Warning!! Don’t go to this store!! Worst Walgreens ever I will never go back to this location and just keep on shopping online the lack of customer place is ridiculous you better off closing this store Walgreens! I came in 4 mins until closing and the manager yelled across the store “closing in 2 mins” I asked for directions to quickly check out and the manager was so rude. Once it was 10pm as I am was walking to the register the manager was so rude yelled they were closed and I asked for the District managers number. The Manager didn’t even know and she acted like she didn’t care and was so rude. As my nephew was walking up to check out another person comes up turn to be other manager reminding me again that Walgreens had closed. I express the lack of customer service they had given us. She hand me my receipt and said in a very rude tone call the 1800 number than. This why people don’t go into stores anymore to avoid this lack of customer service. Never ever will I go back to this store. May just avoid Walgreens at all cost.

The district manager was in the pharmacy talking to the pharmacist and paid no attention to customers waiting. You would think customers would come first especially management.

Customers here are the worst it south side okc if you offended you must be one of them. So entitled and never read anything.

The staff Is horrible I told the lady I would only make the purchase if they had cash back and they had a max of 20 she didn’t even give me my Walgreens discount and when I left the store she still charged my card which is theft. They think they’re slick but I’m filing a report to corporate. The cashier who stole from me is named Kelsey.

Worst walgreen’s ever!!! Please avoid this location. The time on the door and on google says that they are open until 9:00pm but the manager closed the door in our face 15 minutes early at 8:45pm. Either update your hours or let people in because that is unacceptable.

The pharmacy is rude

I had an interview here and it was almost like they saw me and didn’t hire me. The manager didn’t even ask me any questions or anything. It was the fastest interview I’ve ever had. Less than five minutes.

I went to that store and wanted to buy a mini fan. They keep paging that customer needs assistance in that aisle and I realize that they watching the camera and following me. Every time i went to different aisle i hear them page. Before i find the fan i was checking some aisle and see what i can probably buy or maybe is there something interesting that i can see. But i feel bad for treating me like that.

Under staffed / Under trained - garbage fire

After a day truly from H___. I went to this Walgreens and it was a JOY!!!!! Everyone was nice. I found things I was looking for everywhere. I got my shot quick and feeling respected. And most importantly, they had my favorite HALLOWEEN Candy on the shelf already!!!!!! What a way to switch my day back to positive.

It has a good selection. The actual pharmacy is not bad.

When from A 5 * to 3 * store. All because of One persons actions. Please you should always treat the customers better than what they look like. You never know who they might be. I Had a very rude encounter with an employee on the crew today. (And all I did was straighten the hot wheels and take some appealing pictures for the companys sake. Usually there are 3 wonderful people working. Today was not the same. On the other hand the store was very clean ever isle was organized and the toys look great!! so if that 1 problem is changed or fixed in some way there is a 5* out of 5*. For now👎🏻. Whoever the usual morning crew is, they are wonderful.

Very rude employees would not recommend buying here. Maybe 1 or 2 employees that are nice but did not like shopping here. Cashier are always in a bad mood.

The lady at the checkout decided to very loudly and rudely in front of other customers tell me my drivers license had expired when trying to buy medicine, got outside to look at my license and it doesn’t expire until 2020. Maybe learn how to read a license if you’re going to be working a checkout

A top-notch pharmacy with a great selection of accessories and other items. A good place for a quick shopping experience

This location recently changed the closing times from Midnight to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 p.m. on Sunday. This Walgreens is an interesting hybrid store in that it tends to have an interesting mix of items which seemed to match the demographic of the area. Some things may be available at this location that are not in stock at the 89th and Penn store and vice versa. The staff has generally been friendly every time I visited although oddly this location is open till midnight.

Its horrible up there right now. Theres probably 2 employees that are nice & helpful. I called to talk to manager about the pharmacy saying I picked up my prescription when I didnt & the Lead said they were the Manager on Duty do I was telling her about my issue she said hold on let me get the Asst Manager. Wow! I was talking to asst manager then she interrupts me & asked a question & says that she didnt interrupt me. Tells me Im wrong about something tells me to call s 1-800# & call tomorrow to talk to pharmacist. So I couldnt get my script, have to wait tell tomorrow. About a month ago they lost some of my prescriptions. Ive been doing business with them for years but Im not doing ANYMORE!! Horrible Service

Will not be going back. Manger and clerk are very rude, a man was paying with his card but forgot his ID and the clerk grab the items out of his hands and told him she won’t sell to him and never asked if he has cash, which he did have. They did a similar thing to me.
