Very helpful! The young lady answering the phone was very nice, helpful, and informative (my vehicle has hail damage repairs needed). When I came in, everything was professional and explained on my level with no pressure on the time I was taking with my questions.

No complaints no issues, they were upfront and honest about the whole process. I only wish Id gone with the 5 all around.

Picked up my 2018 brand new Dodge Durango today - whoever did the window tint was nasty and dirty. There was water overspray streaks all over my inside door handles, inside door panels, on the odometer, water overspray on the exterior and dirty carpet stains from either heavily soiled shoes or even oil. I do not recommend this place one bit as they were sloppy with my vehicle! Someone obviously was in a hurry.

Leslie in the office did an amazing job getting both my car and my boyfriends truck appointments setup. Even though we had to wait a week to get in, it was definitely worth the wait. Then Fernando did an amazing job tenting all windows including the front windshield on both vehicles. He explained everything we needed to know about what to expect during 3-5 day waiting period for the tent to adhere to the windows. Also there is a lifetime warranty which is awesome. We are very satisfied with the work done on our vehicles and we will definitely be referring friends and family to yalls shop. Thanks again Leslie and Fernando for everything yall did for us.

Would never take my vehicle there again. Had a radio and speakers installed. Waited two days to get my vehicle back only to find out that they didn’t have all the parts needed to finish the job and they switched out the kind of radio I wanted to something different without even a phone call. When I was called to voice my issues over the phone I was handled in a very rude manner and was even told and I quote why don’t you come in and say it to my face. I will never do business with this establishment again.

Had my back window shattered by hail, I took it to them for the tint, price was great and the wait time wasnt bad at all, the staff was friendly.

Great place to get your windows tinted or your hail dents removed. Receptionist has called me by name every time I walk in the door. Never fail to get quality service no matter the reason I take my car there.

The best tint shop in town. Jay took care of my Audi SQ5 and did a great job tinting the whole car. They use Llumar products including ceramic which is my preferred tint for a number of reasons. Whether you have a truck or luxury vehicle you wont find a better tint shop in the Permian.

Not a terrible place but somewhat disappointed. Customer service was good. Sat for a very long time waiting to get the windows tinted on my vehicle. Tint is not lined up very well on back window as there are some places around the edge of window where sunlight is coming in. They were very apologetic about the wait.

I called in the morning for a estimate on a tint install and some questions I had about there product and service. They answered every question and they setup a appointment for me in the afternoon. I drop it off during lunch and pick it up after work. Great work and my truck looks great.

Didnt have problems on previous window tint jobs but on this last one on my lincoln town car they did a very sloppy job. Small side door window is not aligned correctly and can see the sun shining right through the gap. Rear window the tint was rolling rolling off all around the edges plus had gaps as well, had to take back to have it redone, looks like they used a different shade or tint brand and looks different now than the rest of the windows. There was liquid running down that left spots all over the inside of car on door panels and on the outside of the car as well, not even the slightest try of cleaning up after the job and themselves. They removed factory installed window antenna from inside and outside window and just left it on floorboard, had to take back to have them reinstalled and they did not glued antenna back on right and just flew off on the road. Why even the need to remove factory installed hardware outside of window? it didnt interfere with tint install on the inside. On the inside, they refused to install the antenna block back on the window citing it would void warranty. Its factory installed hardware, why would you remove it in the first place without asking for consent to do so then refusing to fix it afterwards? Not happy with supervisor taking a break leaned over across the trunk of my vehicle.

The owner and the reception was excellent. windshield and dents were fixed as expected. car looks awesome again.
