I brought my car there for a minor scratch, 2 days after I got my car back, I opened the trunk up to load my shopping goods in, someone has removed the spare tire and just threw it back in, they didnt even close the lid and the stuff under the lid were out in the open everywhere. Just out of curiosity, called the store and ask them the reason why they took the spare tire out because the repair was just a minor scratch, there is no need to use the spare tire. The store manager called me back and said that the tech has never opened the trunk. The response was very disappointed. Wow, must be the ghost opened it. Its not a big deal. If they admitted it they forgot to put them back in, I would be okay with it, but they were just straight up lie and denial. Now Im thinking probably someone went in there to look for valuable things.

We had to have repairs done after a collision from the last snow storm. The person who hit us, his insurance covered everything. Collision Works was amazing. Juan took excellent care of our truck and had it repaired perfectly on time. We couldnt tell anything ever happened. He was always helpful if I had a question, never impatient. Sarah was extremely helpful with an unfortunate issue not involving Collision Works, but our rental vehicle company. I would highly recommend Collision Works and will use them again.

I sat up an appointment over the phone. Brought the car in and was met by the adjuster. It only took a few minutes. The adjuster was very friendly and professional. We set up an appointment ro bring the car in. The car was repaired in the time that was estimated. The work was great. I have no complaints.

So far, they have been the only place willing to get our Ford Sprinter van into work on it after going to 4 other collision shops in Edmond. Bob Moore was booked out for a month, Bob Howard and Service King said their booth was not high enough. Joe Cooper just couldn’t do it so they sent us elsewhere. I agree with the reviews that this is a very friendly & welcoming place, you can tell it is family owned. Lisa & Jaun have been very accommodating even though they appear to be super busy Friday before New Year’s Day. We’ll see how the repair goes, and then I’ll update the review.

They totaled my car when it wasn’t totaled so they could buy and flip it, and then Someone there stole important and valuable things from my car while I was arranging to clean it out. When I contacted them about it they were rude and unhelpful, refused to watch the cameras, and the GM never bothered to call me back. If I had the money I’d have sued them.

I had my 2016 Suburban in the Edmond Memorial location last Summer-- actually took the vehicle in on July 1st. Somewhere the end of September, I finally got my vehicle back in as good a shape I think they could ever get it. My vehicle had been hit in the left rear quarter, and I acknowledge, dealing with a third party insurance and adjusters did add some delays in the repair process. My vehicle also went back and forth more than once, and we did end up working with the district/regional manager to finally get things completed.Unfortunately, my biggest complaint with this location was the lack of attention to detail, and amount of time involved. I always had to initiate communication regarding repairs, and I felt like excuse after excuse was given. The shop even told us they had staff quit during the middle of repairs, leaving others to pick up where they left off. When they finally told us the vehicle was complete, we found a list of issues-- everything from not putting things back together, to poor workmanship and attention to detail. The shop also damaged and had to repair or replace items that were fine to begin with.As for final results, well... thats why I said I think its as good a shape as they could ever get it. Thats not saying repairs couldnt have been done better, faster, without my constant involvement. A good shop should have gone over every detail to ensure the vehicle was in fact FINISHED. Details, details, details-- its the little things that matter. If I see imperfections in repairs, its not finished correctly.Now, the question of my one star review. Again, the shop finally got it mostly right, although they didnt get the new quarter panel completely aligned correctly (which would require major vehicle disassembly to correct). The paint/repair looks good. Sadly, I continue to find things they missed-- like missing clips on interior panels, that Ive traced down and fixed looking for squeaks and rattles I didnt have before. Overall, I find there is no excuse for the time for repairs, and the lack of attention they provided. I guess they assumed I wouldnt be critical regarding repairs, and maybe not everyone is. As the customer, I shouldnt have to tell them what they did or didnt do, and shouldnt have to point out things they forgot or broke in the process. For minor repairs, this facility probably does a decent job. For major repairs, like quarter panel replacements-- go somewhere else!

Took my car in for body work after an ice storm. They removed my windshield and had the glass shop put in a new one. It was not rights and I had to wait for them to order another windshield and take my car back in. Even with all that they still have failed to give me back my original rear view mirror that is auto dimming and they have not contacted me after I told them before I left that it was done wrong. I’ve been waiting for weeks for any contact.

Had my Nissan Titan fixed there after someone rear-ended me. They fixed it in good time, and when the wrong part for the bed of my truck was shipped, they had the correct part the next day to complete the repair. Very good. Ill go to them time and time again.

Fast friendly service. Unfortunately Ive had multiple collision repairs recently, and I have used this establishment 3 times in the last year. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get my vehicle back over Christmas holiday, over a month for some front end damage. My blinker was not working when I got the car home, but they took it back immediately and solved the issue quickly. Great customer service.

I had an accident 2 years ago. When I came in, they accessed the damage and fixed it quickly and professionally. No complaints at all!Skip ahead to now. I noted a minor problem with the trim.I dropped in with no appointment.The took it back and fixed it immediately...AT NO CHARGE.This is the place to go for great service and service after repairs.You WILL be pleased!

I dropped my car off for body work. I was informed by the shop that it would take 10-14 day to be repaired. During that time I received several text messages about my vehicle. Some of them were repeated messages. I contacted collision works (Edmond) to check on the status of my vehicle since the messgaes were conflicting. They informed me that the vehicle wasnt done yet, despite the messages. What was supposed to take 10-14 days ended up being well over a month. The day they called me to pick up my vehicle, I was out of town due to a family emergency. I returned the call approximately 2 days later. 2 MONTHS later, I had a debit on my card for $91.00. They said it was for the remainder of the rental. Not once was I informed that there would be additional charges. Had the car been ready when they said it would be, I would have driven my own car. Yet, I was on the fence waiting for over a month on when my or if my car would be ready. When I did pick up my car my rim to my tire was extremely dirty, cracked and bent in. (Had to take to a tire shop to get fixed). Which wasnt how I dropped my car off. A couple days later I was driving on the highway out of town for my sons basketball game and the front piece under my tire falls off. Made a huge boom and almost caused a wreck not only for me and my family, but the cars behind us. The day after that, the other piece on the other side falls off, again in traffic. I called collision works (edmond) and they agreed to look at it. I had to go back to the shop (25 mins away). The manager looked at it and agreed to replace it. However, that took another few weeks for them to get the part in. Her explanation was that sometimes they put on cheap pieces and they come off. Really? This shop was the worst shop I have ever been to. I feel ripped off and not valued as a paying customer. None of these issues were rectified. When I asked to speak with a manager, the lady at the front desk decided to take the role of a manager and comment on my concerns. This shop is NOT recommended. They dont value your time, there was no empathy for the parts and damage on the car or anything. Just HORRIBLE! A very unpleasant experience.

Completed on time. I will give a 5 star when the repairs are satisfactory. The rear bumper was not finished correctly and there is a huge jagged gap where it meets the rear quarter panel. I will be contacting my insurance adjuster to tell them the repairs are unacceptable.

I had to call collision works several times to get information about when my car would be done. I went to pick my car up 20 minutes after they called me and said I could come get it. When I arrived at 6:05 pm, there was no one there so I was unable to get it until the next day. This collision works is lacking in effective communication and professionalism. I also have residue on parts of my car that is very visible and will not come off no matter what I use on it. Overall a bad experience, now I have to call them to see what I can use to get this residue off of the car that I sent to a shop to be repaired. I’m left with yet another problem. Very disappointed.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I had dropped my car off here to get the front quarter panel and passenger door fixed. It took two weeks for them to “finish” the job and when I got my car back it wasn’t done right. There was still damage and I had to have the car sent back to be fixed once again. I finally get my car fixed properly but when I check the contents of my car I see that I have had some stuff stolen from my vehicle. This was a month long process for something that should have taken two weeks at the longest. Then to receive my car back with items missing is very disappointing. I would never trust this location with my car ever again. I would avoid this place like the bubonic plague and look elsewhere if you need your car repaired.

Still waiting on a car that I was told would take 7-10 days about 3 1/2 weeks ago, and no one calls to update - every time I call them they tell me it will be ready the next day and they are waiting on a part, rather than admit they don’t know when it will be ready or giving an honest answer. Worst of all is the indifference they have to any sense of inconvenience or dishonesty on their part. Will never use again and advise others not to either!!

I have had the WORST experience here! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! The first time they had my car for repairs they held it for an entire month. I get my car back and find a list a problems wrong with it. I return the car to be fixed (minor problems) and it has been there for a bit over 3 weeks.. I’ve received no calls/updates; I have had to call and ask repeatedly. Eventually I was told the mechanics broke something while trying to fix my repairs so I was now waiting for that to be fixed. Fast forward... today I was called to go over what needed to be fixed one last time and she checked and told me all was done and it was ready. I get there and what she told me was fixed was not fixed!!!!! She then asks if I still want to take the car and just bring it back. I shouldn’t have to keep going through this! It is like they just want me to settle with the horrible job they have done! A man was at fault and hit my car and this is the place Geico works with unfortunately. Absolutely ridiculous. 🤬😡

If they had an option to give this shop zero stars I certainly would. Our insurance company suggested this place and I would urge them never to do so again.After the initial repair of our Mini Cooper, less than a week later we had an issue-the service team at the Mini dealership explained it was a part that should have been replaced along with everything that was done in the original repair.So we took the car back, and Collision Works claimed to have fixed the problem.Fast forward and we are having the same issue-the temperature gauge is going crazy and the car is over-heating. Luckily, we were very close to the Mini dealership, and they agreed to take a look. The next day we receive a call from the Mini service team saying it IS in fact the same issue, but it has deteriorated to the point that no one should be driving the car (even to Collision Works, which is a VERY short drive from there).My husband and I were very cordial, we did not even request a rental car for the WEEK that it took Collision Works to repair our car for the THIRD time, and we picked it up with no questions, believing that SURELY this time around we would have no further issues.The next day, a piece of the plastic around the grill of the car comes loose and starts to peel right off on the highway. A piece that had been cracked and broken and seemingly shoved back into place.Safe to say we are DONE with this shop, and will be warning others about it as well.

Poor Quality diagnostics. They have to call a company to run the codes for them and they call them again to reset the electronics after repair. Now you can imagine their diagnostic capability. If you are suspecting damage to the engine then DONOT come here. They didn’t even open the hood of my car to look at the engine. The result; my transmission failed after I picked up my car and before I got to I35(not kidding), there was a pool of oil leak beneath the car and I had to tow my car back. 3 days later they told me that my battery was bad and “ while they were replacing the battery, mechanic noticed a hole in the coolant reservoir and they replaced it too and that it is not related to the wreck either so it’s not covered by my insurance”. I hope my story helps someone.

Friendly people ..however I wasnt and still not impress with my car..they did a good job on the rarebumper but the front was far below my expectations that was the major detachment .. when I told them they said that was the best they could do ..few days later they called me to bring the car again for a recheck ..this time the detachment was fully closed n they assured me is firm..lil did i know four days later it will come out like before...n in a long run my front bumper will fallout ..I cant say they didnt fixed my car ..i will give a 2 star for the friendly customer service

Very minor front fender damage happened on 6/29/18. They got me in on 7/2/18. I picked up my vehicle 7/19/18 after calling asking if it was done. My left fog lamp wasn’t working, and a grease stain about the size of a pinky nail was in the back right leather. It’s a tan leather so it shows up nice and bright. I did what I could to get it out, and they did as well but it’s forever there. The fog lamp ended up being unplugged.The car took 2 days to detail but when I got it, the vehicle was covered in rain / dirt spots. I understand it rains but why take 2 days to “detail” and then when the customer takes delivery it’s dirty on the outside and there is a stain on the inside. Is this there “very thorough” detail job they kept raving about?The adjuster stated that it was to get a new outer bumper shell, but there is a paint chip in the same spot from the accident. I think it was merely buffed out, but idk. In all, the employees were great at communicating with me and were quick to fix the fog light and stain. I just think they need better QCs in place. I also feel that they are over-booking themselves. Hopefully the new location off Hwy 74 will help ease the burden.

A day after I got my new truck, an evil 👹 Shopping cart wedged itself between my passenger side and the vastly empty cart corral right next to us. Being unawares, I got in, started her up and proceeded to innocently go on about that day when all of a sudden *screeeeeeeeeech* *thud!* this freak of a shopping cart nearly opens up the side of my truck with its forged steeliness and might. I got out of the truck and the cart just sat there with an evil grin, reminding me that theres not a shopping cart or a parking lot at a wal-mart on earth that should ever be trusted. A part of my soul nearly died that day... my faith in shopping carts forever marred. Later on, while lamenting to a friend, she reminded me that my beautiful new truck need not be forever scarred by the senseless violence of that possessed cart... I should take it to Collision Works and they could buff most of it out... and what they couldnt could be fixed in a days work. I openly wept with gratitude and relief. Shes a wise friend... I should take her to dinner sometime. Anyway, little over a day later I picked up my majestic grocery-getter from the guys in the shop and you couldnt even tell there had ever been damage. It was amazing. THEY are amazing!! And they reminded me to park way in the back where there are fewer evil carts lurking around for easy prey. Thanks guys! 💙

My wifes car had damage not caused by the accident after they repaired it (dent and scratches on opposite side of the car), which they blamed on the tow company. Then a friend got some work done with the same problem! Dentist and scratches not caused by his accident. Hes still trying to get them to fix it. Terrible employee QC, always trying to get out of fixing damage caused by transport they call on or careless employees. RUN... USE ANYONE ELSE.

Collision Works repaired a damaged door that had previously been repaired by Bob Howard Collision Center. Bob Howard Collision Center did substandard work on my vehicle. My door was misaligned and the molding was poorly applied. The insurance company agreed to let me take my vehicle to Collision Works after returning it to Bob Howard Collision Center four times. Collision Works completed the repair correctly and stayed in continuous contact with me. Bob Howard Collision Center has the lowest customer rating in the Edmond Area! If you look at the Google ratings by customers they are as follows;Bob Howard Collision Center - 2.4 stars out of 5 starsCollision Works - 4.4 stars out of 5 starsI highly recommend Collision Works!

Do NOT take your car to these people! They pay ZERO attention to detail and your car will be returned to you with incomplete repair and damage to areas that were not damaged when you dropped it off!My 2016 car (with 10k miles and in perfect condition) was rear-ended and required a new trunk lid and rear bumper. THATS IT! They decided to not order a replacement trunk lid for whatever reason and thought it would be faster to rework the damaged lid.Said it would take 10 days tops. After 11 days, they TRIED to give it back to me, but I refused because the trunk lid was so out of whack that NONE of the panels lined up and the lid wouldnt even fully close! The lid was 1/2 inch too high and 1/2 inch too close to the rear window, a trim piece was dangling off and the paint was bubbled off/incomplete on the bottom edge of the lid! AND THEY TRIED TO PASS IT OFF TO ME AS COMPLETE! WHAT A JOKE! Against my better judgement, I left it there to be repaired... again.A week later they called and said it was done. At first glance, it looked ok. As I was walking in to get my keys, I noticed the gap between the trunk lid and the fender looked weird... stood back and looked at it from a distance and gap between the trunk and the left fender was so big I could stick my finger in it and so small on the other side that I was worried it would scratch the paint if I opened it!! AND THEY CALLED THAT DONE TOO!ANOTHER week later (thats 4 weeks now) they said its done (again). I said ARE YOU SURE?! and they assured me it was. So I go to pick it up, and what do you know! ITS STILL NOT RIGHT! The gap and alignment issues were fixed but they failed to fix the paint bubbling that I mentioned on the FIRST TIME I was told it was ready! AND I noticed that the trunk lid they reworked was bent! Its still bent! I took the car because Im so sick of messing with these idiots, but I will now have to take it to a REAL BODY SHOP to get it ACTUALLY FIXED!To make up for the fact that it took them twice as long as estimated and they still didnt get it right, they offered me $100 off my next $500 repair and a free detail! HAHAHAHAHA! Youve got to be kidding! What a WORTHLESS compensation! I WILL NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN!Their detail job that they did before I got the car back left scratches and residue all over the interior of my car and now Ill have to pay someone to ACTUALLY detail it in order to get it back to as it was BEFORE they detailed it.And THEN! This morning (had the car a few days now) I noticed two dents on my HOOD! My car --which is brand new, has been meticulously maintained and has no damage except for the rear-end accident-- now has what looks like hail damage on the hood but its never been parked outside! EVER!My car is more damaged now than it was went I brought it to these people!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Someone rear ended me. I called their insurance (gieco) they recommend a few places. Went here and the geico claims rep cut the check and had me repaired in a week flat. The rear bumper was completely redone and I LOVE IT! A+ class work and i was very nervous of who was going to do the work. They made it easy for the rental car as well. bonus they detailed the inside of the car! so im sold on this being my go to repair spot

Just all around unpleasant. Lady at front desk has a persistent habit of interrupting me and my wife any and every time we opened our mouths to speak, waited nearly an hour after my drop off appointment before we were even spoken to, and 30 of those minutes were used training a new person in the back.
