Only bring your Jeep here is what you need done is cosmetic. I made an appointment and it was a month out. When I made the appointment I explained the issue I was having (clearly mechanical). I thought to myself, they are backed up they must be good.Well I show up fo the appointment, and drop my Jeep off. They test drove it, called me and said they cant do anything under the hood, and charged me $50. They initially were going to charge me $140 but had some sympathy because I was involved in a hit and run.So just wanted to make sure no one else falls for this and wastes their time and money.The second star was for the sympathy.

Jerry and the team at Custom Off-Road were very knowledgable and helpful in getting a life put on my 200 series Land Cruiser. They even spent extra time tracking down a few small noises afterwards. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for suspension install/service or off-parts selection.

These guys did a 6 BDS Coil-Over lift on my 2019 F250 - They did an awesome job, looks Bad @ss !! They also did follow up on service quality. Any issues, these guys will take care of you. I highly recommend these guys for any off road, custom work.

Whether its a full on install, helping put together a build or helping you get your existing stuff right, theyre happy to help.Super reasonable shop rate and never hesitated to call and confirm vs just pushing rigs out the door. Hard to find a shop thatll take on even small jobs and give you the same service as somebody spending big bucks.Just be sure to call ahead an get a spot, their backlog can get lengthy but thats just a testament to the service.

If my jaw is not dropping, I am oohing and ahing at the super ingenious or creatively cool in here. The vehicles here can be as capable as they are cool looking. We had a Daystar 1.5 lift kit, and new wheels and tires installed on our new 2017 Jeep Renegade and couldnt be happier. Jerry kept us informed as to the progress on the work being performed and the guys did an outstanding job. I asked for the removed parts to be boxed so I could have them and they were ready for me upon completion. The vehicle went from a soccer mom look to a sporty 4x4. Were absolutely crazy about how it looks and couldnt be happier with the level of work done by this great crew.

Recently brought my 2014 forester in to have a 2 inch lift installed, and have them for my new rims and tires on. They got the work done quickly, and anytime they had a question they called and asked me first. Even had me come in after 500 miles to double check everything. I couldnt be happier with the work they did, and will definitely continue my business with them!

Shoddy work. I paid for an airbag installation and it only works less the 50% of the time and they are just to busy to fix it in a decent time frame. I guess new sales always comes before your crappy work.

They have an okay selection of off road parts. They seem to have a slight lack of products or experience with certain applications. I was looking to have more of a desert prerunner setup. So they didnt have a lot of options for me. However, this area does not have a lot of need for that. The things that they do regularly they know well.
