Jennifer at the Riverdale Zurchers was amazing!! She helped me with my gender reveal balloon and even called me to make sure the correct confetti was inside that I wanted. Went here to find rose gold birthday supplies. All I found were candles. I bought 2 packs because I needed more than 12. The candles were used in the cake, but upon pulling them out of the cake the rose gold stayed inside the cake. Idk if it is edible but we are eating it. No other complaints. The store was clean. Well stocked. Just not with any rose gold party supplies.

All the staff have always been helpful when needed. Always friendly & outgoing. They have a huge selection in everything from baby showers to anniversaries to costumes.! This will always be my party supply store.!!

So very many colors of party supplies- the entire gay rainbow and then some! Plus all the fix-ins, wigs, tutus, boas, themed items for all sorts of events. The prices definitely are a bit painful considering how cheaply most items are manufactured, but what can we expect for convenience of not having to ship or settle for not quite the right color? The staff was super helpful and professional, not just with us but with other customers as they were asking questions about balloons, which we overheard during check out.

They have literally EVERYTHING for your party needs. Weddings, birthday parties and so much more! We are currently preparing for our own wedding and they had everything we needed for our food tables and a variety of decorations!

I’ve always enjoyed going into Zurchers for that something extra that you can’t find anywhere else. That is where I ended up, looking for pink and white candy for a candy jar I made for my little 4 year old neighbor. They have a huge selection of several different kinds of candy in just about any color you could want, not to mention a wide selection of very unique gifts and decorations. I had the good fortune to work with store Mgr James, who helped me in my time of need. I found the store to be well organized, clean and well stocked. All in all I had a good shopping experience and the candy jar looks amazing with the pink and white candy. Thank you James for taking care of my needs. Much appreciated.

Its a good store. And the quality of the products is fine. But most of the items dont have a price listed. So customers have to kinda guess what they think the item costs. Team should have someone go mark the prices.

After going to 4 other stores, including Walmart I finally found a pair of ninja sais here. They have a good amount of stuff and a wide variety. If your looking for toys that could possibly go with a costume, this would be worth checking for sure. They also stock fun little toys for parties and favors, stocking stuffers, etc... as well as party supplies and more. Fun store for kids of all ages.

The employees are friendly, wide selection of party props and balloons, with plenty of things in stock. Ive come to Zurchers many times in the past, and they have yet to disappoint. They dont have a huge selection on flags, and that includes the LGBTQ+ Pride Flag, but there are so many countries and groups with Flags to where you would think they have many Flag selections, but it is what it is.

Great place for any party or get-together. They also have pre-packaged gifts and knickknacks for school prize boxes. Kids just love this place.

The staff is great and polite. My one star review is simply because they force you to wear a mask when there is not one legitimate logical reason that should force anyone to do it.

Fun place that has most everything

You have to go see the selection at this store!! If youre dreaming of throwing a party or seasonally decorating your home, go check them out. Walking the isle is a bit overwhelming because they pack so much into the space, but its fun to take your time and go through everything. The balloon center is fun and super inexpensive. Ive found people love getting a huge arrangement of balloons and with Zurchers you can do it on a budget!

Zurchers has so many great things. But this locations employees are the worst. There will be 4 of them standing around “holding ballons” while there’s 2+ people in line waiting to be rung up, they look at you but don’t bother ringing you up until after 5+ mins. I went today and I was being rung up by a female manager who then got a message from an employee who asked her to go outside, she completely left me at the register to go outside, then some other employee rung me up and as soon as my transaction was done he left that register with no one else ringing people up & others in line; just to go outside as well. As I was walking out to my car there were 3 employees along with the manager outside yelling at some lady who was in her car. I have no idea what was going on but they need to better their customer service.

Very fun store!

We were able to fine exactly what we wanted for my sons 3rd birthday!! Everything was organized well and priced fair. Our son loved seeing all the fun options and we went with a construction theme! Can’t wait to celebrate with what we got and return to buy stuff for our daughters party in December!Also their employees were very nice and helpful!!!

The folks at this location are the greatest!!! I thought I had ordered on line, but when I when I went to pick up my order it wasnt there. They stop what they were working on and two of the people got my order ready in no time flat. They are the best! I am so glad they are close to me. I recommend to all my friends. Thanks again.

I rented a helium tank for my sons birthday, within 4 hours they were all falling to the ground. We got a tank from Walmart in the past for about half the price and the same thing happened that’s why we got a “real” one this time well that was 45$ right down the drain. Thanks.

You can get nice quality & big quantities in many colors of all your party & celebration supplies here. I got all the supplies for my wedding luncheon & reception. For disposables, they are very attractive in a large variety of colors. Large variety of accessories like cake knife, guest book, balloons & table decorations as well. Thanks Zurchers. You can find ANYTHING here. I bought decorations for a birthday, the Superbowl, presidents day, Valentines day, Mardi gras and St Paddys day all in one fell swoop.

Very cool store, its way bigger than it looks and the props here are pretty cheap. Im definitely coming here again next time I need to dress up :P

Spent so much money on big balloons just to be the last one to get them filled. People came in with balloons from other places just to get them filled and they got there balloons back before me. Should really stick to first come first serve. Specially if I’m spending my money there. And the said it would be about 15-20 minutes to about 61 minutes after bring pass for other people paid at 11:12 got my balloons at 12:13

I wish they had the isles detailed better. When its busy trying to find somebody to help you is impossible, unless you wait in line to get up there to talk to somebody, and you have to go find what you were looking for and wait in line again. The balloons on the wall ( they block you so you cant walk over there to look at them) it would be nice if the price was below the balloon . Other than that, Zurchers is a fun place to go, with great pricing on all your celebrations!

Spent so much money on 2 sets of balloons only to get them all twisted up on the way back home. Maybe they could have offered me to buy a bag, I didn’t know it existed until I saw others with them. I ended up having to cut all the strings to get them untangled, so it was a total loss. I appreciate all the signs asking that customers social distance. However, you may want to tell your employees. One of them kept creeping up on me as I was choosing balloons. She did this at least 4 times. It was pretty uncomfortable.

There were a lot of cool things. One problem though, we got a container of gumpaste, and after only a day we smelt it and it was rancid.

The management and staff are a joke. They are extremely rude and disrespectful. Just completely unprofessional and not to add that the store is gross and a mess. The one employee who keeps the store going is a sweet and hardworking girl I believe her name is Monica. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I love this store. It has such a great variety for all your party needs and the prices are very reasonable. You can rent snow cone or cotton candy machine. They have a good selection for party favors/to stuff in piniatas. If murder mystery are your thing, they have decor to match your theme.

We love Zurchers. We used to check out other party supply stores before heading to Zurchers, but they never have the selection that Zurchers has. Not to mention that this store always seems to have the best prices. We have stopped shopping around and now make Zurchers our one-stop party supply store. Plus, their name is just fun to say, Zurchers. See? Fun.

Great all-around party planning store!

My absolute favorite store

Expensive. Customer service is alright. Attempted several times to order my balloon bouquet online and the site was not functioning properly. Then, I just called to place the order, and that went well, but included with my order I had three balloons that were purchased but were not inflated. They were not put with our order when my husband picked them up. I had to call and check that they in fact had them but, then when I had to travel back to the store to pick them up the employees were not apologetic or accepting of there mistake. I just returned them. $15.00 worth of balloons. You should get your refund within 2 to 3 business days, they say. Makes me sad they are really the only large party store in the area. Ill just keep going to Target or Wal-Mart.

Went to get party favors for daughters 11th Birthday Party. Very nice & helpful employees showed me where some favors were that I was looking for. Even though it looked like they were redoing their aisles, the store was still organized. There were no boxes in the way.

Just like Party City if your from the West coast. They have lots of costumes and party decor. Employees seem to be a little hard to find when you need them though

This place has more items than what youd know to do with. The staff was kind but didnt go out of their way to help us, which was fine. I didnt have any idea of how much stuff they really did and now it will be a go to locally if I cant wait for shipping.Next time you need something fun, exciting and/odd out of the blue, they have a lot of resources to make you ideas come alive. It is pretty amazing and can be overwhelming if you let you adolescent children run a mok.

There was no one to help us find anything. We had to walk the whole store to find items. Then when we asked the cashier if they stocked anything with Ladybugs she said she didnt know. We asked if we could order anything and she said no again. We asked if there was anyone else that could help us and she said no also. So we were very discouraged.

Very big store with a ton of varied party items available to take home. Ive picked up a morphsuit many years ago and recently grabbed some red carpets for an event. The pricing is very reasonable and they usually have a few different versions of each thing at different price and quality points depending on what youre looking to spend. My only complaint is that they didnt have the new baby candy cigars I was trying to find but thats likely more a symptom of the current era than Zurchers stock and inventory.

I like this place when putting together parties for school, birthdays, holidays. They have everything you really need. I do think they are a bit overpriced on some things compared to online ordering but it is nice to actually have a store to go to on short notice or to actually see what an item looks like. I like their balloons as well. They last longer and are cuter than the dollar store and Walmart. They have a lot of prizes and costumes too!

We went here to buy some balloons. They have the best selection of balloons. I wish they had more colors in the small 5 inch balloons, as we couldnt find the color we needed there. But standard balloons had every color we needed. They also have some great wedding party supplies here, I found everything I was looking for and it was easy to find. There was no line checking out, which was really nice.

Had a Halloween shopping spree here on numerous occasions this year to avoid WalMart and that Spirit store that is always muggy, overcharges, and always smells like perspiration. Highly recommend Zurchers.

This is probably the best party supply store Ive ever been to. They have costumes, balloons, decorations, and favors for any type of party you could possibly throw. The prices are more than reasonable.

Have almost everything

I bought 29+ balloons. I had the store fill them and paid extra for the highfloat to be added to all of them. I went straight home took them out of the travel bags. In less than 4 hours some were starting to fall. In less than 12 hours more than half are on the floor. Extremely unhappy and wont buy from them again.

Its nice you can find anything for a party here. And all colors and almost every theme. qThey also have a lot of costumes for Halloween and dress up. They also have wedding supplies. I dont think there ballons are worth what they charge you to feel them up they and they go flat. I would buy the tank to full them yourself. Watch for the prices sometimes they are cheaper and other online is way cheaper.

I like the selection they have, but they wont top off balloons if they were bought somewhere else? Im not sure if there is some weird liability, but Ill just go get all the other stuff I need at the place where i got the big balloon.
