Patrick, Celina and the lovely people in the printing department were all top notch today! The staff are consistently great, the prices decent, and the store very clean and well organized. I find myself here more more as of late.

Be careful when ordering from this store. We purchased some toner cartridges and after we got home we decided to see what the pricing was on Amazon and on officemax website and was very shocked when we were charged roughly $30.00 more per cartridge then if we purchased them off Amazon or off office maxes web site. What a stab in the back. So we returned them and will buy them off Amazon. Hope this opens peoples eyes to research prior to purchasing anything from office max.

They have a good selection of office supplies and furniture but you will suffer sticker shock.

I needed one piece a paper printed out, I sent the email four times and they did not receive it, which is fine, whatever I get it, thats not anyones fault in particular, but the girl working in print was so soooo unhelpful!!!!!! No communication. I was standing there for 20 minutes waiting for my email to be received,and she didnt tell me first hand that my email wasnt there, she just kept working and left me standing there. Super frustrating. If I hadnt asked have you guys received the email yet by chance? She responded with no sorry. Why didnt she just have a manager come help her? Or AT LEAST some communication for crying out loud!!!!! Super frustrating!!! Will not be coming here anymore!!! They have paper, pens, and office supplies galore, but not one single shred of common sense 🙄

This is my go to place for random office stuff. Recently purchased some office desks and was happy with the selection and prices were really good. The custom service was a little slow on some things, but not too bad. Management was also easy to deal with when I had to sort out some confusion on pricing etc. Recommend as a local, more specialized, alternative to Walmart and Costco for office stuff.

They were out of the color desk I wanted so I asked for the floor model but they said no, they need it to set up in their new store. I dont understand why they cant use another desk color. There arent anymore desks that color being sold so why do they need to display something they no longer make?!

I found myself in a situation that no parent should ever have to face... And I was printing flyers for my missing daughter. The employee was so kind to me, and empathetic and warm. I dont think that she realized how much I really needed just that warmth from another person in that moment while I was holding these fliers in my hand. The guy at the front of the store was very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Too bad this place couldnt honor a medical exemption. I took my business elsewhere (Staples) and spent over $1000 that day. They will be getting my business from now on.

I have not been in this store for many, many years.The exterior & interior look the same.The interior of the store is older, but clean.The pavement of the parking lot is in dire need of repair.Luckily the products they carry & the employees that represent this store are much better! 😊They sell an array of products, and product models/styles.Their prices are comparable to other merchants.During todays visit, I interacted with three employees. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, and did not seem put out by my many questions. 😊One employee highly recommended a printer and showed me the products perks.Unfortunately, they did not have it in their stock.I had to call their store in another city to find the printer.I had a good experience & will return to the store for future purchases.Thank you!

The staff at this location are amazing. My husband and I saw an item for a significant lower price at another store and they honored that price. They have the attitude that the customer matters. Very impressive!!

I went in to get some copies made as was told that he couldnt take my order... 🤔 I was asked to come back later. I really needed them, so I did. The second time I was able to place my order. When I called to check on it and see if I could get a tracking number I was told that they couldnt find it and it must have deleted mid order... Long story short, I called a corporate number and they were able to find my order and it arrived on time. The print center in this location needs a little support.

The staff here is helpful and generally very attentive to your needs. The store has a wide variety of high quality office supplies, and Ive always been pleased with my purchases from here. I also appreciate their quick turnaround with printing documents along with the variety of options they offer.

There was two ladies that helped me here. Specifically Selina and Alyssa. These two in-store reps deserve raises, and I know Alyssa is new, so give her some serious recognition for know the printers already and the differences between an HP DeskJet and a LaserJet. I said I only needed black and white prints done, but she knew exactly where to go for this; The toner printers. Legitimately great people in this store, and Ive always preferred brick and mortar over online. But OfficeMax has both fronts covered there!

Ryan in the print and copy counter needs to have more training how to treat customers. He didnt want to be bothered and didnt have my order ready when he said he would. This isnt the first time Ive had a problem with him.

Staff is great, and the place makes for a good specialty store. I feel as if the quality of the store here has diminished. Just feels like its missing something.. not sure what it is though.

I have had a couple of times where I needed to get some plans printed quickly. So I send them over to there print center email and they start working on them immediately and send me a response when they are done. Great service and plan to use them more in the future.

Used the fax machine today. Its very self explanatory. I was greeted by an associate while waiting for my confirmation fax. He was very friendly and engaging. The checkout guy wasnt very engaging but still pleasant. Ive been here a few times and have yet to be disappointed.

Eager to help and helped me for a very long time and did allnthey couldnt help my disabled mother. Very knowledgeable salespeople (not paid commission) who were very well trained and gave us all kinds of tips and ideas for all kinds of things. A lot of inventory also. Many choices and nicely laid out store.

Not a good place to shop if your minority, white customer service representatives are rude and prejudice....

These guys are really great here. Ive done a myriad of business creations here. Not very crowded. Easy parking options.

They take a long time to make copies. Some of the employees hardly know how to use the machines. They are very kind and respectful. The store is in a tough location. You cant really see it from any of the roads

Tried to get help finding receipts for a warranty issue and their customer service reps are foreigners with broken English and attitude and the only thing they are willing to do is send an email if you know everything including the store #, not the phone # the store #. How am I suppose to know the store # and they are not willing to help you locate it, find it all on your own and while your at it do their job too. *Worst customer service**

Been using copy center for several months and the wait is terrible (Im a patient person)Today I came in for a few pages to be printed from my email and the one girl in the print shop is doing a huge order for a business. Already been here for 20 min and it looks like Ill be here for awhile longer. Dont think Ill be back. Itll be faster to drive to staples in Riverdale.

This is my least favorite place to shop for Office Products in Ogden. The store manager and a couple of other ladies just have a permanent unhappy disposition about themselves and it transfers quickly to the customers. I cant even stand to walk through the doors I cringe when I think about being glared at by these catty women and I dont know any of them personally its sad that they can convey such a strong feeling of dislike and displeasure through their disposition

Office max is an enjoyable place for me where I love to go and look at new pens and all that I love pens so I enjoy looking at them.

Dont go to the print shop there. The supervisor was not kind nor helpful. I needed a difficult binding job done and all he did was complain and claim her would not screw it up. When I paid for the job he did, he continued to complain about it. I walk away looking at it, and he put the back cover on upside down!! When I went to tell him he told me to undo the binding myself......I walked away.

David helped me out tremendous. He actually took time to explain things to me to help me make an informed decision. Thank you David!

Went to print some pictures for my sons poster presentation board, had some questions and the 2 associates that the printing counter completely ignored me!! When I finally did get their attention and they said they would try to make the picture I needed bigger, they took my paper and immediately started helping someone else. I stood their for a few minutes waiting to see if they where going to help me, but they didnt. I left, since it was obvious they were not interested in helping me. They even kept my paper.

Bad experience looking to purchase a laptop. Staples or other places have better options and prices.

Had to get some thing printed up off my flash drive...they were quick and very nice....I look forward to going in again!!!

Hard to find help. Not because no one was working, because employees were too busy with store tasks. I spent almost $400 and couldnt use a coupon that was on their website.

Never buy items from Office Max if you expect them to be delivered on time. I was reassured that my furniture would be delivered on time and it hasnt arrived yet. I called customer service and they just gave me the run around the whole time.

Took me forever to find someone that could help me and then they didnt even have what I needed... how is it possible that you dont carry a USB to USB cord? The facility is clean, not crowded, and close to downtown.

Employees are great. Prices arent too bad, but dont expect Walmart cheap.

Service was horrible. My husband and I came to test office chairs of his 8+ hour desk job, and tried a series of chairs. My husband was trying different (reasonable) sitting positions and the manager, David P., came and addressed us that if we didnt sit in those chairs like average customers he was going to ask us to leave. After telling him that the we were honestly considering buying a chair, he still told us he would ban us from the store. After only five minutes he walked back up to us and asked us to leave. Then followed us out as we left, then proceeded to take pictures of our vehicle and refused to remove photos of us from his cell phone.Never have I ever, or ever will be, treated so poorly at any store ever again. This was unreasonable and disgusting.
