Super excited because my last visit the full sized green bottles were just 1.69 packets to try!! The hair mask is one I have been making monthly AND naturally in my sons hair known as the Cardi B hair mask. He is 3c I am 4b/c (depending on who and when hands get rub thru :-) )) Prices are matchable, selections are endless, literally something for ALL hair types... Its the 1 stop shop for me

I will never step foot in this store again!!! Their employees need to learn to ring up EXACTLY what the customer is buying. I need the person who rung up the items the first time to actually be there so they can be held accountable!!

I was excited finding cordless clippers here. Unfortunately they dont charge or work without being plugged in. After researching how to fix it, I find that these clippers are from 2002, and discontinued. After looking at the box I discovered they marked it up by $10+.

My favorite beauty supply store of all time. A great assortment of wigs and hair, has many veils and bandannas, and a whole room for hair products. I love the makeup there, and the body oils smell amazing there and are reasonably priced. It has everything a beauty supply should have.

This place has a lot of selection but make sure you know what your wanting or looking for as the staff barely speak English. I gave it a one star because after buying something the previous day even with my receipt they would not refund.

Terrible customer service! If I could give zero stars I would. They will watch you like a hawk, trust me dont want or need to steal anything. Watching customers as if they are thieves will run people away and not do business with you. Will be taking my hard earned money somewhere else. Will also tell family and friends not to shop here! Instead of watching a customer so hard maybe try asking them do they need help looking for something.

I purchased natural clip in extensions for $70 dollars amongst other Jaír products but the color selection was off. When I tried to verify if correct color at home I found that it did not match my hair color. I brought back 48 hours after and our refused to exchange or refund the package as stated it was packed tightly as when firstly purchased.I previously purchased hair extensions before and came to purchase many hair oils and creams, after this event I wish to purchase elsewhere and not return.I am so disappointed, it takes a long time to make $70 dollars and to purchase it with something you think you’ll love and not being satisfied is really disappointing.OWNER IS HEARTLESS

Its nice in there, fairly easy to find things on your own. You have to wait for a retail person to try on wigs and thats totally fine but be prepared to wait a little minute. The girl that helped me was a doll. She was sweet and helpful. All around it was a enjoyable trip, bought a new wig and some other things... spent $60

They need staff to answer questions about the products. Asian lady told me to put grease and water on my hair to tame the frizz and then told me what to do for matted hair🤯. Nothing matted about my hair. Huge variety! Nice store

Just being honest we need our own beauty supply store these people come into our communities and make a bunch of money and dont even respect the people that buy there merchandise it doesnt add up if you dont like or respect us why are you in our community

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE!! Its huge!! The quality/quantity of the wigs and hair are just amazing. The staff is great except for the Man that followed us while we were at the back of the store pretending to be straighting up. Next time sir, just ask if we need any help. Otherwise very pleasant experience and will be back.

Not only do we get followed around from the owners we get the register and get disrespected from an employee that argued me down on how I wanted to do my payment and then was saying she makes more then I do and she will see me outside of there and never once did the owner come stop it will not ever go there a day in my life . How am I not safe buying hair care products

I always find my exact style and nose ring to add that final touch. I sometimes cant stand the hood chicks in there but its all good. I love the girl who helps find my wig Style because she is so nice and helpful

Lots of options but apparently they get robbed alot. Its awkward seeing the second entrance door plastered with faces all over them. They were nice though.

Very helpful staff. Large selection of wigs in various styles and colors. They also have weave and other beauty products. Since I came to look at their wigs, I did not look at the other products closely. I did purchase a wig. They have a no return policy on their wigs, so it is wise to try it on in the store prior to purchasing. You must have a wig cap to do so and you can purchase on at check out for .75 (cents). The downside during this trip was most of the wigs are not made with human hair. As far as price, they are inexpensive and only wearing it will tell as far as the quality.

Ive read all the reviews about being followed.. I am caucasian and get followed around the store as well, perhaps its not so much a racism thing and more of a loss prevention tactic. Great selection of products, though some items are overpriced compared to other beauty shops.

It wasnt that great in the beginning. Some of the Women act as if I wasnt going to purchase anything. And i was with my Mother, 15year old daughter and 4 year old daughter so I couldnt tell them how I felt about the disrespect. Came back the very next day because I didnt get enough bags of braiding hair and the young black lady was great and very respectful!!

Always have a great selection, great range in prices for to fit every budget. Only one in OKC so you might have to take a longer drive then normal. But you will find what youre looking for.
