Great to order online but dont expect any common courtesy from the high school staff working the storefront if youre in the area and want to pick something up!

I normally dont go on Google to write reviews, but this store deserved the 5-stars! I luckily found this boutique online when a Daydreamer band tee I wanted was sold out on the brands official website. Since then, I have ordered two Daydreamer LA shirts from Lush Lounge! Shipping is superrr fast! I live in Florida and this store is in Oklahoma City and it still only took 3 days to receive my package! Like..Wow! Above and beyond! Buy from this shop!

I dont come to this area often at all and drove all the way over to this establishment to try something on I seen online only to be told by the manager that the item is not in store and to order online and come back and pick it up, oh and for the manager to make it seem like the item was in a totally different location when it would truly take her no more than 5 mins to walk a few stores down to get it......what, really, no. Oh, and she cant leave the store at all, of course after I brought it to her attention its just a few stores down to get since its not in store, to walk down there to make the customer happy and willing to keep the customers business. Nope. So, I will continue give my business to Gils, Lucca, anyone other than Lush....Thanks for the GREAT customer experience.

This is my new favorite place for the cutest Oklahoma local tees. There was a large selection and prices were very reasonable. The staff was very kind and helpful. They were very gracious in helping me find what I needed with a toddler in tow! I will be back and cant wait to check out their other merchandise!

I have only been to Lush Fashion Lounge twice but on both occasions the staff went out of their way to be of extra help to me including going to the warehouse to search for specific products for me. I also felt like all of the staff were super friendly and kind and I will definitely plan to return to this store. Also, if you are looking for face masks they have great quality masks and they are all super cute, they have so many different styles to choose from! I highly recommend checking out this great little boutique!

I cannot brag on this precious boutique enough!!! I absolutely love how friendly they are and how helpful the staff always is. I specifically shop at Lush because the customer service is always top notch. This team is amazing! If there is a new face that I don’t recognize, they introduce themselves to me and spark up a conversation. I feel like the wide variety of clothing that they offer is amazing. I’m no fashionista, so I always ask for help when going in and always leave with a smile on my face!The online shopping option and pick up is AMAZING too!!!

Never been to Lush before, but my daughter wanted a gift certificate from there! So glad I went! Such nice girls who immediately welcomed me! And showed me where to go! The clothes are beautiful! And they gift wrap! All I got was a gift card and look at this cute wrapping!

Lush is my absolute FAVORITE store to shop in! Not only do they have the cutest clothes, but the staff is always so sweet! I always look forward to going in to shop there. If Im looking for something specific for game night or a date, one of the girls will help me put something together and it always turns out much cuter than anything I would have picked out! They also have great sales online and in store and I always take advantage of those! By far the best boutique in Oklahoma!

There assortment of clothing, home items, and accessories is adorable. I was there looking for a bridal shower romper, and they have a bride clothing line specifically for this special occasion, which makes it easier. Store was decorated beautifully!! Music made me want to keep shopping.The one star Im deducting is for the 3 girls who work at the dressing room. I understand due to virus circumstances you are required to keep your distance, but to not feel as if they want you to buy the items you are trying on is not how I would run business. Them standing around talking to each other, not considerate of the customer, and just getting in the way is disappointing.

The BEST customer service!!! I live in Florida and randomly came across Lush Fashion Lounge when searching for a birthday gift. I bought an item online over the weekend and wasnt sure if there would be any delays in shipment due to Covid. I called on Monday morning and the representative that I spoke with checked to make sure that the item was in stock and ready to be shipped. They even told me that if I need it earlier they would see what they could do. My item came in 2 days with plenty of time before the birthday! Thank you for such exceptional customer service!

We are from Arkansas, and coming to Lush is always on our list every Oklahoma trip! The staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful! A great trendy selection that isnt at every other boutique as well. They have a huge selection of OK apparel and even have some cute baby stuff too!

Customer service is non-existent in this store, especially if you have a child. No greeting, no “can I help you find something, can I start a fitting room” nothing. Nada. Even after spending a considerable amount of money, with my hands completely full of bags and a crying baby, with at least 5 employees standing around not a single one of them offered to get the door.

I have spent a small fortune here but after my most recent Trip here I won’t return. Let me start with the fact that they clearly do not support plus sizes! I am not that big but am currently am in an xl as I recently had a baby and they don’t have ANYTHING that really supports that. Second issue is that they don’t clean the fitting rooms between customers, waited 15 minutes for a room and even asked if they needed to clean it of which they said no it’s fine go on it. And last the staff especially the girl that was at the fitting room Saturday was very rude. I understand you are social distancing but I was already nearly in tears as you she nothing in my size and how hard would it have been for someone to ask if I needed help or had questions or even show a glimpse of a freaking smile! I felt like they were extremely gossipy and it was an overall uncomfortable feeling.

I just bought a tie dye set and I love it so I bought another one online! Everyone was very nice. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service. I am not local to OKC, so i have to order online.Not being able to be in the store, and try on the clothes before buying them is tough, but the staff makes the exchange process so simple, and efficient. I sent back what i didnt like, and once it made it to them, my new order was sent back to me two days later. The girls i spoke with in the store, and warehouse were all very helpful, and very accommodating!

Lush is my first and last stop when I need an outfit. They always come thru with a perfect ensemble. Customer service in on point too!

I’ve never gone here because, honestly, I assumed this store didn’t have bigger sizes. WAS I WRONG OR WHAT! This store has sooooo many sizes and is very inclusive! All the ladies working were so nice and helpful, even when I asked their opinion on a kimono color. I’ll definitely be back :)

Extremely friendly/helpful staff. Plenty of verity in clothing options. Online shopping using their official website was so easy. Shipped my order to me in 2 days without paying for the express shipping! Email notifications were in real time and accurately reflected the status of your order. Would highly recommend online shopping if you dont love big crowds and small isles. Tons of super cute Okie & collegiate apparel too.

The place was cute but they need better customer service, a hello or a smile goes a long way. Their clothes are a little bit overpriced and they also run big. Overall is was okay but I wouldn’t shop here again because they don’t have my size.

Their selection is incredible and they truly have something for everyone’s style and price range!

My favorite part of Lush is that I can pick up a cool tshirt for game day or the whatever season it might be and my friends can find a date night outfit or something casual. Even my niece can find something to wear! Its a store for everyone, thats affordable, on top of style, and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly! Literally my go to place to shop!

The staff is always friendly and helpful when I go here to pick something up for my wife. On a few different occasions Ive purchased clothing here, only for it to rip on the first wash. We washed and dried per the instructions on the tag, but still continued to run into this problem. The staff is great, and always allowed me to take it back and exchange it for something else.

Very organized and most of them are quality items. I do wish that their models would differ some. Maybe have some bigger girls and some super small girls to give everyone a bit of an idea of what itd look like on them. Overall, I love the store and the items there.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went in with my mom searching for a graduation dress and I wasnt greeted and was ignored by every employee in the building. When I finally asked for help looking for a specific item, the two employees were incredibly rude and acted put out to help me. Completely unprofessional. I left empty handed because I refuse to spend money in a boutique with pretentious teenage girls.
