Took my 2012 boat to have them scan the engine for run hours because I am selling it. They called to tell me the motor had 1,667 hours on it but that wasn’t exactly right because it also counted the hours the key was in the accessory mode. I saw the report and it showed run time had 99,999 minutes. Temperature was 180,000 defF and pressure was 14,700 psi. I called and told them these numbers are impossible and she told me everything was measured in SECONDS! Even pressure and temperature! Refused to refund my $100. Took it to Norris and the engine has 251 hours.

Ive had the worst experience ever with them. This $300 trailer re-wiring and replacement of boards and carpet turned into the worst decision as far as my boat. I should have stayed in dallas and paid the $400. Turns out I have wires hanging out, I bought and paid for my own lights and they couldnt find them on the boat (even though they were in the side box) and then they charged me $50 for 2 lights! These lights were $12.50 a piece so no one could explain where the other $25 went to (by the way my dad gave an additional $73 to pay for the lights that were never put on). Then they said I wasnt charged for labor so I had to assume that three 2x4s and carpeting them costs $278 plus $73=$351 (absolutely not..Ive been to Home Depot). Then I take it back up there, cover on and all and they re-do the work but dont place my cover back on there and now my boat is full of water and now I have to re-carpet my boat and also, when I called they said it wasnt on when I dropped it off but for some reason it was bald up sitting on the boat (so why didnt it fly out while my uncle was driving it there?) then one of my SCREWED IN seats are missing. Of course they said it mustve flown out and when I asked them to check their cameras... they said they dont work. So basically everyones boat was and is unsecured. I DEFINITELY would like to give a good review but Im good conscience to others and the fact that when my wife and I called to come to a resolution, they took no ownership or remorse.

I took my boat up there to make sure it ran cause it filled up with water. I stressed to them to make sure it ran it is my fault I didn’t hear it run before I left. Needless to say took it to the lake and they did nothing expect the easy stuff I asked them to do. My Distributor was all Corroded never cleaned and it never started. It cost me almost $1000 bucks and my boat didn’t run. Thanks to my brother he got it running. Also it doesn’t make it better that I live 3 1/2 hours from the boat shop. I also had it waxed and there is white wax all over my black trim. Not a good place I do recommend them at all.

Nice people but they take in Moore work than the can handle. There have been a couple times were I have taken my boat in for work (one being an oil change and dewinterized) only to have my boat for a week and then tell me they couldnt get to it.
