Andy is very knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to my transmission and Lorenzo takes pride in his work from cleaning it to fixing it all the way to the right color, now I can drive my 71’ f100, 10/10 would come back.

Well. I left my vehicle there for solenoid transmission replacement. They somehow destroyed the valve cover of my engine and after 3 weeks of waiting (they rarely answer the phone), the owner told me I needed a new engine. Well, I got my car out of there immediately. Unfortunately I only had bad experiences dealing with them.

Really satisfied with my transmission I I dropped off to them had it out in a week and they were all nice people will definitely be bringing my stuff back

Andy is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He is a competitor since I also own a mechanic shop in town, but I hold him and his business in the highest respect.

Had to have my transmission rebuilt and received quick and accurate service. They did everything to avoid rebuild but it was time. Would highly recommend them if you have any trouble.

Transmission & Supply Let me start off by saying that i got good transmission service here. This is my second transmission rebuild. I first took it to Cardozas Auto on Andrews Hwy. They took me for nearly 3,000.00 dollars and didnt even fix the Trans. Not even 2 months later it gave out and they told me i only had a 30 day warranty. When they told me in the beginning i had a year. Anyways my car stayed park for almost 6 months while i saved money again to get the transmission done. A friend recommended TS&S. They fixed me up and got it fixed for a reasonable price. Upon pick up they noticed a miss fire and is now in the process of fixing this issue for me too. On another note to everyone else complaint about the no answering the phone. this is true it is hard to get a hold of anyone in the office. This to me is not a big issue. A simple fix and/or solution. I have had no issues with Mr. Andy. The times i have talked to him he has been upfront and honest and is more than willing to help out where he can. Although my vehicle is still in his possession and i hope he dont make me eat my words but as of right now i have not had any issues and/or do i have any complaints and would recommend TS&S to any new customers. I have had the opportunity to talk to his mechanic and has been there for 10 plus years and knows what he is doing.

The owner was patient with us regarding our insurance. They are really busy so that should mean a lot. That means they are good at what they do. They did an excellent job on my Yukon transmission. Everyone was so patient and nice. The owner kept in contact with us on the whole process.

Great small transmission shop.

Worst business ever period! Highly unprofessional. The man who runs it is a liar and a penny pincher. He will go the cheapest way to get things done.he has had our truck for over half a year and gave a millions bull reasons why it wasnt done. My husband is a mechanic himself and could have had it done in less than month. This man Andy will not return a call and if you call him he is busy my husband has taken off of work multiple times just because we can never get a hold of him. He has caused our family SOOOO much emotional distress. We are fed up our truck still doesnt work properly now my husband is taking off of work to fix it himself. After the I insurance paid full for Andy to fix it. A lawsuit is in the works it has gotten this serious. Please save yourself the stress and work with a real professional this man is a joke

We took our car there. We spoke to Andy and he said he could look at it soon maybe even that very evening. We went back a week later and he still wasnt able to get it up on a lift. We told him we needed it by the following week and he said he could look at it by the following Monday for sure. We arrive nearly two weeks since we had originally dropped it off and the car still had not even been looked at.It seems that Andy just tells you what you want to hear. Thats no way to run a business. If you cant fix the car because you are too busy, because of incompetence, or for whatever reason, you need to be honest with customers.We will not be back and we will not recommend this business to anyone.

I brought my truck in to have the transmission evaluated. It took them two days to tell me it would need to be rebuilt. They have me an estimate and laughed. They were inconsiderate, rude, and slow. They didnt tell me it would cost $75 for them to just drive it a block to evaluate it.I would NOT recommend this place if you want friendly service or honest help.

I first met Andy when I took him my Fiat to replace the transmission which still works great after a year and I now brought him my hummer to replace the shaft and cv joint, worked me in quick was in and out and reasonable on price .

I had the difficult case of needing a 95 Integra to be worked on in West Texas. The transmission was slipping, and the motor/transmission mounts were completely worn out. Most shops will not work on an old import. Transmission Service and Supply welcomed my Integra to have the transmission rebuilt. They offered to get an already rebuilt transmission to get it going quick, but I wanted to keep the original transmission. In this case, it was going to take long. 6 months to be exact (May to November 2018). This is because it is very difficult to get parts for the vehicle. I will be honest and will say I got impatient, but I had to remind myself that this is an old vehicle and this is the only shop willing to work on my vehicle. Its what happens when youre too attached to your vehicle. In the middle of November, I got the good news that my Integra was ready. The technicians got the car off the lift and took the Integra for a test drive. I was nervous about driving the car and was worried that something might happen. My sister and I took off from the shop to top off on fuel a few blocks away, and from there, we had to drive the car back to Midland. She made it back safely. Four months later, the transmission is very responsive and shifts like new. I would like to thank Andy and his crew for taking care of my Integra, answering my questions, and for being patient with me.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR VEHICLE!! I took my Cadillac to this shop to have the transmission repaired and after WEEKS of my car being in the shop and receiving excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long, I got my car back in worse condition than when I took it in. In addition to the transmission not being repaired properly (it was supposed to be replaced with a new, working transmission), the owner had the catalytic converters replaced as well as some sensors. When I picked my car up, I had to take it immediately to another shop because it was in such poor condition. Turns out he put in a broken transmission, the wrong size catalytic converters, and sensors that were not even needed. After it was all over, we spent well over $5000 just for this incompetent person to break my car down completely. When I asked him to make it right, he offered me $50 off what wed paid. This guy is a joke that calls himself a mechanic and is just out to steal your money. Dont let it happen to you too!
