Awesome place great guys to work with I will be back for any of my audio needs

They did and awesome work. I got all my door speakers replaced with Focals, paired up with a memphis audio 4 channel amp. That combination makes my system sound top notch. Not disappointed will do business with them again. Thanks Felipe for the recommendation on what would make for a good setup.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE _ I had previously been into this store multiple(4 times to be exact). On the third time, Felipe attempts to sell me a powered sub but tells me to call back next week to make an appointment. No problem. On the fourth time, I go in(maybe a less than five min visit) his soon(new) is up front..He and another installer are in the back - a fourth person is outside in his car(he also sends me a messages trying to devalue my experience - but says he saw me come and go - why not say - hey everything OK - you came in and out really quick) - Then I leave a review on FB and they get upset - two of the employees send me messages trying to again devalue my experience. If you want to deal with less than perfect customer service - this is your place -

Screwed my amp right to the cab of my truck. every connection under hood at battery was loose, looked like a vice was used to make crimp on ring terminal. gain on amp was set all the way up. where the battery was grounded under the hood didnt even bother to make a metal on metal connection just screwed to a painted surface Lmao. overall would not recommend this shop look for a master audio tech instead. may cost more but in the long run you will be better off.

The guy working the front was more concerned with showing off his motorcycle than stopping and asking a customer what I needed. Once I got his attention he was nice enough. Nothing in my price range under $200. It looks like he does amazing custom work on motorcycles and stuff based on his floor models and what I could see in the back. But the customer service was meh.

Called in the afternoon, asked hours and when I can drop my bike off. They said theyre there until 6pm today, I told him I was going to drop off my vehicle for some audio work he says cool no problem.Took off 1 hour early from work (lost money), arrived at 5:20 and these guys were long gone. No Integrity, not only can they not remember anything they say they dont even care. Avoid like the plague.

Man somebody said avoid like the plague sounds like hatin to me.these guys are knowledgeable and very friendly never seem annoyed or bothered when you call them with questions. I will continue to go to them and refer everyone I know to them thank you very much INTENSE you guys rock.
