Sales may be good but service is horrible. Minor oil leak at the lower unit. The sent the bot home after supposedly replace a seal somewhere under the Cowling. Tried to convince me it wasn’t lower unit. Still haven’t figured that out. Money and time wasted. Motor leaked at the same place and had to return it.Now they replaced gasket on lower unit and water pump, but need to pressure test the lower unit, but they don’t even have a tool to do it.....had to order it....really. Approaching a month on something it should have taken no more than a couple of days. I really question that they know what they are doing. Sales guys are probably great, but don’t expect much from service.

Update: I was finally able to get in touch with someone. They were actually very friendly and helpful. I upgraded them to two stars. The final review will depend on how the boat is returned to me.The website will not allow you to make a service appointment even though you can fill out the form to do so. After you take the time to fill out the form the submit button does nothing. I ended up just dropping my boat off.The service center never picks up the phone. When you try and call, the phone will just ring and ring, you will then be disconnected. The hours posted on the Tracker Marine Service Center are incorrect. If a company the size of Bass Pro Shops wont bother to keep their website updated, or pick up the phone, you can just guess what type of service to expect from them.

THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I would highly recommend you to please do your research on this company as they seem to have many terrible reviews on numerous consumer sites. I have also notified the OK AG as well as the bbb.I have a 2012 suntracker with a 90hp outboard. I am the second owner. First owner bought brand new from this dealer and location. Boat has been VERY well maintained. We had some issues towards early fall when out on the water. Boat died and motor wouldnt turn back over. I took the boat to my mechanic to have it checked out in which he said it appeared foam had been sucked into the fuel tank. Whatever that actually means, im not sure. Im not the professional. My mechanic highly recommended that I take it in to the dealer for a second opinion. So, we take it to Tracker Marine here in Oklahoma City. Upon dropping my boat off, I explain to the nice man at the front desk, Dustin I belive his name was, which was the only professional person I encountered throughout this entire BS of an experience that my mechanic thinks it is the above mentioned issue and that I needed a second opinion. My mechanic also informed me that the first owner had purchased the extended warranty in which I also mentioned to the representative. He even looked it up and confirmed the extended warranty. However I know that some warranty programs have to be properly transferred to be effective in which case ours was not ever transferred. The original owner never mentioned extended warranty when we bought it from him and it was only through our mechanic we found the extended warranty had been purchased for the motor. They explained to me that they were 2 weeks out and would let me know when they get it back to their mechanic and find the issue AND if the warranty will or will not cover whatever the issue may be. Great! On the 3rd week of our boat being in Trackers possession and having heard nothing I contact the shop to see what the status was. When I spoke to them on the phone I could tell they seemed a bit uneasy and kept saying my ticket must be on so and sos desk...In which I later find out they couldnt find my ticket because they put everything in under the original owners name. So 3rd week in, they still havent gotten to my boat. 4th week I call again and leave 2 voice mails on 2 different days to the service manager by the name of Paul and no call back. On that Friday my husband and I decide to drop in and see whats going on.We ask about our boat and the counter boy informs us that our boat is ready! Ready? We never heard anything about our boat.. didnt even know they had gotten to it let alone WORKED ON OUR BOAT AND MADE REPAIRS WITHOUT OUR CONSENT! At this point I assumed the warranty had covered the repairs! I asked the kid and he said he wasnt sure... we didnt have our hitch to get the boat anyway and were only going in with the intention of seeing #1 if they had gotten to our boat or #2 what there findings were and an estimate for parts, labor etc.So by the time we were pulling out of the parking lot, the kid at the called and said that our bill would be $490!!!!Whoa whoa whoa! I STILL dont even know what in the hell was wrong with the boat let alone what the heck they did to it!! I asked to speak to Paul the service manager. He gets on the phone and starts telling me the warranty didnt cover it and that we had water in our gas tank and that XY&Z had to be replaced! He was persistent in explaining to me that in order to identify the problem they had to fix the problem???? What? I had to explain to Paul numerous times that I call BS and that no matter what you think needs to be fixed, I was never contacted! I was also in contact with a CSR Jerry who was beyond unprofessional. Accused me of warranty fraud and also threatened to put water back into my gas tank. Never do business here, they are snakes and think because they are a big Corp. They can bully you around.
