Great Christmas store with many options if you are looking for plenty of choice to create a unique Christmas display in your home or on the outside. The staff is friendly. Prices are high, higher than many other locations you can find Christmas decorations. The indoor displays are gorgeous and set-up in a way that helps you to forget you are in a store.

Ive shopped here for years. The staff is always knowledgeable, courteous, and available. It is the premier Christmas store in OKC and Id even go as far as the entire state. If youre looking for high end hand blown ornaments from top designers, look no further. If you want a high quality artificial tree, I guarantee you will find just the one, unless you are looking for a lime green, orange or pink tinsel tree. If Im not mistaken, they do not sell colored trees. And that is the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars.

Okay this place is like Christmas on crack. Its fabulous if you love Christmas its fabulous if you love ornaments its fabulous if you like Christmas at all. Great place to get pictures and you can take pictures of whatever you want in there the staff was very nice and the building and the decorations were fabulous.

The staff kept following me and my friend around and asking if we needed help when we clearly told them multiple times and multiple staff that we was just looking and enjoying all the lights and elfs they had everywhere!Sheesh people back off!We know how to ask for help if we ever needed it thanks!That was COMICAL!

North Pole City was amazing. I have been wanting to go there for years. It is like walking into a magical paradise. It takes an hour to see everything. The trees and decorations are beautiful and of good quality. There is a train for children to ride on, and Santa Claus tells the children the true story of Christmas and that Jesus loves them. I felt like a little girl again with the magic of Christmas completely surrounding me. There are so many ornaments and lights to choose from along with many more Christmas decorations.

This place is a winter wonderland in OKC . lots of beautiful trees and orderment decorate . its a great place for inspiration to decorate your tree .

North Pole City is indeed a Christmas Store on Steroids and then some.It took me a while wandering through the maze of absolute floor to ceiling glittery, blinking, twirling decorational displays, before I realized the inside of the store was a whole North Pole village of shops, stores, and cottages each individually decorated with an an overwhelming immense collective and variety of lights, ornaments, trees, figurines, and every other imaginable decoration ever made.I can truly say that I have never seen anything even close to the North Pole City store, and let me tell you my wife has dragged me through so many other Christmas stores I can’t count them, and none of them can hold a candle to the sheer volume, quantity, and quality of North Pole City’s impressive inventory.

Love this store at Christmas time great place to take your kids pick out a special order meant for the tree every year thats what I do with my grandchildren.

Weve made it a family tradition to go here during the holidays. Everything they sell is pricey, but its worth it just to look around, youll never see anyplace with as many indoor Christmas lights. But, its Santa that makes this place truly special, he is the nicest most down to earth guy ever, and hes great with the kids, he actually takes time to sit and talk with each one. 100% worth the cost of the photos!

Bought a tree this year and love the tree. A couple of lights are out and due to LED lights the trees lights are only guaranteed for one year. I was told to bring it in after Christmas as soon as possible. Took it in today and was rudely told to make an appointment. They got a bit friendlier after I said I had already spoken to someone about it but was still left with the only option to return later due to warehouse being crowded. Ugh. Took a lot to rearrange schedule to get this tree brought back here today at their request of ASAP after Christmas just to be refused due to being crowded in the warehouse this time of year.Will keep review posted. I hate posting anything negative so am hoping for a better result tomorrow. When again! I’ll rearrange schedule to take the tree in.Update: Tree lady took care of this situation and apologized for the poor staff member who was not friendly. Hoping this lady was just having a bad day

Its always crowded, but with covid its surprisingly worse the only way out is through the cash register area and if there is someone buying something there is absolutely no social distancing.the other way out you need to ask a person working to let you out. This year they did not make a town model in the back room but its to be expected that this year all the stops are not pulled out.On the better side they closed off the small house elf rooms so children cant get in them.Other than these changes its the same as all the other years, packed, loud, and good for kids wanting to experience the magic of north pole city.

Prices are a little steep by WalMart standards, but what a Christmas wonderland!

Probably not a store I would ever go back to. Went over the weekend to get Christmas Decorations (and they do have a lot of really great stuff - fun experience to be there). It is, though, extremely overpriced for what they offer. A single 7-food length of tree garland was listed at 14.99, but when we paid, we were charged 29.99. A tree topper was 49.99, and single strands of lights were 19.99. After getting home, the tree topper did not work, and the correct adapter was not included with the lights. We had been told we could return items up until December 10th, so we returned the very next day to return items. There was only a single person we could speak with about returns, and she was immediately hostile and accused us of lying that the products didnt work (which shouldnt matter because I had the receipts, packaging, and was within the return window they gave us). After about an hour of arguing, she did finally take the returns. The store is really beautiful, though. If it werent for the crazy prices and the experience with the return, would definitely recommend. They also do a really good job with enforcing that people wear a facemask.

If u need a specific specialty item this would be the place to go but for general decor that u c in other stores I would definitely not recommend shopping here. Customer service was competent but not friendly. The store seemed crowded, old, and dark. Not welcoming.

Actually -5 stars!!!! My sister is here from out of state and had never been. She is on oxygen, I am disabled and unable to wear a mask either, but we were ganged up on, by 4 women employees, as soon as we walked in, so needless to say...we left and will NEVER return. I guess shes not missing anything because they are severely over priced anyways. Very unfortunate!!

After seeing one of their Christmas trees, i was blow away as i had never seen a tree so beautiful! Every year they redecorate the whole atore with a different theme. The store is closed to business around end of January through Labor day for planning and redecorating the whole store. They have a multitude if different Christmas trees, reeds and garlands like you have never witnessed before! I made a promise to my son last year as we did not have a Christmas tree that this year, we would have a magical and beautiful tree! The mist beautiful tree he had ever seen! So i went early in November to North Pole City to discover my options and cost to determine my budget. If you want a quick and cheap decoration, this is not the store for you but if you are looking for a once in a lifetime tree with the very extreme best realistic look and feel, this is it! I tried buying a Balsam Hill brand tree (touted as the most realistic) and it surely was not!North Pole City carries the very best and most realistic trees in the nation! I spent three weeks researching for (cheaper) alternatives but it was a waste of time. After making peace with my budget I am determined to make my son’s Christmas the very best and most beautiful ever!After walking into the store, I started browsing and Natalie at the store dropped what she was doing to help me discover the right tree and ideas for my goal. They offer lay away this year and you can even special order replicas of sone of the decorating items around the store. I placed a special order for a beautiful reef pictured below with Rachel (she created this amazing work). I can’t wait to pick up my tree (lay away) and the rest of my decorations but rest assured i wont be doing much Christmas decorations as i have found the perfect and balanced setup.Not only do I recommend North Pole City and their fantastic staff, but I encourage you to visit and take your children if any or nephews and nieces as it is simply magical and inspiring. You can begin planing your next Christmas early like I did and believe me you wont be disappointed!By the way, the tree i bough has a lights and tree warranty unlike any other brand or tree purchased anywhere else. You simply will not find anything more beautiful or better quality anywhere else!!!

You wont believe all the new lighting and decorations at North Pole City this year. Next year well get an earlier start and hopefully without the wuhan flu to deal with. Is anyone else as sick and tired of wearing these worthless masks as I am?

This place is THE place to go for just about anything you want Christmas related. Lights, trees, decorations....anything. The employees are very helpful and nice and will work with you on special requests if needed.

They were the best the employees were able to find what I was looking for and got my items immediately.

I started with going to this store in the late 80s. Every year I would buy an Old World Santa ornament or several. I had a wonderful collection until the earthquake hit our home. I am back to buying them again. This store has made so many lovely holiday memories for me as my children were growing up. We always had a fun time picking out that special ornament. They would ride the train and always get a candy cane from an elf. A must do family tradition.

My aunt took my brother, my younger cousin, and I went, we had never been there before (weve seen it from a far) but this place was awesome, Im really surprised- the people put a lot of work into the entire store. Even though we didnt stay long, we got these little holiday specs which are awesome and got me into the Christmas spirit. Awesome store!

I have PTSD from a drowning accident and have a hard time breathing on top of having PTSD. I was asked to leave when I did not have a mask. I tried to explain I had PTSD from drowning and it brings suffocating memories. The manager said, if you want to hear about PTSD Ive been through some sh*t. Thats nothing. As Im ambulating out using my walker to ambulates.

Love shopping here! The very best staff! I also shop the warehouse sales when they have them.Ive shopped here for many years! Always excited to see all the new decor and items. Most of my 14 trees along with other decor has come from North Pole City.

The store is beautiful beyond words but it is way over priced on a lot of things especially the trees. Their Santa is the best Santa in the nation probably the world! We go there every year for pics with their Santa and to ride the train. Its very cute! Their trees are stunning!

Pretty sad you won’t let a special needs kid in with out a mask. Sensory issues can’t be helped! Missed out on a big purchase.

While their decoration selection is great but beware of the product you buy here. I bought an tree stand for my artificial tree stand expecting a decent product with the reputation of the store being really well. I get home and open the product to find the product completely rusted and paint flaking off. The worst part is no exchanges or refunds clearly posted at the register. The spirit of Christmas is in full swing at North Polls City. They have everything your heart can desire, great decorating ideas, attentive staff and well stocked. Dont be a Grinch, get off your couch, put on your covid mask and go entertain that inner child at North Pole City.

Always so much fun to shop in the most beautifully decorated store in Oklahoma. I found exactly what I went in for and picked up several other things I didnt know I needed! Santa is here even earlier than I remember. Ill need to book my appointment for my kids. They love riding the train while they wait for our buzzer to go off.

If you love Christmas decorations, this is a must on any shopping list. 👍👍Decorations are very well made, they last for years, not your other retail, big box store. Staff is extremely helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous place to visit! Great place to take the kids to look around and enjoy.Only removed a star because of the prices. Its extremely expensive.$500 (on sale mind you) for a 7ft flocked/lighted tree is a bit much when the same tree you can find for under $100. Expect this pricing on everything you see. The other reason was a lack of pricing for bulk lighting purchases. There were no prices on any of the bulk exterior lights in the back and that was our primary purpose for visiting. Maybe there was a guide for how things were priced but im not sure why it couldnt just be on the boxes themselves.Final thoughts: beautiful place to visit, but buy only if you can afford it.

This store is a LOT to take in. Every square inch is covered on decorations. Once you get past the initial overload, the setup is very helpful. Each fully decorated tree is surrounded by boxes of the decorations on it for purchase. They also had a train for small children and a chance for a photo with Santa.Prices are higher than the average but you are paying for quality. This is a purchase youll be able to use for a long time.

It has BEAUTIFUL lights, trees, and ornaments. I saw a glass one that I liked. It was priced at $68 ! A wreath I liked was $299 for 20 inch wreath with lights. Santa is so nice and looks like the real thing! Photos were $39 for 5 photos. More expensive than I wanted to spend, but quality items. Would give 5 stars if they were more reasonably priced.

Oh my gosh... Christmas Christmas Christmas and then more Christmas. I had so much fun in the store. But then I took time out to sit on a bench by the front door. Looking at everything around me gave me such wonderful memories from when I was a child. We have been several times since my first visit and just enjoyed each time we go. Its a store that you will not want to miss.

Ive been to North Pole City lots of times. It never disappoints. The crowds just get bigger every year so thats annoying but its not the business fault. Its so beautiful and unique. You definitely want to stop here.

I had high hopes for this place when I heard about this place. It sounded great! Bad news... It was a let down. I bought a beautiful angel for my Christmas tree. When I got home none of the light work on it. So we changed the light bulbs. They worked for like one hour, and burned out. The angel was $40. Im mad that was a waste of money. Never going back there again.

Had to return some lights that were the wrong color. Got a huge lecture and attitude despite the fact that I spent $600 there.

It was pretty cool. Seemed really expensive.. but mostly hard to find stuff. Idk about the price on lights.. but ornaments were very nice.. and they have a huge selection.. any theme.. even retro and modern styles.. the train looks like a great time for he kids.. and Santa being around was super awesome.. Ill save my money and try buying my lights for outside from them next year..

I was awe struck.The things to see and the atmosphere is amazing.Not often can you and your child both feel like a kid.I dare you to not buy something here.You will have a great time but you better hurry the place is only open between September to February.And if you think that you can come back next year and it will be the same you would be wrong .It changes from year to year.See you there

Absolutely amazing! I was shocked when I walked in! The outside does not do it justice! Just go. Youll love it. I promise. Its ridiculously awesome. If you of dont like this place your heart is obviously 2 sizes too small and your skin mostly likely has a greenish tint.
