Customer service is ridiculous! I was asking a girl about wireless chargers...leaned over said something looked up notice I was talking to myself! Walked over to 3 guys at the counter..are u helping someone..only one answered and he just pointed at the cabinet like I was supposed to know what he meant! So I walked out..order online..dont waste ur time!

Unless you are a middle-aged or retired old white man, you are going to be waiting, a long time for some help. 4 employees and no one even asked if a needed anything. 30 minutes before I was greeted.

Poor experience. Spent way, way, too much for this type of customer service, and charged for an unnecessary install. Couldn’t even get a line dropped, which I told them in the first place would not be possible, before they needed to charge me for this install. They said, oh yeah we can drop a line, no problem, this install will get it done. This was not able to be accomplished. Promised 24/7 customer support for access points that I paid triple of online prices for the same amount of consumer support (which is none). They gave me a number to try and I called told I’m not the integrator or sales team, and would not speak to me because they do not deal with consumers. Salesman said he was working on it, I would get some sort of refund, and now when I’ve reached out, radio silence. No responses. Will not shop at this location or Magnolia again.

I live about an hour and a half from this Best Buy and magnolia store, yet every time I need something I drive to this Best Buy due to the customer service and friendship ive built with Blake Callaway. He has also answered any technical questions I’ve had regarding equipment I already own. Make sure and let him know I recommended him!
