I went here with my kids and grand baby for a light, sweet treat and was not disappointed! I got a mango slush and my kids got something tea or mocha. It was around 4:30 pm on a Monday when we visited and the place was empty. I am not sure if they were training a new employee or what, but it took almost 15 minutes to get our drinks. They only had one bathroom operational and you have to ask for the key to use it. I felt like the young lady cashier, even though she wasnt outright rude or anything and could have very well been smiling under her mask, could have been a little more friendly. Other than that, the place is cute, clean, and the drinks are very good.

Staff wasnt very helpful. Unclear about the menu even after they were asked multiple times.

Very bad experience, the milk tea tastes like dishwater, the finished product is completely different from what I ordered.

I live 4hrs away from OKC and just had a chance to visit KFT yesterday. I ordered 5 KF blacktea and 5 KF milktea, 2 coffee milktea, 2 taro milktea and 1 winter melon milktea, all in Medium size. Total $70 something, I gave the cashier $80, and there was no receipt, no thank you, no smile, weirdest moment. She didnt even care to put sugar or any sweetener in all of my drinks. And she did forgot that I asked no ice on all of them. When I told her and one of her co-worker that Im still take those that had ice but the rest that they havent make yet, please do not put ice in there. They both show me the unhappy face. Its just soooo different with the last time that I visited KFT. And the tea tasted sooo weird either, the taste of dishsoap or detergent. Too much of disappointment.

Literally the best oolong milk tea you can buy! Best flavor and texture of tapioca pearls as well!

Staff was really nice. I got a strawberry lemonade with mango popping boba it it was super good. When we left I left my 20 on the table on accident and we went back and said hey we left our 20 on the table and they gave it to us

Bubble tea is pretty good, I had no mask the day I went in and Jackie at the store was kind enough to give me one . 5 star service by Jackie warned this bubble Tea place my loyalty .

Very reasonably priced, wide variety, & kind employee, my daughter begged me to let her try Boba tea, she wasnt a fan, so I ended up drinking her strawberry lemonade w/ Boba & it was my 1st time as well, I was not disappointed! I would have gave them 5 stars, but they took awhile to get our order out & we were 1 out of 2 orders in the store, but I understand that there is a staffing problem everywhere, so it wasnt that big a deal.

While this is by far my favorite tea spot, the last three visits have left a bad taste to me. They were out of the drink I wanted three times. I also didnt care for the gal rolling her eyes when I asked for my receipt. I ALWAYS ask for a receipt so I can log my transaction later.Still, the drinks are the best in my opinion. Will revisit my review later.*Edit* Thank you for the drink comp. We appreciate your hospitality. However, came back on 6/27 and not only STILL out of several things, but also out of large cups. Do you all not plan ahead at all? Will not be back.

I ordered 5 large brown sugar milk tea.they gave me milk with brown sugar and boba. I told them there’s no tea flavor,are they forgot put tea in there.they told me they didn’t have brown sugar milk tea.they give me something that no tea in there🤢 .funny thing. I had to pay get another milk tea. All they want is money.they don’t care.no customer service.DO NOT go there.

I go here constantly and the service is always great! The employees and atmosphere have the best vibes, never had a bad trip. If you ever have questions they are willing to work with you to figure out what you would like the best. I highly recommend giving this place a try! Great drinks and even better service!

My last few visits to KFT has been disappointing. They never have strawberry in stock to make the strawberry Creme drink. I ordered two drinks with no toppings but they put boba in it so I was charged for something I didn’t even want. Only giving two stars because Paulina is very nice and helpful.

This was a great experience! The boba has just the right chew and tastes like its sweetened with honey. Drinks can be a little sweet so use the option of 50% or 25% sugar if you like things on the lighter side.

Taste is always consistent. Get the app and use the app to pay for your drinks people. Gives bday gifts and occasional couple dollars off drinks.Noticed that bad reviews get complimentary drinks. How about good reviews? Lol 😂 although I do have one small complaint, hours of operation is not consistent sometimes.Definitely dropped a lot of money at this place, as you can see from the pic. Only got tshirt and tea leaves but it’s probably a corporate thing and nothing to do with the store.Update august 2021. Bit disappointed and do not want to drink from a cup where the boba was so hot it melted and deformed the plastic cup.

Walked in and saw that the two people behind the counter were pretty busy finishing up other customers’ orders so they said they would be with us in a moment. Ok great, it’s busy no problem. They continued to make drinks to get caught up, understandable. Then AGAIN REASSURED they would be right with us, fantastic. And then again proceed to work on orders that were ahead of ours.Some guy walks in and walks right up to the counter and they take his order right away instead of tending to the two customers that have been standing and waiting to order. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE.We walked right out at went to Teapioca down the street. Much better customer service.

I have been going to this location for about 6 months now and have loved it. The people are fun and always nice. The new paper straws can definitely be improved as they aren’t very durable and get soggy. Love that they’re trying to make a step forward in ending plastic pollution! I recommend the almond milk tea and the mango green tea!

Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon and ordered through the app. It was a family outting from Wichita and we wanted some drinks before heading home. Only 2 ladies were working behind the counter and it was a little busy. Order took forever, though: only ordered 3 to go. First thing; one drink had boba and it was already semi-hard when the cup was impaled with the ubiquitous boba size straw and the anticipation of some silky smooth milk tea with the warm soft gooey boba turned into a major disappointment. Second thing; our order of taro did not taste like taro nor did our order of winter melon taste like winter melon. 👎major disappointment. our next trip down to okc wont include this place to satisfy our boba craving.

I have gone to the Kung Fu Tea in Wichita Kansas and comparatively the Classen location was disappointing. I had much less boba in my tea... And we ordered 5 drinks and one was incorrect. Ill try a different boba tea place next time.

Haha we go there too often.If you like kungfu tea, make sure download their app. You can save some money!-but keep one thing in mind, they don’t charge every time you pay if you use the app to pay. They charge every month I think. So don’t be scared if you see a bill from then even if you didn’t go yesterday. There’s a chance it’s from the previous experience you went there.

I highly recommend this Boba stop. The Grapefruit Green Tea with Regular and Grape Popping Boba was really good. I also tried their Coffee offerings and was surprised by how good coffee and Boba went together. Unfortunately, I ordered the coffee popping Boba and didnt receive it in my order, but atleast the regular Boba satisfied my Boba needs. Cant wait to come back!

Absolute WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced in a boba tea shop. Left went across the street to Share Tea, where we were welcomed & provided great customer service. Don’t waste your time on this place!!

Not the worst I’ve ever had but not the best. They were very short staffed so I give them that grace but they always seem to be out of something whether it’s pudding or other toppings even on a regular day. The couple behind us got their order first, my boyfriend didn’t get boba in his slush even though that’s what he ordered and the black tea in my milk tea tasted day old. Just kind of a bummer for having to wait so long and then not getting quality product.

When we went in the employees were on their phones the whole time and the customer service was just horrible. they made us feel rushed and they didnt have half of their actual ingredients to make anything and the boba wasnt even cooked all the way.

NOT RETURNING EVER when I was told I can’t request for a plastic straw, REALLY? Here’s some feedback KFT: your paper straws are terrible. Had a hard time even poking through the seal and left a terrible cardboard taste when I sipped the tea! With many bubble tea options around, I would have to take my business elsewhere. I am all for a greener world but I don’t appreciate a business FORCING their green agenda down my throat especially when your greener option straw does not work well BUT more important affects the taste of your otherwise great tasting tea! Not the wisest corporate decision.

The workers here dont listen to their customers. I asked for very little ice because that was my preference for my Kung Fu Milk Tea drink. And what happens? I notice over HALF THE DRINK is filled with ice. And this is not a one time coincidence. This happens every time I go here in OKC. I dont get why the workers dont understand what very little ice means. Its like theyre trying to save money on how much milk tea/boba they give. Compared to other boba tea places I have been to, this one is one of the WORST. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wont be back until the workers know how to make drinks correctly.

Hate their salt they add in their drinks way to much. Kinda feel like the people that work there arent very nice at all.

They supposed to close at10pm, and I got here at 9:21. Employee was in the store but i guess they didnt want to deal with anyone.

The Chai Milk tea is made with Lactaid whole milk and fresh black tea! My favorite since it’s not so sweet!

Their winter melon lemonade and coconut milk tea were great. The coconut tea was better to me than some other surrounding places. They have the app with points like the others and the guys were really helpful. Would like some more character in the space but they are new so they will prob deco more in the future.

The drinks were good, but nothing special, and the place was very crowded. Maybe if Id gone on a slower day it would have been a better experience. Definitely dont go around lunch or dinner time like I did.

Ordered a green milk tea with pudding and bubble for pickup, didnt even put the pudding in. Paid almost $6 for a cup, pricey but not worth it.

Absolute favorite is the Mango Green Tea with no sugar, add tapioca! The tapioca balls are so chewy and sweet!Ive come here a few times with my family to hang out and played some board games with my little cousins. Definitely a great spot to come hang out and catch up with friends!

Ive tried this place 3 times already!This place is horrible, their milk tea is especially watered down! No tea flavor in the milk tea at all..I asked for little ice yet I get 1/2 a cup.PLEASE retrain your employees!What is only good about them is the student discount and tea

The drinks are great. I honestly don’t know if the workers can read? It’s happened before that some of the add-ins I buy are not in the drink. It’s not life or death, but I expect to have what I asked for when I paid for it. Also, when I order, whomever taking my order should repeat it back, especially during call-ahead orders.I really love this franchise, all I ask for is better service.

Ive been here numerous times and recently started to notice that the drinks are inconsistent. They taste different every time. This last time we went a few days ago, my bf and I got the same exact drinks and mine was perfectly made while his was bitter and not creamy. Nice and clean. The tea flavor is strong! Loving it. Half sugar drink was still sweet for me. There are lots of games absolve to make this place a nice hangout spot. Seating is quite limited though.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tea. I will be going back.

Update: sept 2020Kung Fu has become by go to if I’m not up in Edmond. The quality at teapioca has severely declined and customer service is poor.On the flip side, Kung Fu is much more consist and the app is very convenient for ordering. I’ve given feedback twice in the last 6 months to Kung Fu and both times the owner responded and provided great customer service. Because of all of that I would recommend this place to others.——————This place has good boba tea but over priced. Tao cafe in Edmond or teapioca lounge on 23rd are better options.

Been here a few times in the past, and the drinks were always top notch. Hadnt been in a while recently, and decided to stop by. My girlfriends drink wasnt blended well at all and it has so much strawberry concentrate it burned my throat. Sad to see the quality drop, wont be going back until this is addressed. Also forgot to mention the lid wasnt put on correctly so I now have to clean sticky residue off my car interior.

Location and atmosphere isnt anything special, but I like they have an app & rewards program and definitely the most variety of flavors of drinks.

First time here; horrible experience. We just left without getting to order. As soon as we went in, we tried to look at the menu on the wall; we got yelled at to not get too close to the tv’s. We were just looking at it, that’s it. When we tried to order for the kids, they just told us they were out of a lot of items and couldn’t make it. That was our first and last time at this place.

The honey tea is amazing and I have been back multiple times for it. Being restricted on how much caffeine I can ingest, finding a place that sells any kind of caffeine free tea can be difficult, but King Fu tea does. My friends and I enjoy going here after class occasionally.

Kung Fu Tea is always delicious. Their boba is probably the best tasting out of the places I have been in OKC. Each one of their teas is strong enough to taste through the milk too. They do run a little sweet, so we always get them at 30-50% and they are perfect. The staff is always very nice too!

Awesome place and very tasty drinks...... I asked for a honey strawberry which was it of menu...... still they made it and gave me for taste to make sure before they seal it...... tea was little strong than usual but trust me I love it....... also the popping bubbles...... man they stole my heart...... my favorite place in Okc......

Great to have another boba tea place in town. They recently had their grand opening and are ironing out the kinks.The drink choices are excellent as well as the various options for add-ins. You can be sure that any choice you make it will be great!

This place serves the best milk tea in OKC, but I had a terrible experience ordering drinks. The cashier seemed new. He did not know the menu. I had to point out what I wanted on the menu, and he was like I dont know what that is.Then, the same cashier messed up my order. Instead of offering me a credit, he told the person who was gonna prepare my drink to go ahead making a different one instead, which caused some confusion. In the end, the manager stepped up and tried to give me a credit, which was nice.I love this place. I have been a regular since this place opened in OKC. But on more than one occasion, cashiers here seem not to know the menu well. I truly hope the quality of services will improve over the time.

Horrible, horrible service. I went here with 2 friends to try this place out. We were not greeted, which is not a big deal but we were never told that theyd be with us. We were the only ones in line and we patiently waited in front of the counter for 10 minutes. The employees never even looked at us the entire time! We decided to leave and go to Teapioca where the service is much better. Definitely not going back to this place.

This place is pretty good. I like the Orea WOW. They really only have bubble tea and some desserts. So if you are hungry for some food, you may want to grab something to eat before coming here.

The workers are rude, the dark skinned lady with the blue tipped braids was especially a character. Completely unhelpful if you have questions expect an Attitude.

The boba is pretty good. The tea is not bad either. I prefer this place for the boba, but another place for the tea. I would still go again though because the atmosphere is very good.

Have been here a couple times but my most recent visit has convinced me to never come here again. I came in for a single drink and when they didnt have what I wanted whoever was behind the cashier didnt even know how to describe to me the alternative toppings that they have. He may have been new, but there were also at least 4 other people behind the counter who were too absorbed in their conversation to provide any decent customer service. Lastly, the drink they made me has been upsetting my stomach for the past 4 hours. Perhaps the atmosphere of this establishment is so cozy that it has even made the employees complacent.

The boba is sweeter at Kung Fu than anyone other bubble tea place. Big fan of the the taro milk tea - it tastes like fruity pebbles!
