I was charged almost twice as much as I was told I would be on the phone. Also, I was very disappointed that none of the employees were wearing masks inside of the store during the pandemic, even though they had signs up. I will not be supporting this store anymore.

I have used Ogden Blue for several jobs--both small and large. They have been awesome!

I underestimated the time it takes to put a book together and all that goes into it. I brought it to Ogden blue where they went over my options, rushed my order, and got the books to me just in time. The quality is amazing. After seeing the final project I will never go anywhere else. Worth every penny.

I printed my wedding invitation here are they were amazing. I had no idea what I wanted but was given guidance to first find out what I liked and didnt like. Once I found a design I like Donna was able to recreate it perfectly. If you need something done right the first time go to Ogden Blue.

Service for the quality received has ALWAYS been top notch, on more than one occasion they have rushed a job for me and the quality has never suffered! More than anything else though I really appreciate how welcome I feel with every visit! All I have to do is walk in the door and I am greeted by name from multiple staff members. The attention to detail that I look for is always there! You have a customer for life!!Thank you Ogden Blue!!!

Donna helped me today and put my project together faster then I even dreamed. Everything was printed and trimmed perfectly. I came in with no idea how to get what I needed and a million questions, but she handled it very professionally. Great service, great price, great speed. Highly recommend!

I am from out of town and have used there services once and was pleased. This time they did not have my project done or even started when I went to pick it up! I leave town in the morning and now I have no time to go anywhere else. Don’t use Ogden Blue if you are on any type of schedule!!

So Im so disappointed this is the second time Ive been here and they have left significant dents in the cutting of my print Im not coming back they admitted up front to doing and then still charged the full price and there customer service even on the phone while trying to figure out the project, seriously nobody could give me time frames I was wondering if I entered the twilight zone. Notice 4 out of 5 reviews says poor to fair? They are right.Ive tried using them as I would rather shop local, but they consistently offend, demean, and overcharge me. I get better service, pricing, and faster response time at Staples.Staff at Ogden Blue have extremely bad manners and poor communication with customer and amongst each other. Every time I walk up to the counter I am made to feel like I have the privilege of speaking with them.Usually my question can only be answered by one member of the staff and it may take 20 min waiting in person or 2 days to get a response.They do not accurately bid orders (hidden costs) and are extremely slow in getting things done. Not to mention they are usually grossly overpriced.It makes me sad, because I want to reward local businesses. But honestly Im ashamed that they are part of my community.

I dropped off a pdf file on a Monday and they had a great looking product on Tuesday. Friendly and responsive!

Have purchased prints of my art from Ogden Blue. Fair pricing and good quality. So far so good. Will keep using them.

I have found that supporting local business when it comes to print for a small business is not easy. I have used multiple shops in the Ogden area, and Ogden Blue delivers every time, in a VERY timely manner compared to the other local printers. I think its hard for print shops to work with small business as it costs them more, but Ogden Blue has been so great to work with. We have been in business for nearly 2 years and Donna has always been great to work with, from our initial design to helping us scale up. She even went above and beyond recently for a label issue we were having, solving the problem without us asking her to.Thanks for being so willing to work with us and for helping us to grow our business!! ~Hippie Skin

Have had some posters laminated and framed and have been pleased with the options, quality, and overall service. I love their convenient location on Wall Ave. Looking forward to having more work done with them soon.

I was treated unfairly, and like others, I did not receive any Customer Service. They cost me a potential blue-ribbon in the Weber County Fair, because they did not call to tell me that my work was completed. The work that was completed could have been completed by a child (the matting was uneven on the right and left sides). With lack of Customer Service and acceptable work results, I will be taking my business to somewhere else!

I was nervous going to Ogden Blue passed on the reviews, but my friend insisted the reviews were wrong.She was SOOO right.I need to print my wedding invitations with four week until the ceremony. Not only did they call to confirm the sizing and pricing, they also offered to have a proof of different paper types later that day.My wedding invitations turned out amazing and we’re done within 24 hours. My wedding was last week and I’ll be ordering thank you cards from them. If you ever need wedding invitations fines go to Ogden Blue.

I was completely happy with Ogden Blue. They took our family picture and stretched it onto a large rectangular canvas. They were quick (4 business days), courteous, and professional, and most of all the picture came out beautiful and we love it!

My experience with Ogden Blue has been great. I work for an engineering firm and Ogden Blue services our LaserJet printers as well as our large-format Designjet printers. Recently we had a rush job on a large number of 22X34 prints, and we ran out of paper. This happened late in the afternoon, and getting paper delivered was impossible. Ogden Blue stayed open late so that we could come to their office and pick up four rolls of paper. Thanks for the great customer service!

I have been in multiple times. I have called and left my name and number for Donna to call me back so I could get some custom made mats for my photos. Donna has not returned my calls and does not want to help. I called one day just to see if Donna was there and of course she answered the phone. This place has awful people running it. They need to read these reviews and change.Call me if you need to Ogden Blue. Donna has my number.

Ogden Blue has the worst customer service in this world. I have recently tried to get some print work done through them, as I have for YEARS, but I was treated so poorly that I will never set foot through their doors again. They told me things would be done on certain days, and that they would give me a call when I could come see my proofs, but those calls never came, and so I called... just to be told that they were printing it RIGHT NOW and that I would get a call when it was complete later that day. NO CALL. I finally got them to admit that they were waiting for a printer part and my order wouldnt be started for weeks! HA! Why the lies Ogden Blue? Well, in return you lost this customer and I will never speak a good word about the business, or refer someone there EVER AGAIN!

We have always been Ogden Blue fans, I wouldnt go anywhere else... But lately, their customer service has been horrible! So if being treated like a human being is important to you, DONT go to Ogden Blue. I repeat, DONT go to Ogden Blue.

I called Ogden Blue to see if they could frame a painting for me. The framer told me she wasnt sure if she could do and would have to see it because it was a large painting. I was fine with that. I told the framer I was going to load it up and head over. I got there 20 minutes later, unloaded the painting and the frame. When I asked for the framer I was told hahaha she just went to lunch and wont be back for at least hour hahaha.Well Ill laugh every time I tell someone how bad my experience was there, not courteous and very unprofessional I wont be back.
