Really, good looking out oncue, way to pull a 7-11.

Always quick and easy but very very pricey

Gas pumps do not give out receipts when using debit cards. Every trashcan is overflowing and absolutely no window cleaning fluid in any of the bins. This is not the first time this is happened lately at an OnCue. And definitely not the first time at this particular onCue. Too many company and fleet vehicles come here to gas up for this to be a common occurrence. I was told they would get some fluid out immediately waited 10 minutes nobody came out. Time is money moving on down the road. May have to start checking out local competition to onCue. We literally have five company vehicle that fill up Daily in onCue. 🙄

Very good gas prices, and super convenient location. They have 100%, 90%, diesel and CNG. Its also generally way easier to grab a bite here if youre on the road. My only complaint is that their air pump was out for a few weeks, but it looks like they have it working now and even installed another one.

12 pm in the middle of a workday and they have one cashier, with 3 managers sitting behind the counter having a nice conversation while theres a line all the way to the fountain drinks. Whoever is the mid day manager really should go back through training.

Lived in Hawaii for a year and a half. It wasnt the paradise you might think. No good ice, no Styrofoam cups, no good yet inexpensive donuts. They may have had ohana, but theres nothing better than a friendly Okie smile! OnCue, I missed you! Ive been to the Highway 152 in Mustang every day since I got back... and, I admit to several other locations throughout the city. When I stepped off the airplane that morning, I had arrived. 10 minutes later when I hit the doors of OnCue, I was finally home! Thanks for being there, guys.

The service is good, the only problem I have is that the tea is stale sometimes.

I have agoraphobia any day or hour this place has a line to the back of the store. You smell of pizza and bakery after 1 minute so wear dirty laundry. The air is free. This is no safe zone as it says on sign.

Lots of pumps, clean restrooms. Have some rollers with hot food.

Hopie most hard working worker at this location you need it she will get it ... Slaving washing a parking lot with no help

I have mixed feelings about this OnCue. The people at the register never pay any attention to you, they’re only talking very loudly to their coworkers. But the grip people are always awesome and are paying attention, and talking to you. I’ve actually noticed that at a lot of OnCues. But the store itself has a large selection of items and the grill is pretty good unless you get your burgers dry and plain. The pattys aren’t seasoned..

Love the coffee and there hospitality

DeeDee is phenomenal... She goes out of her way to take care of all of her customers. I’ve never seen anyone multitask they way she does.

They claim to have CNG fuel but half the times Ive stopped for gas here, theyre out. No bags on the pumps or anything to communicate this to customers. The pumps are just turned off with no explanation. I see a few others reviews with the same issue. Seems like its not going to be addressed by management. Too bad, I wont be back.

Employees are always very pleasant and the store is always kept very neat and tidy, but it was my experience today that won me as a customer ..... I pulled in, got out, payed for gas, pumped it and as I was about to leave, my car wouldnt start . I asked a few customers for just a simple jump and none could be bothered with such a task . I went inside and asked the clerk if he could, and he didnt skip a beat to help me and my grandson out ... I didnt get his name, but he knows who he is, thank you !! On cue is lucky to have you as an employee!!

I find that the employees are very pleasant. The store is always fully stocked with everything. I like the fact they always ask do you want a copy of your receipt instead of assuming that you dont and toss it. The food grill is satisfactory and fresh. They could work on checking the orders for accuracy, but that will improve Im sure. There are always some type of law enforcement around so I feel safe when Im there since it so close to the freeway. Thank you OnCue!!

Came in at 130 am and the cashier wasnt wearing a mask. Walked out, will be reporting them again for not following city mandate

If youre used to the old type of convenience store, oncue is that on steroids. They dont mess around with a lot of the stuff you would find in a regular quick shop, they specialize in snacks, drinks, ice cream, candies, and thats pretty much it. But thats pretty much all you want. I love it here. Come in and try it, I think you will too.

Bathroom wasnt clean. Staff not very friendly. Scary security dude by the door.

Great soda would have given 5 stars but they dont have vanilla for your soda here! they only one in the metro that doesnt ? kinda silly

I work at the railroad depot adjacent to this store. The service is always great regardless of the time. Im there at different hours and the place is always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Lots of parking. Some things are priced well, some are not. Good size parking lot. Gas prices are wonderful!

I go to this store a few times a week but I have made the decision to take my business elsewhere. There are 2 employees who act like Im an inconvenience to them every time Im there. When I walk up to the counter, there is no greeting, not even eye contact, they dont tell me the price, and they dont thank me. They look peeved during the whole transaction. I work in retail so I totally understand having bad days or being spent at the end of the shift, but this is my experience every time one of the 2 employees Im speaking of is behind the counter. If they dislike doing their job so much they should find work somewhere else. I just hope it isnt the place to which I will now be giving my business.

The frozen yogurt bar is a nice touch. The staff is always very friendly. And the selection is amazing. They usually have good gas prices too

The grill at oncue has very good burgers and pizza for very low prices and they taste fresh.

Wrong prices posted. Clerk simply said we need to change the sign and hurried me out of the line. Terrible customer service.

It is a very big gas station. I never needed to wait to put gas in my car.

New management has made great progress in improving the quality of the OnCue customer experience.

CNG is a joke . The pumps are always out of order. South two pumps are down more than working.

Overpriced for no reason except greed. I just drive the extra block to 7-11. Things that are $.99 at 7-11 are $1.39 at OnCue. And nothing is convenient about these stores. Takes entirely too long to check out.

1st thing I would love to state definition of solicitation is the act of asking for or trying to obtain something from someone or the act of accosting someone and offering ones or someone elses service as a prostitute I went and met a client this morning at this oncue. Being a female meeting someone for the first time public open places are safest. Was just speaking to the gentleman when a skinny white boy (his actions dont justify him as a man) and a heavy set black security came up to us and asked us to leave for solicitation. No-one prior came out and asked us what we were doing, no-one asked us to leave politely. Automatically thought we were solicitating and instead of having the courage to ask what we were doing had us removed. I was speaking to my friend who owns his business. We informed them we were not solicitating and they brought up our conversing, then my friend giving a business card to cashier AFTER she asked for it. Then used the only excuse they could this is private property and we have the right to ask you to leave. As a paralegal it is illegal to discriminate even if its black on white. Im disgusted at this location and if it werent for my friend I would have walked down the sidewalk and asked the cop for assistance as well as start a law suite for I would have been in the right to do so. Also reading other reviews seems like discrimination is the high light for this location. Dont go here. The one on 15th and I 35 is a better location, so is the one on northwest expressway.

Friendly service and they have 100% real gas on some of the pumps- they have big colorful signs up!

I will never shop at an OnCue store again after stopping at this store. This was my first experience with this chain and it will be my last. My family and I are from out of town and we have a child who is in the nearby childrens hospital. We needed a few things so my wife and I went to this store. When checking out as I went to pay, I turned to my wife and asked if she needed cigarettes and she said yes. The clerk asked for both of our ids. I had mine but my wife didnt have hers. As I said, we just left the hospital for a moment to get a few things. Im 40 years old and my wife is 30. I was the one who asked for the cigarettes, I was the one paying, and I had my I.D. yet the clerk refused to sell me cigarettes. Ive never been anywhere where you need two I.D.s to buy a pack of cigarettes. Honestly, I feel like I was racially discriminated against. All clerks in the store were black and Im a white male with a shaved head. This is the first time since I was 18 years old that Ive been told I couldnt buy cigarettes while having my I.D. in hand. Im fairly certain that I was racially discriminated against.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Walked up to the counter and wasnt greeted so I said hello to the gentleman just staring at me for almost a minute. Didnt smile or bother to take his headphones out of his ears to hear me. I asked him if I could get a pack of cigarettes and he seemed so irritated that he had to do his job and help me. Only thing that was said to me was my total. This is not the first time he has done this to me and customers in front of me. Then as I sat in my car he comes out and starts throwing cones into the parking spaces and starts cussing up a storm because my car is in his way. If you hate your job this much dont work here. He also likes to gossip with coworkers while there is a line at the register instead of helping them. Extremely rude. Cussing super loud about me sitting in a parking space. Splashed my vehicle with the chemicals used to clean the parking lot. I hope it doesnt ruin the paint on my car. Extremely upset about this. He should not be representing your company.

Long lines are common here. While standing in one this morning I asked the guy that was working if everyone just left him up there by himself, he said no, the others are just trying to get things done for shift change.WOW. Is all I could think. WOW.Since this incident Ive had another where the guy yelled and argued with me. If I could rate this location less than 1 star, it would receive negative 5 stars!

Always clean and the workers are friendly at this location. And, the service is fast.

I will never go to this ghetto ass gas station againI come here all the time to meet clients to pick up deposits for photoshoots and today I get out of my car and immediately and employee of oncue ask me for my business card then the black security guard asked me for my business card as well then 5 minutes later as Im collecting a deposit for a wedding photo shoot I was asked to leave leave the premises for solicitingJust goes to show how much of an idiot these people are when the term solicit actually means Websters Dictionary to obtain information from another source but hey these are On Cue employees that cant be that intelligent bunch of dumb freaking idiots!

Has the Frozen Yogurt Bar, the roller grill with a dozen different things on it, a coffee station as well as your assortment of consumables and protein bars and everything you come to expect from am OnCue. It did smell a little odd. Not sure if its cleaning chemicals or what this morning.

Cashier coughed all over my lunch. All locations have pretty rough service but that takes the cake. You should send some mystery shoppers, you’d be amazed at what you’ll find. Clean bathrooms though.

Nice quality gas station

This is more about the location of the store than the actual store itself. The intersection where this store is located (N.W. 23rd and Sante Fe Ave) is a madhouse of traffic. If youre gonna go to this store, do so only late at night or early in the morning.And whatever you do, do NOT approach this place via the 23rd street exit from northbound I-235.
