Went up to the shop and they greeted me at the door and answered my questions. Gave me some pointers on the light bars etc. They didnt have the one in the store but they ordered it with no issues. Thanks again Jacob for all your help. My parents are happy with their new 50 light bar.

Inquired about having gears installed on a Dodge was informed that although they were OEM parts they could not do the work because I was providing the parts.

Installed my grumper, fog lights and winch. Everything looks perfect and the finished in half the time they estimated it would take. Every employee was nice and helpful.

Top notch customer service coupled with a well rounded, knowledgeable sales staff! A huge plus is the family oriented community events hosted at the store.

Ever since joining West Texas Ford Trucks Mafia I have found that 4wp does awesome quality work. Theyve done both modifications to my truck as well as maintenance. When I was in a accident 4WP stayed late and kept gates open for me to get my radiator replaced and bumper fixed. With all of that they had me goin again right on time for Christmas eve. If yall ever need work done check out 4WP and talk to their awesome crew.

Super nice staff

Terrible customer service. No acknowledgement when you come into the store. They have a sign that require customers to wear masks, but none of the sales people wear them. We came in one day to have my car checked out, then said it would be an hour wait. We called before coming in, spoke with Jacob and wasn’t told that. So we made an appt to come back the next day and then were required to pay half of the service which was fine. We came back to our appt, again not acknowledged and sales up front werent wearing masks. We had to tell them what we were there for, after they figured it out, we signed paperwork to have the car worked on then Celsete left didn’t say we were good, if we would get a call, how long. Terrible. So we had to ask if we can go. We came back an hour later and our car was still not touched. We decided to just get a refund and take our business else where. Customer service is terrible dont waste your time, like we did. Find another company.

Not great spot for alignments but for all other off-road needs a perfect spot to shop. Choose to stop in rather than calling as the phones are usually too busy. Had no issues getting warranty on two tires on my truck, that in mind spend the extra on warranty it could save you hundreds. Staff was friendly and helpful to my situation.

Great place, very helpful and knowledgeable. They installed my long arm and I have bought gears, winches and lights. Great selection of Jeep parts and accessories.

All I wanted to know is if yall stock tires in the store. Got put on hold as soon as they answered the phone. Then no one picked up except to put back on hold. So it would stop ringing. Just take the phone off the hook or turn the ringer off. Because if this is how you treat a new prospective customer. No thanks. And by the other reviews this place needs new management and staff. Good luck in the future. I will just leave my off-road fleet tire services where they are. Thanks

Had inexperienced people working the front. They ordered the parts to my house instead of the shop.Had a lift installed and had a terrible experience. Got the truck back 2 weeks later. No powering steering due the electric power steering that had to be flashed by ford. That came out of pocket which I wasn’t quoted for.Got the truck back and truck still wasn’t right. The truck had No power steering when turning right and was told by the manager that was my problem when it didn’t have a problem before I took it to them. 7000 dollars later and I still gotta pay ford to fix their mess up smh.I should have Listened to the 1star reviews that’s for sure. Place is garbage! Please save yourself a headache and take your Vehicle somewhere else!

Walk in and 4 people just sitting there no one acknowledges you and then when you walk up to the counter the lady says they can help you over there. Show them rims I wanted to purchase online website says they have them and the lady tells me we dont have them maybe if you order them online you can pick them up. Super rude and pretty sure she never even looked on the computer to see if they had them or now. Will never go back.

Terrible customer service!!! First they told me my part was back ordered however I could get on their website and order with no issues and then they pushed back the install date twice. Then they told me will call you as soon as the part gets here so you can bring your jeep and get it installed yet when we take it they say we can’t get to it because you missed your appointment. The reason we didn’t show up at the appointment time was because your employee told me not to show up until the part came in and he called me. Six and a half hours later still waiting for my install that was only supposed to take four hours. I will never go back to this place again. I wish I could give this place negative stars.

Wonderful costumer service! Sabrina the manager has put a lot of work in turning this place around within the past couple of months and it shows. Had a level kit, wheels,tires, bull bar, and light bar installed on my truck in one day!!!!

Helpful n professional

The manager Sabrina is clueless and has customers get involved with her transactions and give unsolicited incorrect service advice and they are incapable of ordering in the correct parts. She was extremely rude and so was the non employee she had get involved on her behalf and communication is non existent. I would not recommend to anyone.

Went in for new tires and alignment after installing new front end. Was able to get my tires in very quick but they failed miserably with the alignment. I was told not to go there for alignment but gave them a chance.... turns out they aren’t very versatile when it comes to anything not stock as I went to another shop and had the alignment done no problem. I played their game as they thought I didn’t know about anything they were talking about even after I gave them solutions to fix the problem I was shut down. Wouldn’t recommend.

No knowledge from their part ordering people, its just like going to Autozone, if they cant punch it in on a computer they cant find it.

I only gave them 1 star because it wouldnt let me add a review without one. I want people to know what they are getting into before they go here to have work done. I ordered tires told the lady I was going to need a new stud & lug because I broke mine off she set a date which was 9 days later & thats fine because Christmas was coming. I get there today she then says after I asked about the stud & lug,oh you want us to do that Im like yeah I asked you back when I ordered my tires & paid for them if you could do it. Ok I sat there for 4 hours for them to mount & balance 4 tires then I get the truck back they have done something where I need an alignment I just had the entire front done everything including the steering box & got it aligned & they didnt put the caps back on so Im like wheres my center caps that you took off. Guess what take my truck & put them on. This is not a place that does this I can tell by the stuff that happened to me.

Dont go there. Nobody knows what they are doing in the shop. The manager is clueless. They leave parts off your jeep install parts wrong. Not a good place. If you go there once you will have to return several more times until you give up and go elsewhere.

Dont waste your time, attempted to purchase batteries online and pick up.. inventory wrong tried again to purchase a jack and mount... Inventory wrong... Staff clueless....

Eveytime i call they cant get to anything from 4 days to 2 weeks. Funny i called about a flat repair and they cant get to 1 flat repair for tires i bought from them for almost a week.

What a joke..... 2018 Chevy Silverado, just a leveling kit. They have issues just installing a leveling kit and here I was about to spend 3 K on wheel and tires. Scared on what else they would have issues with.
