These guys are amazing! Fast service and unbeatable prices. We are a lighting Installation company and have been with them for 13 years. The few times i have had issues with new products, they replaced them right away and address the issue directly with the manufacturer to resolve it for the future.

Went to the store yesterday after calling and talking to a man about lights and the prices. I arrive as an older woman comes out to greet us. I ask about some strand lights and was told the same as on the phone roughly $12/box, no mention of quantity demand. However, now in store I’m told they are $12 a box, but I have to buy 24 boxes... the woman stated “we ship nationwide” uhh yea most stores do and you order what you need only. I did order from a non local store (Same strobes) online and found multiple options without quantity limits. Ex: creative displays, Christmas light emporium are two. I’ll keep my business there instead.

I went to the North Pole City business and had an Llc. They told me my Llc wouldn’t work because it’s not landscaping or electrical. I was ok with that due to me doing my own lights and told them I still need to purchase some. They got rude with me and told me since im a homeowner that I have to buy at-least $1000 worth of lights. I thought that was crazy and since they were being rude to me I left. I searched around and ended up finding Christmas Direct. I called them and they were extremely friendly. They told me I could get whatever I wanted without a quantity limit. I said OK! I’m on my way! I arrived at their location and I was greeted by one of the owners (I’m assuming). He was extremely polite and took me inside (he even had a cute dog with him) and showed me around. The other owner (I believe is his wife greeted me as well with a big ole smile. I told them what I was looking for and they grabbed it for me and got my order pulled. Even the order puller was very friendly. I loaded up my things and was on my way! The best part is that they carry the same exact things as North Pole city but at a fraction of the cost! I got a 500’ real of line for $100!!! It was going to be about $250 for the same exact line at North Pole city. Their led lights are the same cost as the North Pole city which is not a big deal, I already saved $150 bucks. Their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!!!

We are a holiday light installation company that services businesses, municipal clients, and high end residential homes in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago area. We asked Christmas Direct OKC to send us a sample of their lighted garland, and it appeared to be of good quality. However, the life span of the lighted garland was very short, and every season we are forced to waste time repairing and re-stringing their greenery. We use a different supplier now - whose garland stays lit at least 3 times as long as the garland we bought from OKC. And to top that off they actually hung up on us when we called to have them send us replacement garland that we would not have to re-string. We followed up with voice mails and emails that were never returned. We could not suggest that anyone order from this company.

Has treated me great! And great quality light!
