Ive been here plenty of times and I can always find what I need and more they have so many varieties of hair products, wigs, products for skin and much more. Its always clean and in order and never over crowded just how I like it. Its one of the best beauty supply stores around.

This place should open a store in Roswell New Mexico. It was so much to select from.Discount Beauty Supply is well stocked with low priced .99 hair to $100+ hair. They have all your hair needs. From hair, hair care products, hair covering to cheap jewelry.The staff is friendly with prices to suit the needs for any budget.They accept cash and cards.You must wear a 😷.They dont follow you around like youre shoplifting, even though its location is in located in what many call the Del City Hood. Note, I have never had a problem in this location while shopping there, but I would hand out there after dark.The parking lot is large.It would be nice if they had a connection with Perfect Locks for human Remy bulk braiding hair with the great quality with slightly lower price $145 .👍👍🏾 I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS A SAFE PLACE TO SHOP.YES 👍🏼I WOULD RETURN.

I brought a wig here and I only wore it 3 times and I adjusted it to fit my head and the wig Ripped. Someone and was told that it was nothing they can do and they laugh so unprofessional.

Official review....DO NOT LOOK FOR A REFUND FOR ANY PRODUCT AT THIS LOCATION! I bought a electronic item from this location 3 days ago and it didnt work like it should have so I brought it back for a refund(with receipt and original box). The Asian lady was RUDE ( I normally order my stuff online but decided to shop locally) when I explained, that the item still was working but the problem was, it did NOT work like it should have on African american hair she started to plug the item in to make sure it was working(my problem was not with power but with results). During this time I explained to her again that it worked, just not for my hair type. This manager walks over to get a wig(not the same hair texture) to try the electrical product on. By this time I knew that she was not giving me my refund and had used my time to: not only try to make me look like a liar but try a product that I bought for my hair on a different hair type!!Advice--- go to the westside of Okc to shop with black owned business because they invest money in products that will work for black hair. I will NoT be returning to this store and if you care about how your dollar is spent, shop with people who actually know the culture and not just the music side to it.

I actually really like this place because I can always find more than I came for. They have a huge selection of wigs makeup hair accessories and more. Absolutely great prices dont think Ive ever been anywhere else that could beat him. Not the cleanest but or most organized place but the staff is very helpful and friendly. If youre looking for an inexpensive pretty good quality wig this is definitely where I go to get mine best prices for the quality hands down.

The Asians are RUDE! There is a black girl with locs whos super nice, well informed, and eager to help. I will continue taking my business to Annas though.

Honey is always very helpful, otherwise I wouldnt have what I need. They have remodeled the store in the last year or so, they have a wider variety if products now. The prices are usually pretty reasonable, especially compared to the Queens that is in walking distance from this store.

I hate shopping here the worst customer service I had ever experienced I will not be getting any more items from them. I cant help it if my hair dresser screwed me over but they refused to refund me for the $16 or exchange. The package seal never been broken and the receipt in perfect condition I always shopped here but not no more. They rather be rude and agrue with you then b professional. I didnt ask for the cashier opinion about my hair when she recommended this type of edge control she said to put the product back and get this one instead. Make a suggestion but dont tell me what to do. I told her I dont do chemicals my hair is chemicals free she annoyed me telling me what to buy and not to get and then when I got what I wanted she said that I made a mistake and she dont wanna hear it when my braids fall out. Like really? She was African American then this Asian dude was rude as well really bad attuide. These staff are horrible people no wonder theyre store is always empty

They have a blather of beauty supplies. A wide selection of items to choose from. Very cost effective! But the employees are very stand offish and rude. They make you feel very uncomfortable to shop. My suggestion is go straight in and make purchase and leave!

The asian management is a racial profiling, rude bigot. They treat everyone like they are trying to steal & you cannot shop peacefully. The manager balled up a fist in my face as though he was going to hit me & began physically pushing me towards the door all because he didnt like how I was carrying something in my hand. He made the assumption I was stealing even though I had done nothing wrong & was a paying customer. I will NEVER go back to this store & will assure that I warn everyone I know the community about this horrible place. Please dont spend any here. Horrible people! Racist Bigots

They have a good variety but these people are rude and they seem to think people want to steal their stuff they need to quit selling black products if they dont want to serve the black people giving them money and be rude to them
