I just dropped my wedding dress off to be hemmed and a bustle added. The consultant and the seamstress both were extremely nice and understanding of the time crunch that Im under. I am leaving the country on the 9th of August, they said it will definitely be ready by the 6th, possibly before.

Went to one Bridal Store in Odessa and the girl working there was on the phone and didnt help with dresses at all!!!! Then we went to Brides Smart and they were FANTASTIC!!! Help my future daughter in love pick and try on the dresses and I got to relax and look at the ones she chose!! I felt like I was on Say Yes to the Dress it was a Wonderful Experience and HIGHLY recommend this store and the ladies that work there!!!

I came in on a Saturday..Was greeted right away..I had a Veil picked out in 10 minutes...Very reasonably priced..Ladies are very nice and helpful...highly recommended.

These ladies are amazing, they were super sweet and extreemely helpful and patient. I would highly recommend any one who needs a dress (or tux) to go there!! My dress was beautiful and so was my wedding. Thank you bridesmart.

Pricey and thought we could have saved money using another bridal outlet.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR A BRIDE TO BE TO GET A DRESS JUST ADDS MORE STRESS THAN THERE NEEDS TO BE! Ordered and paid for my dress 6 months ago and it is a month before my wedding and my wedding dress is still not in. We cannot start alterations without a dress. And they DO NOT CALL their customers back and let them know what is going on OR KEEP THEM IN THE LOOP, regardless if you have called for weeks and left multiple messages. and when you go up there to see what is going on THEY ACT LIKE ITS NO BIG DEAL! so friends, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!
