Very friendly and courteous service. After dealing with insurance for a week, the fine people at Protech were a blessing. They got my car in day I called and had it road worthy within a couple of days. I cant believe how awesome they were to work with. Car handled quite well after their work. You ever have an accident near Odessa, have the crew at Protech take care of you.

Was told to come in the morning to get alignment done and would be able to wait for it to be completed. When I arrived one gentleman was on the phone a woman was sitting in waiting area and come up to help but stated that she would only be able to start the paperwork. The gentleman told me that I would have to leave my car and pick up in the afternoon when asked what time frame since i live an hour away so I could get someone to come get me and drop me back off and get said was in the afternoon. I told I would be back I needed yo make a call and he continued to say I could leave my car and pick up in the morning explained that I called the day before and this morning I got the same answer but now that I was here I was unable to do so. Left to another location down the street was able to get done same day.

I cant really say because we did not had work done. We have a custom truck and had to be referred to another auto shop. I can day they did get us in and out with fast speed and we heard from 2 other places that pro-tech is a great company if you need work done. If we had a normal truck and it could be worked on at a place like this we would definitely use their services. The parking is good, it is easy to access from all directions of traffic. They have clean rest rooms and they are fast at get you quotes.

Spent 2600 on my front end ball joints tie rods and more... gave me a discount on labor and gave me free shocks... could of told me I needed lower ball joints but were honest... best place hands down. Thank you guys for great service

Overall to pricey and will include parts that dont need replacing to rack up your bill and wont discuss price of parts before changing them out and still had problems that they changed parts out on. Bad experience Wont be going back.

Traveling home to Florida, we thought we were having Ujoint issues. Larrys staff got me in quickly, checked the truck and let me know everything was good to go. Professional, friendly and honest...what more can you ask for.

This place is friendly and great service, just really expensive. $202 for a brake caliber but they cost 50 bucks and takes maybe 15 minutes to put on. I’ll just do it myself, but other than that, they did a great job on my alignment, just a bit pricey on that as well.

Was charged 40$ to be told catalytic converter wasnt the problem, took it to another shop only to confirm it was the catalytic converter

Larry and his guys up there know their stuff, hands down. My father and I have both had good experiences with a few different vehicles, a jeep, a Mitsubishi Montero Sport and a 99 3/4ton cummins. Had some work done a few months ago, and was having a slight issue that I wanted Larry to check out for me. He was more then glad to have me bring it in to look over, but also being mechanically inclined with engines and trucks, he gave me some quick possible ideas I could try at home. And guess what? Ended up being something minor that had nothing to do with the outstanding work and service these guys did and the problem is fixed thanks to them! Absolutely would recommend them 10 times out of 10!Thanks guys for keepin my ol truck runnin down the road safely!
