Any where you work it going to be hard at first, but if you can do just these 3 things..1) Show up on time2) Stay off your phone3) And work hardThe reviews that gave only 1 star are probably want a free ride to the top, it hard work but it is not for everyone you have to want to give a 100%.This is a great place to work, I know people who got hurt on the job they dont fire you or throw you under the bus,, they take care of you. They want people who want to be there, not just a paycheck.Those are the one that dont make it,,They dont make you break D.O.T. hrsThey will always tell you if you need help just call your supervisor they will come out and help or other drivers will come out to help
Not very respectful trainers. 2nd shift. It would’ve been easier to catch on in the lab if the trainers weren’t so rude and Not inviting! they would laugh and snicker when I would ask a simple question. They’ve done this to many people. Not patient and not nice. the supervisior is great though! But Melissa. Ceasar and Kong were just outright rude and should be dealt with.
Someone should do something about the trainers on 2nd shift. I seen comments and decided to share my experience. They would ignore me when I speak. They act like they’re too good for others.

I placed my Coke order today for my business and while I was on the phone I let them know i needed a light bulb change. Within five minutes a Coke employee showed up to change the bulb! Super speedy and super friendly! LOVE THIS PLACE

We had a vending machine in my business for approximately 3 years. Never once recieved a commission check, they said it was due to low sales. When we called to have the machine put in, I was told no matter the sales a commission check would always be sent out. Tried changing the beverages several times and called numerous times and never recieved a call back from anyone. Asked to lease a machine and was told I would receive a call within 2 business days. Guess what? NO CALL!! Worst customer service, worst sales reps. I just called today to have my machine picked up. I am very disappointed from the service this company provides.

Worked Here in the call center. The work in the call center is very easy and laid back, not very strict. The managers are nice as well, but the pay, benefits, and pto availability is horrible. You have to work there a year first in order to start accruing PTO time. The raises are every 6 months I believe and are only about 30 cents maybe. For Coke to make as much money as they do, the benefits are very slim.
Working environment is ok but not a dream job.
The new company is the worst at customer service. I have had two syrup lines busted since last Wednesday and talked to them daily about sending a tech. They have told me they have escalated my calls multiple times yet 5 days later I am hearing from them that it could take up to 24 to 48 hours for someone to return my call. Its a shame that their customer care for large clients has gone down. Like they dont even care. We will probably end up canceling our contract with them at the ZOO Amp.
Coca Cola changed the flavor of Coke Zero. It says on the box and cans improved flavor but its not. Probably going to drink Pepsi Max after this case is empty. Whatever I choose Coke just lost me and my family as customers. This is almost as bad as The New Coke they tried when I was a kid.
They are willing to break DOT federal law. They will fire those who follow the law. They are a good old boy type of company that is male dominated. They will throw you under the bus for any reason they see fit. Personal information is never kept private. Your personal files are sealed and you cannot view them yourself but everyone else including fellow employees seem to know everything about you. Numerous federal safety violations in their warehouse(s). Bay doors being propped open by 2x4s. Exposed electrical switches on some of the bay doors. HR stands by management and beats down on anyone who is lower than them and says otherwise. ANY reprimands or supposedly going against policy - that many times is not listed ANYWHERE - is kept paper free. They do NOT want a paper trail to lead back to them. They are so paranoid to the point that if there is a cell phone in the room and its not Coca Cola property - is believed to be recording the meeting. They will not provide any documentation on why someone has been suspended or terminated. Quote from 1 part of HR in a meeting There are people here that just dont like you including us in an attempt to bully me into quitting. They WILL reprimand you for getting injured due to poorly maintained equipment that fails. Equipment that had previously been reported many times over many weeks.Save yourself from being verbally abused. If you try to go union which would grant protection against the crap they impose on their workers - will be met with childish illegal tactics with the threat of being fired if while being under protected status go to meetings involved with a union.If you DO decide to work for this **** of a company - Take pictures regularly in case something happens. They dont like it when you make sure to cover yourself and protect yourself from their illegal actions.
Took 5 months to get a vending machine delivered, and it has sat empty for almost a month. Customer service is horrible, makes Wal-Mart look great. Now we are trying to get them to come get it because we have a Pepsi machine on the way and its been 10 days and 4 phone calls, still nothing. Then today they say theres not even a request to come get it. There communication sucks, there customer service is the worst, sales reps dont answer or return calls (cough cough Wess Strictland), and the call center cant have it removed they just try to contact the sales rep. THEY HAVE LOST OUR BUSINESS, WE ARE GOING WITH PEPSI!
Honestly this new management is terrible for small businesses. Especially a small franchise with very little space. Very poor customer service and definitely lost my business.

Very unprofessional the manager and human resources have two different numbers of expectations one says a 100 products per hour the other says 145 per hour. The building is extremely hot the equipment is completely trash and a lot of the employees are hostile. The training is awful they walk you around twice and turn you loose then ride you over numbers! Screw this place!
Issues with office vending machine. No customer service number on the machine anywhere...just model and serial number. Found customer service number online and called. Seemed like I was bothering the customer representative. She was short and didnt seem to care on bit...almost like I was bothering her with my issue. I guess the term customer service means something else to her.
Very anti LGBT upper management, and protected by HR, constant OSHA violations and safety concerns. 12 hour 6 day a week mandatory overtime and no sympathy for working in 105f building.
