I love Michaels. They usually have great prices and deals. Prefer them over Hobby Lobby for everything. Wish there were more around Oklahoma City, though. The customer service isnt the best and thats all that keeps it at a 3 star, for all 3 locations in the metro area. Theres never an employee around to ask for help. I always have to hunt one down. Usually its just myself with my baby and having to go find someone while Im wrangling a 1 year old is insane. The carts are so small as well. Trying to handle and baby, a baby bag, buy storage, and fit it all in a small cart, with no help.... its insane. But other than that, great stores.

My wife prefers to go to Michael’s instead of the competitor. She can usually find what she wants. She found a frame and matting that she likes for her framing project.

Always have everything I need at great price, and it is always very fast at checkout

Great customer service. Helpful with showing you where items are instead of giving you hand signal directions. Construction is going on in front of the building and shelves looked alittle bare. Other than that Michaels over Hobby Lobby all day!

Im fairly sure its it the process of repair or just new, They had a fairly good variety but its a small Michaels so dont expect the find everything to your taste I recommend at least going there its usually not busy which it good, So your usually in and out unless your browsing over fairly good could use a bit of work though maybe more variety but for what they do have I liked it

This place seems to be going down hill. Just never anything I need. They have been low on stock or have completely eliminated certain hobby supplies. Not sure if its from the shortages or not but they are just not dependable. The staff is usually friendly. Definitely no complaints there.

Only Michael’s remotely near me that had needle felting supplies. Did an online order for pickup and waited 10 minutes in the parking lot after confirming I was there for my curbside pickup. After 10 minutes go by I thought okay maybe they’re busy so I went inside to pick up my items instead only to see 3 employees just standing around talking and doing nothing. I wouldn’t usually be mad about the delay in bringing my order out but seeing there was no reason for it just makes me upset. Won’t be doing curbside again

This place is excellent. I can get to it fairly easily but wish they had more locations. Hate that the weekly coupon was knocked down to 20% but its better than none. Store is always clean.

I Love this place Im able to find everything I need for making my candles and all my resin projects. They also have great sales quite often. The employees are always polite and they are willing to help, if they cant theyll get someone else there that can

I tend to be a Hobby Lobby shopper, but this Michaels is closer to my home. This store is small so their selections are definitely limited. Clearance products are always sold out so its rare to find a deal at this location. But, the cashiers are friendly and there usually arent many shoppers crowding up the place.

I placed an order online for curbside delivery. After waiting in the car for several minutes I went inside and asked about picking up the order. The clerk said to wait in line to pick up the order. There were 2 checkout stations open and 6 customers in line. So the whole process took longer than if I’d just gone there and shopped. Why post curbside pickup if there isn’t any!

I love this place. Its always super organized and clean. The cachiers are very helpful and the price are not bad at all.

I had bought an item online and had no plans to return it, when a week later it literally fell apart. I couldnt find the receipt - I had probably deleted it once I received the item. The store employees were really great, helping me out with this! In the past, other businesses have acted like problems were my fault - I never felt that way at all today. Thank you to all the employees that helped me out and were so kind!!!!!

I was looking for embroidery floss. I bought some 70% clearance items too.

No one was very helpful. The item I was looking for happened to be on sale but I was unaware until I searched online. Nothing in store was mark as so. Kind of a pain.

There was some cool toys there but i was there with my wife and she likes the store not me.

Needs a corner bar for husbands that get dragged in there to sit at, and every 30 minutes we get a shot. 😆. Wife lives this place.

Well this place seems a bit more expensive compared to hobby lobby. The bead selection pricing is a bit confusing and their coupon was hard to find. Still a good place to shop

I love the Michaels stores. But this one seemed to not have a holiday atmosphere. Maybe its the pandemic, but I had this feeling that I was in a store, in which this was a self-help warehouse. 1 employee greeted me when I came in 👍, but it was downhill from there. Melancholy is the word that comes to mind, to this customer. Now, the good news is that I found what I needed! 👌👌

Truly a hidden gem. We were without power for 5 days. Every other store didnt have any candlesticks but Michaels had so many I got to pick a color.

This store is quite large! A helpful employee directed me to what I needed. Grabbed some halloween miniatures, and some clay to make pumpkins. Only reason I cant give 5 stars is due to the high prices at Michaels. Other than that, this store is fantastic!

I Really appreciate Michaels Craft Store. I make Catholic Rosaries, & most of the time, they carry all the Beads, Chains, Eyepins, & Jump Rings, I need! Sometimes Rosary Centerpieces, & would love for them, to carry ... not just Crosses, but also Crucifixes.

They have slowly been whittling away at their artist quality art supplies in favor of mor craft quality stuff.

Great place they have tons of deals for you the only problem was they should have more art supplies tool such as x act o knifes and pencil extenders ect.. Other than that its well mentained

Michaels is an excellent hobby shop that seems to have he supplies necessary for just about every craft you can think of. They have yarn, paint, wood, leather, paper, fake flowers, scrapbooks, picture frames, models, toys, rocks, vases, science kits, journals, etc. They even have a cosplay material stand! Their supplies also tend to have a nice range of prices, so you can grab entry level equipment or the expensive quality gear.My one complaint is that items are often in more than one isle, but it seems to be due to the blurred lines between craft hobbies. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the checkout lines moves pretty quick. They give teacher discounts and have a loyalty reward program.

Great store for crafts, art, and school projects. Has a much better selection of gems and stones for jewelry making or for whatever then Hobby Lobby does. They are fairly similar in price as most other stores that carry some of the same items but with a bigger and better selection. Since the store itself is not extremely big, you can get in and out pretty quickly if you need to. *Always can find a 40% off coupon online to use in the store and another one prints at the bottom of your receipt for next time.

I love this Michaels! Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile. I asked for help finding an item. The lady who helped me didnt just tell me which aisle, she stopped what she was doing and took me directly to what I needed. Always helpful and so friendly! The store is neat and clean, nice wide aisles, just perfect!

Would have been 5 stars but the Lego selection is very small, only featuring a few themes, and most sets are a dollar or two more expensive than on Lego.com.

Angelica was amazing! I called to see if she could check on the selection of Christmas Villages left and she went to check for me and saved them for me until I got there. I was really impressed with her service and willingness to help. She went above and beyond to help and I am very grateful for her service. I love this store. I always have a pleasant experience when I shop here. They have a wide variety of art and crafting supplies, some higher end stuff that I dont necessarily see all the time in other stores. The sales they run and coupons they provide save me a lot of cash. Their employees are always friendly and happy, but not overbearing. Highly recommend.

This is a big store to always feel like they dont have much of anything I need. Even at Christmas time I felt like there was so little that was priced fairly and ended up doing the majority of my shopping at Hobby Lobby.

Wide variety of crafts and decorations, but not everything I was looking for.

The cashier short changed me by over $10 and all because she was distracted and not focused on her customer, either that or she was deliberately trying to steal money from me. I had a witness and when I kindly brought it to her attention she immediately started raising her voice at me. Then she tries to dismiss me by saying she cant open the register. Then she tries to dismiss me by saying the only way I can prove Im right is if she counts the register which I told her to go right ahead. Finally the manager shows up and shes just as dismissive, saying theyre very tired. Ive been in customer service my whole life and have worked even longer hours than usual during the pandemic due to being deemed essential so while I can empathize to an extent ultimately their handling of this matter was entirely unprofessional and inadequate. Highly dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted by this place.
