I was driving along the road when a policeman drove up beside me and shouted “pull over”! I replied “actually, it’s my new Columbia jacket but thank you for noticing”. 😂😂😂Every vacation of ours is now a hiking adventure. So were always on the hunt for new gear before each hike (if, for nothing else, so were not always wearing the same stuff in pictures)Were starting to realize that the Columbia Store, despite being a factory store, still doesnt compete all that well with Academys offering (EVEN on Columbia-branded gear).Customer service has always been peasant to us.

Staff was awful. Employee with the name Misty was unhelpful and incredibly rude. Misty stood in front of clothes that we were looking at, did not offer help whatsoever. The dressing rooms closed more than half an hour before the store was supposed to close. I understand store closing hours, but we were being rushed out of the place before it was even close to closing time. Clothes were rang in at a higher price than on the tag, and when we told Misty she was silent and unapologetic and changed the price with an attitude. She threw clothes in the bag and did not say a single word while checking us out. The store was fine but we will not be returning due to the awful attitude of the employee.

They had the store at a meat locker temperature. We informed the clerk, and she said they were aware of it but they were comfortable. I guess it doesn’t matter for the customers. Bring winter clothes, bit if you are here to try out shorts, you are just going to have to suffer.

Honestly, just went in to look around. Very friendly people, not too busy and found some great bargains!!!!

I like there jackets and shirts. We have found some great deals here over the years. Sometimes as much as half price of retail. It all just depends on the time of year. Always good prices after the new year.

They said close 7:00 pm, but is not true, they close 6:30 pm, and the blond woman was really rude.

This store has all kinds of quality Columbia products. The sales clerks are knowledgeable and friendly as well. I purchased a couple of Columbia t-shirts, a rain jacket for my wife and a gardening hat while I was there. It has good prices and usually has some kind of good deals or discounts going on.

This is a great place. Stuff you really cant find many other places in OKC, at least not for fair prices. Good prices, good selection
