Used to be my favorite location. I would literally go out of my route to go here. But the employees complain about only having 2 people a shift when it literally takes 2 people to run a store. These kids these days arent trained enough to know what theyre doing. They literally talk down to customers. I could have been the owner. Or from corporate. And they would have lost their jobs today for the way they spoke. But Im not. So I just wont spend my money there. Better customer service skills are definitely needed for these kids that work there.

Great Customer Service Everytime!! I always comes in during lunch hours, im terrible remembering packing my lunch lol. They have enough register to get you in and out.

Standard 7-11. The 3 stars reflects their burger/pizza stand inside. Just went in and asked for 2 (TWO) slices of pepperoni. Was told their should be some on top of the warmer plate. Went over and there was 1 (ONE) slice that had obviously been there for a while. So... I grabbed a hot link with a somewhat dry bun and left.

Very crowded, they require masks but most people dont wear them and they will not enforce it.And now I know why!

This 7 eleven is not too far from where I work. Its well maintained and clean.The drinks area is well organized and the selection of items is good.I dont come here that often but when I do I never have any issues.Gas of course is affordable and the service is great. Some of the prices on the other hand are not the best around.

All the new 7/11’s have been very nice. I remember the old location down the street. This one is very nice. Good selection on everything.

Very clean area around the coffee but the coffee was cold the creek was zoo kind to make fresh coffee . That was really cool .

Definitely a step above the usual 7-11. This location offers a counter with stools and lots of outlets for charging your devices. The new breakfast sandwiches are tasty and reasonably priced.

Me and my coworkers are all sick of the woman who works here at night constantly berating customers over trivial things, she say something rude to me every time I go in and treats everyone like they are a problem. If she was moved elsewhere then I would rate this store 5 stars

Older woman that works here is very rude and snobby, not personal at no point of my visit, probably wont be going back. I was sitting in parking lot after speaking with management and he had no problem until this woman came to work and trew a fit cause I was sitting in a lighted parking lot that has no sings up of no long trem parking... Extremely rude crabby woman...

Great store great people been going to it long before they moved locations the employees are very friendly an you will almost always walk out with a smile

Large 7-Eleven with several gas pumps. Gas is usually some of the cheapest in the area. Always extremely busy but still a quick in and out.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Great food selections at Capital City. Awesome variety of coffees and fountain and other drinks. Highly recommended.

Horrible place, 3 registers open with a line around the store and cashier yelling at people to go to the end of one line. Guess theyre not smart enough to handle more than one line
