Kianna was a true blessing at University Bridals! We were exhausted from shopping all day when we went in. She truly listened to what my daughter was looking for! She pulled three dresses and all three were great but the last one was it. She was so helpful and kind. Thank you so much University Bridals for such a great selection and wonderful employees!

I absolutely love this bridal shop and cannot say enough about it! The ladies are so sweet and helpful, also did everything to make my experience more enjoyable. I found my wedding dress here and told them what I had in mind, literally my second bridal appointment ever and the first dress I put on was the dress I said yes to! Everything was timely, comfortable, perfect, and they made sure to take care of your dress. We also rented my husband’s tux there and couldn’t have been happier with that process! Absolutely will recommend this shop to anyone!! Thank you so much for giving me one less task to worry about!!

I went in not really sure of what type of dress I wanted but I was helped by a young lady named Kianna who helped me find the perfect dress. She was patient with me while I took my time trying to figure out what I liked and what I didnt. I had a wonderful experience at University Bridals, they took into account what I was wanting and found me the perfect gown for me! They had also remembered my sister and her dress, (she got hers here as well) so that had me realize that you are more than just a number when you are a customer here. I had an appointment at another bridal boutique after, but their service was not as great as University Bridal. I felt very special here, and I will always hold that day very close to my heart. I had a great experience here and I would recommend it to anyone in the area. The owner helped me and allowed me to make two appointments in order for my friends and family from out of town be able to see the dresses I liked. They had a good selection of dresses and were very helpful throughout the process. The only thing I wish they did differently was ask for pictures of what I liked before my appointment so they could have a better idea what I was looking for instead of just asking and having me tell them. Regardless they were amazing and I would highly recommend them.

The owner and consultant were wonderful! I had no idea what kind of dress would be best for my wedding and body type. I really dont even like dresses or shopping for clothes so I had been putting off shopping for my dress. My wedding is in just 3 months so I have been really stressed and worried that I wouldnt find anything in time. I ended up finding the perfect dress for me... ball gown (who wouldve thought). They really made the effort to get to know me and the details of my wedding and made me and my family and friends feel so comfortable there. An experience I had been dreading turned into such a happy and fun experience. The girls there are awesome and you can tell they love their jobs. Thanks University Bridals!

EVERY SINGLE TUX in the bridal party had something wrong with it, even down to the dads. After we came in a tried them all on and asked them to make some fixes, they were still wrong. None of the names of the groom and groomsmen were even remotely close to being put in the system and spelled correctly even after we asked to have the names corrected. One groomsman was given pants with a large hole in them. The day of the wedding the best man and one groomsman had to rush to the store to buy a new shirt because the ones they provided were either way too small or way too big and one of the groomsmans sleeves were about 6 inches too short - they were not going to be usable pieces of clothing by any means so they had to go buy their own shirts. My dad had to wear one of his old suit coats because they did not make the necessary changes to the one he rented. The grooms dad suit was ordered in the wrong color. I REPEAT - EVEN AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX EVERYTHING. I would recommend everyone to use a different place unless you want to be stressed about the mens clothing up until the day of the wedding. The organization and professionalism of this place needs some major upgrades. Extremely disappointed with the products and service we were given.

We rented my sons prom tuxedo from here. The woman who waited on us was polite and efficient. The tuxedo was delivered as promised, and all the pieces were provided as ordered. Our experience might have been more perfect if we hadnt had to wait while our helper was called away to help another employee with another customer. It was still a great experience, though, and we would definitely recommend it for prom tuxedo rentals.

My first experience here was not good then i went back bc i ultimately couldnt get one of the dresses i tried on out of my head, second time here was better but my dream dress couldnt be ordered in my size and i couldnt get myself to purchase a full price gown off the rack that looked dingy dirty and that everyone else had tried on so next day i drove to lubbock found the exact same dress 500$ cheaper and can be ordered in my size in time so new and cheaper (day made) .Beautiful dresses there tho!!!

If I could give a negative star amount, I would. Physically went to store, with my 9 year old daughter, to make an appointment to buy a cotillion dress. Called to confirm appointment but they did not have record of it. They kindly rescheduled for the original date/time only to call back 5 minutes later to say they do not carry sizes for 9 year olds! Really!? I wasn’t told they didn’t carry her size when she was in the store scheduling the appointment. Very disappointing! Hopefully, they treat the brides better!!

Wonderful selection of tuxedos. Getting all of my 12 groomsmen fitted for my wedding was a breeze. Highly recommended.

The girls here are complete sweethearts and help work around my budget and time. Being overwhelmed shopping dresses for the first time they made me feel comfortable in my own skin. My consultant was very patient and offered a wide variety of dresses, with such a professional stylist, Kianna helped me find the one I flooded in tears thank you guys soooo much.

The owner, Holly Witte, is directly involved in Day-to-day operations, answering phones, making alterations, answering customer questions, etc.! She is always going the extra step to make sure the customer is absolutely happy with their purchase! Best bridal shop in town!

I found my dream dress with plenty of time to have it ordered and altered for our destination wedding. When it came down to crunch time I had to wait 2 DAYS before we boarded the plane to get my dress due to one issue after another. They kept giving me excuses and the shop owner NEVER called me. She always had someone else do it. At the end of the day my alterations were horrible and they still charged me full price for alterations. The waist of my dress has a weird piece of extra loose material. I look like I have a pudgy stomach in a lot of my wedding photos. If I would have had time I would have tried to find a dress somewhere else!! Even DILLARDS!

Wouldn’t recommend using lady they refer for alterations. Love my dress though

I has a terrible experience. It started out fine, and the lady at the front desk was sweet. Then she introduced me to the lady picking out dresses and she was HORRIBLE. She didnt ask what i was looking for as far as how much beading, or if i even liked lace. When i told her i didnt know what style or fit i liked because i had never tried a dress on before she just acted annoyed and pulled a bunch of ugly dresses i would never put on my body. Once i had different styles or cuts on and tried to talk about them with my mother she would just make unnecessary rude comments about how thats how its supposed to fit, Thats what the cut is supposed to do. She was rude, and completely unhelpful. I have no idea why she even works there she could never sale anyone anything. This was my first time trying to find a wedding dress and she made it a terrible experience and even if i liked a dress from there i would NEVER order from her. She shouldnt be working in customer service, let alone a bridal shop.

My daughter and I checked Google Maps for the stores hours so we could look at prom dresses Saturday. It did NOT include that for Saturdays hours, it is by appointment only, so we were unaware of that until we arrived. We were immediately greeted when we came in and asked what appt we had. I responded that we were sorry but were unaware that we needed an appt. We were told there was one appt coming in soon. (I didnt see anyone there being helped at the time; there was 1 other employee within earshot as well) Sorry, we could come in Monday. I explained that we lived out of town. The woman didnt offer to see if there was an appt open later the same day. (Maybe she already knew?) Just felt dismissive and indifferent. FYI: The Saturday, appointments only is written on the door and later, looking at their actual webpage, it is also stated.

Ordered a tux for my school prom and when it came in they gave me the wrong size shirt, tie and didn’t come with the vest color I had ordered. The lady then gave me a black vest for the night and I took it. She told me every day that it was LATE it was gonna he 15$ a day. Turns out it ends up charging me 50$ DOLLARS FOR 1 DAY IT WAS LATE. Honestly if you’re looking for a tux or something go somewhere else in midland or something because this place was horrible for my first time! WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!

I went in to search for a prom dress for my oldest daughter and a quince dress for my youngest. The service was horrible. I walked in and waited like 30 min before someone would help me. Then when my daughters started trying on dresses the girl that was helping us left and never returned. We waited another hour to see more dresses but noone ever came back to check on us or show us anything else. Very dissapointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience!!! They were on the phone or helping someone else. I had an appointment but sat there forever so i just walked out.

Rented a tux for two weeks and had to have it shipped to me and shipped back. Great service and VERY helpful.

They were very helpful and they brought other suggestions wish it helped us to get somewhere
