As soon as I walked in, lady said I needed a mask, while hers was pulled down, talking to her friends with no masks. Multiple people came in with no mask and nothing was said to them. I don’t enjoy being targeted by my own people. Used to come all the time, never coming again after that. Ghetto, unprofessional, and uneducated. I have a large social media following and I will be spreading word not to come here.

Always find what Im looking for the employees are always fun and friendly and always super organized and clean.

A couple of weeks ago when I visited the staff was helpful and friendly. Today however the cashier was a complete jerk. I asked for my car to be ran as debit and she chose to do it as a credit. Then lie and say she did. No maam! I will take my business elsewhere.

They have great black bomb spray one spray in your car and smells good number one

I found what I needed. Store neat and well organized. The computer stopped printing receipts and I am confused on how they have decided to not take returns on ANY of their merchandise, whether in its original sealed packaging or not.

Good place to shop, the girls were nice and they had variety for females.

Walked in, looking for extensions. Kid working there looked at me and told me they didnt sell extensions and that I needed to go to a different store. I walked out at first, but then decided to go back in and talk to someone else. The whole wall is COVERED in extensions. Girl that helped me was not exactly rude, but she definitely wasnt very friendly. Told her that the kid told me they didnt have extensions. If you dont want people in your store with questions or are wanting to spend money, then keep your current staff. I work with a LOT of women and trust me, this place wont be getting and referrals from me.

Small store with really nothing in it. You will be better off ordering online.

This is a horrible company to work for, if yall are even thinking about applying for this company RUN and DO NOT look back, you dont get any benefits and you dont get paid for mileage that they make you travel to different stores that they have, and the managers do not care if you have a family emergency they still want you to come in!

Amazing place. If youre not sure what kind of look youre going for, they DEFINITELY have the product selection to help you figure it out. They boast a massive inventory, so youre sure to find what youre looking for.

First time visitor a few weeks ago. As a woman of color I thought it was nice to see women that look like me working there upon entering, but I wasnt greeted, there was no customer service, one employee just looked at me, walked past and didnt say anything as I slightly waved & smiled (under my mask). As I went to look at items another employee just stared at me down the isle at a distance like I didnt see her as if I was up to something. Never asked if I wanted something inparticular which I actually did if she would have asked. Was very disappointed and uncomfortable of how I was treated so I didnt bother to look in depth or buy anything. The workers just seemed rude for no reason and I felt like I was a bother, unwanted, and didnt matter. I dont like feeling that way when Im shopping. What a shame, I hoped better since just moving to OKC but I wont be going back here.

There were several very nice employees who were very helpful, but the woman working the cash register was very rude. This ruined the experience and made me feel very uncomfortable. Next time, Im going down the road to Sallys.

DO NOT SHOP at Beauty World, no refund, no exchange; terrible customer service. Asked to speak to a manager, and the cashier (Lorean) snapped her neck and told me she was manger. This was my first visit here and will be my last..

Overcharged me 2x for same order and didnt wabt to guve me credit or money back had to call my bank to settle disagreement. Never will I shop here again. I had been customer more than 10 years.. Never again.. Never!

Took a friend there too buy things for her hair. The store was stocked with everything needed for haircare and most items were priced below average retail prices. Employees were helpful and courteous, store was clean, items were organized, friend and I were impressed with the shopping experience, would definately shop there again!

They always are in stock for what I need.

Went into this store with a friend looking for colored hair. They did not have what we were looking for. There were three employees working and we were the only customers. One employee was holding the front counter down, another was pushing a broom at the speed of molasses, and the third appeared to just be wondering the isles. Not a single sole said hello to us or even acknowledged we were in the store. No one offered to help us find anything. No one said thanks for stopping in or anything. There was NO customer service and since all three employees met me eye to eye and said nothing I consider them quite rude. Terrible store.

The way that they watch their customers is beyond disrespectful. At least be helpful if you are going to be in my personal space. I put everything down and left.

I would love to say that this is my favorite place to just blow money on hair and things...but some of the staff...rude, unfriendly.

I have never been in this store but I will. I want to support them. African American can not buy supplies and get the greats prices as other races so you their items cost a little more. This is a tactic to keep us out of the market that we spend millions if not billions in. Wake up people and support your own. Then we can demand better prices after more of us open more shops.

01/26/2016 i met the manager: Miss Theresa and the sales associate today? I love them both! they worked with me from the time i got there until i left! best customer service ever! tori- NYC ... I will be a loyal customer! and i owe miss-Theresa a drink ...(yes after hours)! I am glad they got rid of the old staff they were rude and not professional at all now they can have several seats!

They have excellent products but very poor customer care. As a customer, you basically take care of yourself.

They have a very large selection. I go for loc products. Hair jewelry. There prices are fair cheaper than Walmart. And you can find what your looking for.

Visited this establishment yesterday 5/15/18 after work and the music was absolutely unacceptable for a place of business, it had so much profanity I was uncomfortable. More profanity than a radio edited version it was unclean down right explicit lyrics! Ill be driving a few miles up the road to Ebonys or Sallys.

Limited supply of perfume and hair oils. Clean and organized.

The place is pretty old, its hard to find things. Since I am natural, I generally try to buy my hair products online & use products made by black owned businesses. I would only shop here in an emergency.

There are so many products here and even products that I need for my hair but are hard to find anywhere else.

Terrible customer service, all you get is attitude. managers treat their employees so bad maybe thats why their so cranky.

I only like this location due to its the closest to my house. Some of the items I here are priced way to high.

Pricey. Virtually NO customer service and when it’s provided it’s with an almost resentful tone. I️ shop for the products they carry elsewhere unless I’m in a total bind.

They have a lot of old products on the shelves but the also carry brands that some of the other supply stores dont.
