I always buy the Gigante for my nephews they really like this pizza better than little Ceasars.

Was very fast, took them like 10 min to have my food ready.- Ordered a Gigante Med Hawaiian and 10 wings.

I ordered a Gigante and all I had was a $50 and the lady was like I dont have change for that but if you order more then $50 she can give me changes so I was like all I have is 3 $50 so she tells me I can cancel your order the pizza isnt out the oven yet what. And her name is Mayra

Heads up everybody, they changed the price of the Gigante. I noticed a lot of companies are starting to raise prices and down grade materials, clear example here at pizza loca, they doubled the price of the Gigante and at the same time they are using less toppings; pizza is now a huge loaf of bread with a few toppings sprinkled in the middle. Any large pizza from elsewhere has more pizza in it than the Gigante from pizza loca. Be warned and when you go get the Gigante and you see what i did, let me just say, I told you so

I recently order la gigante 🍕, the order took 1:30 to be delivered. Compare to others: Dominos 45min/Pizza hut 40min/2for1 30min. This place needs to work on getting more drivers to deliver or get new management.

The food here is pretty good! Also ordered from the Yelp app and that went smoothly. Half & half is the way to go for the wings, the bimibap is excellent, and I like the soju. Really crispy chicken, pretty unique and delicious. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, attentive staff, parking in the plaza can be tough depending on what time you go there.

Pizza a bit to dry. The left over pizza after an hour was hard and cheese was rubbery. Cold Pizza and Beer! Not this one as 1st choice

I had the WORST service at this location (store#07) last night. I placed an order online for pick up and paid my total online. I get home to find missed calls from this location about 6x. I call back to see what the issue is and with ATTITUDE an employee tells me I need to return to the store because I owe $1.38, I asked why? if I paid my full total online. Her answer to me was IDK! But you need to come back and pay! If given a reason, I understand. But, who would return to the store to pay $1.38 with NO reason given....On top of her saying I owed $1.38 extra, I log onto my bank transactions to come to find out I was charged by this store $47.60 when my emailed receipt total was for $39 which I paid online. I told the girl that I had a transaction for $47.60 and she says I can tell you right now youre lying! and I said excuse me? she said youre lying! I told her I had proof and she said she didnt care. I asked the girl to speak to a manager to see if the manager can maybe give me an explanation since she doesnt know, she tells me there is no manager on site. So, I asked if I can please have a manager call me back when available and she says no! At this point this girl is being EXTREMELY rude, uncooperative, and immature! I asked for her name and she says I dont have to give you my name! I ask again, and once again a NO! At this point, Im dealing with a child that should honestly have no job. I told her she was being very inappropriate, and unprofessional and hung up the call. She then calls me back and I honestly have no reason to answer so I ignored the call. She called me about 5 more times and at this point this is CRAZY! I finally picked up the 6th call to answer and to be told F U!!! and she hung up. WHAT PEOPLE DO YOU HAVE WORKING AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS!? NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE A RECIEVED SERVICE LIKE THIS. After her call, maybe 5 minutes after I continued to receive calls again from this location. I kept ignoring the calls and they wouldnt stop (I have proof on my phone of ALL THESE MULTIPLE calls I received from this location, I got called over 10x!) I finally pick up again to a girl ACTING like she was the manager. She also did not want to provide me with her name. When I asked she said it wasnt necessary to give me her name. I wasnt asking for an employee#, last name...JUST a name from SOMEONE. I order delivery for this location ALL the time! I LOVE your pizza and wouldnt want to stop ordering from you location because of 2 unprofessional girls that honestly shouldnt have a job there. Calling me back to tell me F U! and hang up was COMPETELY crossing the line. I PLEASE ask for someone at your corporate to please contact me. I would like to get my refund situated, AND have these girls handled for what they did. I spoke to a manger this morning there and she told me after 5 there was no manager on site. These girls treated me poorly and LIED to me. WORST service EVER.

Ordered in from the Hampton when I was too lazy to go out. Fast delivery and the pizza was good and hot. Had a pepperoni and green pepper. Good crust, fresh peppers, tasty pepperoni and cheese! Good pie for sure, will order or stop by again!

Your prices on the on-line menu need to be updated. It says The price for La Gigante is 14.99 but they charge 18.95. If its because of the free 2 liter soda, you can keep the soda. Unless you are saying a free 2 liter soda but are actually charging 4.00 for it. SMH.

I probably eat their pizza a couple times a week. There are better pizzas but the convenience and price are hard to beat. Typically get the large 2 topping which comes out to 7.39 with tax. Cant beat that price for a single meal.

I had great service from La Pizza Loca at this location. I was In-Kinding for a school event and received great communication with this restaurant. The students enjoyed the delicious gigante pizza. I would come back, no questions asked!

I tried ordering from a different address the man over the phone question me if I had moved houses. That is non of his business if I moved or not. Second I told him, Ill be paying with card which was not mine. He never asked under what name is it. All he wanted was the numbers on the account and still wanted the card billing address like no ... your never asked that especially on a delivery order. All you need is the card info no additional information.

The least likable pizza place I have been to. The service is slow at the front because the cashier doesnt seem to know what he is doing, a 15 min wait turned into 25 mins, and the kitchen staff had some really colorful language in their conversations for the waiting clients to hear. Pizza was okay in taste at the very least.

Took them over 30 minutes for 3 pepperoni pizzas and 2 cheesy breads. And to top it off the worker gave me 5 pizzas and no cheesy bread

Worst experience ever! They charge for delivery and cant even deliver to your door. If they have restrictions they should announce so in the Web page. Manager Jose is real rude. Wanted to charge me double for the pizzas I had ordered. Delivery driver said he came and called and no one answered. When I never received a call from him only from the manager telling me he was on his way! Very dissatisfied with their customer service and capability to keep a customer satisfied!!

I placed an order at the one on Cesar E. Chavez Avenue in Boyle Heights. The delivery man wasnt even carrying a cellphone, so then the (male) Manager there called me to my cellphone and started complaining to me, asking me why I didnt wait for the delivery man. Hello? The delivery person is always supposed to carry a cellphone with them cause they have to call us on the phone to tell us when and where to wait for them! I told the Manager there off cause he was giving me an attitude, like trying to snap his fingers for me to meet the delivery man that didnt even call me, for me to meet him in the first place cause he isnt even carrying a cellphone!

I ordered​ here today and I waited 2hrs and half for my pizza I just got annoyed I called and cancelled it. Took me about 30min to try and get through and when I finally did I asked why was I told one time and now a whole other time the guy was rude as heck. I use to love this place Ill just stick to Pizza hut.

This is like my 7th time bringing my son for this Pizza since they advertise that the pizzas are hot and ready to go.Well that statement of hot and ready to go is totally false.All times my son had to wait almost 10 minutes and to top it of most of the time the pizza has been burnt and not cut properly. Today the wait was 14 minutes..

They use Door Dash for delivery so basically you get your food whenever a door dash driver decides to pick it up and you receive it cold. Never ordering delivery from here again.
