YOU DARE go through the drive thru if theres even a couple cars ahead, it always takes at least 20 to 30 minutes to get through the line. Absolutely ridiculous. And once theres a car behind you theres no way to pull out, youre trapped and just have to sit there. I just go into the building now, its much faster.

It’s on cue. On cue is the gold standard for convenience stores.

Rude employees

Phillips Petroleum gas, diesel, and CNG fuels available at this location. Great convenience store with excellent Coffee bar with specialty coffee dispenser. Fresh cooked hotdogs, sausages, and other hot food as well as all of the other products and services of a convenience store - very helpful and friendly staff. They have a drive through too!!

Everytime I come here, not my usual store thank goodness! Several times Ive had to google and call store phone, just to get service in the drive thru! My daughter is an Oncue employee. Her store is not like this one at all !! They care about their customers theyre not there to play and mess around !

Great Coke Zero. They got the correct syrup to CO2 mixture, which makes a big difference in how it taste. And they have a helpful and friendly staff.

Very, very rude black lady, Phyllis was also rude and didnt handle the situation! ALSO, THE BOY THREATENED ME! THE BLACK GIRL SAID,YOUR MOMMA! TO ME! MY MOTHER JUST DIED, AND IM A DISABLED VETERAON, OWNER OF 4 BUSINESSES, AND A CONTACTOR IN 7 STATES! They dont listen and have attitudes! They argued that I need to move my car? Because they assumed, didnt listen, or CARE! I will never buy from any oncue, even if I run out of gas! Corporate has a message to call me after the holidays!

Pumps wont take cards and employees are very rude. Save yourself time and go to a different place for fuel.

Nice, if a bit distracted staff. Fast gas pumps. They also regular, e85 and 10% alcohol options. Plus they have protein and energy bars.

This is my favorite OnCue location because you can get in and out quickly with entrances and exits on NW Expressway on one side and 63rd on the other.

6/24 I went thru the drive thru around 5p. When I handed the clerk my money, she took the bills and dropped the change. No big deal, I totally understand. Instead of apologizing, or her correcting this, she expected me to get out in the drive way and pick up my change. Not wanting to scratch my car door, I dug through my purse and gave her another quarter & dime... Then she said, youre a penny off. Seriously? Wow. Thats great customer service. Im in an oncue drive thru every day on my way to work, I have never experienced someone being as rude. It honestly made me question if Ill ever go back to that oncue.
