Service Department - I would never recommend you to bring your vehicle to this service center. They have had my 2019 GMC truck for over 2 months and still took 4 days to get it inline to detail. They do not tell the truth, they are deceitful and they have LOST several checks that needed to be resent. They present themselves as the best but this is by far the worst service I have ever received. Honest communication is all they had to do. Do not make the mistake of trusting this group with your vehicle. Because they failed at the bare minimum requirements I would not ever by a vehicle from this location as well. I had plans on buying a new truck in November.

Freedom gmc have there sales people thinking that they know the market which diesel trucks with close to 100 thousand miles is high and that these trucks have to be sold in wholesale dealers freedom gmc you need to educate your sales team on diesel vehicles before you ever tell someone that knows more about the value of these trucks

This is the second vehicle that ive purchased from Freedom in the last 3 years. This time is the last time I purchase from here. The salesman did not work well with me. He lied and said the vehicle price was $87,000 when my vehicle was $81,000 according to the window sticker. He never gave me a chance to review the vehicle. I understand that its my fault for not reviewing everything before signing, but when you trust your dealership, you overlook that. When I came back 5 days later to discuss my options on possibly ordering me another one, he said that its my fault for signing the documents and that I should do better next time. And he said that if I left the vehicle their, he would tow it back to my house. Worst experience ever. Highly dissatisfied.

My husband and I went to purchase a new vehicle on 7/6/12. We looked at 2 on this lot and when Luis asked what we wanted our paymets to be and we told him, he said that he couldnt get us into a new vehicle with that payment. He then proceeded to show us used vehicles. He didnt ask if we had a down payment. He was only worried about if we were going to trade my husbands truck for a new vehicle. Well, we took our business and our $20K down payment elsewhere and bought from a dealership that didnt treat us like poor trash.

I was about to buy a 2013 4dr 4wd burgundy f150 lariat. The vehicle went through the dealer’s inspection and was on the lot, displayed for sale. It was advertised as 4wd, also had 4wd stickers on it. Test drove it one more time before taking it home. Noticed there was no 4wd control. Looked under the front end and there were no axles. Then I looked at the 4wd stickers that were at the side and they had disappeared. I asked the salesman who’s name I will not disclose about the situation and his answer was, the stickers got washed away, as if that was my question and that it was the issue that I ought to be concerned with. I questioned further and he said the sticker was an accident. I’m thinking, let’s say it’s true, why did it never crossed his mind to inform me of this so called mistake, because all along I talked about being happy with the deal especially how hard it was to find a 4wd. I don’t think it was the sales man doing. The salesman sells the car. The inspection process, the check list on the process that everything was in order gets managements approval to be on the lot ready to sell. Somehow I refuse to believe that the dealer’s checklist doesn’t involve looking into whether the vehicle is a 4wd or not and question the large stickers on the truck that says 4wd. I do blame the salesman for his part in hiding it hoping that I would not catch it.The loan people were good at their job though, however they are also complicit in the cover upIf you must go there, check everything, I mean everything. But if an establishment is conducting fraudulent business, I guess the question is why do you reward bad behavior. But to each his/her own I guess.As for me, well. There’s no secret that the thought of the said dealer puts a bitter taste in my mouth

Great Experience! My sales man was great! He had great knowledge about the various makes and models available. He quickly answered any questions or concerns i had. Upon arriving to pick up the truck he had it ready. During signing i was never rushed. Everything was explained to me in great detail. Over all i am satisfied and happy with my purchase.

We called 30 mins. ahead to look at a Yukon, the sales guy said not a problem I will have it up front and ready for you. When we got their our sales person and another 1 looked for the keys for over 30 mins while we waited for the vehicle. then other sales guy walked up to us and told us we have to get away from the vehicle because these people are here to review the vehicle and I have the keys, I have never been so embarrassed in my life, we left and drove down to Stanton to the GMC dealership and was treated with respect so we ordered our Yukon XL Denali with them

Service department is the worst. They lie and don’t do the job. Paid for a oil change that never happened went in for recalls and lied about doing them.. They need to get rid of the 2 girls that work there. Need new management and new employees that love to do their job and help people out. I would give them zero stars but have to do one everybody stay away from this place. Go to Midland if you want the job done right and not lied to.

Bad Service. Service department couldnt tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. We had to contact upper management to get an answer. They have no loaner for me and my family and ETA for part to come in is 5 days. Wow. My wife was told if we couldnt wait to just go pick up the car. Never have we had such bad experience with any of my vehicles. GMC is suppose to be the best. Not the store in Odessa!

The one thing I cannot stand is a fast talker who does nothing but put pressure on the customer. Gina would not let me talk as I was driving a yukon. She even tried to get me to run a credit application after I told her no. This is the 2nd bad experience Ive had test driving at this dealership. The 1st being a dude showing me a used yukon with missing mirrors. I will probably end up with a Yukon but nor from this dealership!

Bought a used 2012 service truck and was told that truck would be serviced and could not be sold if didn’t pass inspection as it is illegal to sell if it didn’t pass inspection. When truck was delivered to me left headlight doesn’t work, license plate light doesn’t work and truck was not serviced. Oil was extremely dirty and air filter so dirty it was collapsed. I was promised a service on truck would be done and anything that didn’t pass inspection would be fixed. Still waiting on a response from manager. This is the reason I do not buy locally here in Odessa and always buy in Dallas or Houston.11-18-2020Still have not heard anything back from anybody a den dealer has not tried to resolve problem.

I called ahead about 2 weeks prior to 4-13-20 and scheduled an appointment that day for a recall. Upon arrival before 8am, I asked when I could go ahead and have the oil & filter changed, he said, We can take care of that today as well, I was surprised. Anyways, I left the garage entrance to the service department and headed out to the front of the building. The doors were locked until 8:30am so I went next door for a coffee. I returned and found my way to the waiting room where I was able to watch TV until 9am came around and my vehicle was ready! I give the service department 5 stars but overall just 4 stars as I was not offered to wait in the waiting room as it was windy and cold that morning - overall great experience!

Jacob Scott went out of his way to make sure this purchase was a great experience. They wanted to make us happy. Any hiccup we had they fixed right away. We previously had a bad experience at a different dealership so this was a refreshing buy. These guys were very competitive and meet the price of others that were a bit lower. Also understood exactly what we needed didn’t have to show us more than one vehicle it was exactly what we wanted and more. Considering COVID right now our bank was a bit hard to deal with but these guys were very patient with us and got it taken care of after a few hours. I would have loved not to be in the dealership for as long as we were, but also know they did all they could to speed things up. Would definitely recommend these guys!! Alanzo Jimenez the warranty guy was awesome too he gave us a great deal on 100,000 mile warranty and walked us through everything. I can’t wait to drive my 2121 Yukon AT 4 off this lot.
