My pre order was great. This is a large well organized store

I waited 20 minutes to try to get balloons and was ignored the entire time. I walked out with no balloons. I didnt get to see the rest of the store unfortunately. They should, at least, acknowledge customers while they are there.

I ordered balloons to be delivered to my son at his place of employment. I realized I forgot to add the weight for the balloons. So, I called the next day and the manager said not worry about any additional cost that she would add the weight to my order.The next day, the day before the delivery was scheduled, my son told me he would not be at work that day. So, I called the store to change the address. I spoke with Tristan. She called her GM and wasnt sure how the third party delivery service would handle my request, but insured me that if they would not delivery them then her GM, Jessica, would delivery them herself. This is above and beyond.Thanks so much to Tristan and Jessica for getting my sons birthday balloons delivered to him and on time!!!

Five people at the registers and no one can air up some balloons for another 2 hours.

Well kept store and the staff are very friendly.

The employees and managers are extremely hardworking and kind. They are always helpful if there is a problem or mistake. It is pathetic that they make so little money.

Im sorry to do such a bad review but I felt like it was necessary so maybe something will change. I am a Shipt Shopper and provide a delivery only service for Party City. The jist of delivery only is: Shipt Shoppers arrive at the store 15 - 30 min prior to the delivery window, depending on the distance of the delivery destination, so that orders can be delivered/dropped off at the top of the deliver window (one hour, ex: 12 - 1 pm delivery window).22 May 2021 I arrived at 1130 to pick up a 12 - 1 pm delivery because the destination is 28 min away. I was rudely informed the order wasnt done and wont be until 1200 because its a 12 - 1 pm order. The lady, assuming manager?, kept yelling how overwhelmed she was and that their 5 hours behind on walk-in orders. She even started crying because she is so overwhelmed and saying, I cant even right now.... She continued to yell about how overwhelmed and behind they are because the other Party City locations overwhelmed this store.First of all: Lady, take a break! Chill out! Its just balloons for lemons sake!!Secondly: Highly. Highly unprofessional behavior to yell at customers in line about the stores problems. I cant speak for everyone but I felt like it made everyone feel really uncomfortable and on edge. This is supposed to be a PARTY store!Thirdly: I was late delivering the balloons because I did not receive the order until after 1230. This affects my pay and stats as a Shipt Shopper. I know that isnt Party Citys concern but it should be. They also have no respect or consideration to other customers time.I will no longer take orders for Party City. I definitely do not recommended coming here for balloon orders unless its the middle of the week with no graduations or holidays because this manager cannot handle the pressure.

They have pretty much anything you can think of for whatever event youre planning. Really a shame this place isnt busier because that cant be good for business, but its also nice not to shop in a crowd.

Dont waist your money. They are actively searching to obtain the absolute lowest quality of costumes and decorations while charging the highest premium prices on the same as if it were top shelf products.If the prices were actually competitive with other suppliers for the quality or lack of quality of the products they obtain this place would move alot more inventory and build a return customer base.This company needs the excessive profit margins to buy out their competition. Kind of an odd business plan but its working for them because idiots keep buying trash from them while paying top dollar for that trash.

Extremely rude management. Will not be shopping here again.

Fun place to go

This location is my favorite now. The store has a new general manager and the customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend this store for all of your party / costume needs. Also you should see the amount of balloons they have!!!!!!

Its ok, not enough choices for me and more candy and little bitty stuff than I cared to mess with for a party. Balloon section was cool though!

Wouldn’t recommend this location. Went in March to order balloons a birthday. I was told they weren’t taking orders and they suggested another location. Came back to this location a few days ago to order balloons for another birthday. I was again told they were not accepting orders for the weekend as they only had enough helium to fill the orders that had been placed previously. Again, I was asked to visit another location because “they don’t have that problem.” I’ll just go to another location from now on.

Pretty large, clean and friendly location. Offer a special military discount card so you dont have to show ID each time.

Don’t pre-order balloons for your parties here. I pre-ordered balloons for my son’s birthday and they hadn’t even started the order when I was supposed to pick them up. Not only was my order not done, but 7 other orders that other people had pre-ordered weren’t done so we all were standing there waiting. I was late to my own son’s birthday because I had to wait for my order to be done. Not only were they not done, but they were half way blown up and two balloons popped in the car on the way to the party. I want my money back. Horrible customer service!

Very upset stood in there line for a good 5 mins waiting to be checked out and someone behind me get checked out before me and the lady seen me standing in line waiting I am very upset will not be returning to that party city

Over priced, no friendy helpful service

Ive been here twice now and both times I have not been offered any help finding anything. Ive had to stand in line to ask the cashier for help. after going through all of that they were out of helium for my order. I asked for specific items in which they were out of, didnt have or had no idea where in the store to find them. Awful experiences.
