The car was ready when they said it would be, though I did have to wait past closing time on that date. I can appreciate the fact that the owner of this business was courteous enough to bring me into his office and show me in real time the people working to get my car finished. Many of them stayed over, and the owner stayed over until my vehicle was ready. Would I recommend this body shop to others, yes I would. Considering the fact that were in the midst of a pandemic and they were still able to have my vehicle ready on the date they promised says something positive about this body shop.

Took them months longer than the initial month they quoted to fix my boyfriends car that has damage along one side and the front bumper. Everytime they called we said it would be ready tomorrow or a few days later for weeks straight. Would have been okay of they had been honest about the time frame. Also the car didnt come back with the bag of change my boyfriend forgot and left in it. Didnt like the customer service but I suppose the job was okay just took them 4x as long as predicted.

I have not had my self; accidents but the companies I operate did and the three times in 30 plus years myself had to find a good body dude!! all of them would screw you a round!!! NOT Epic Collision!!!!! fast and solid work (metal work) returning me auto in good time clean and the work was NICE & CLEAN!?! THANK YOU & Your employees for a great job!?! not too many companies in this part of the country is PROS it what they do but EPIC COLLISION !?! If you go somewhere else you will wish you had!?! SO just go there first!?! do-it do-it just do-it NOW!!!!!
Most terrible staff and service. My tail lights had moisture after i picked up my car and they said i had them customized in the past. Once I called them out on the lies they were forced to put 2 new tail lights.
It is the nicest and most courteous and professional place that I have been too in a long time. If not the cleanest.
This place is amazing! I sent them my insurance estimate and asked that order the parts before I dropped off my car. They did and I was able to keep driving my car while we waited for the parts. My damage was minor but I was able to get my car fixed in one day!!! I’m definitely using them again.

They got my truck out pretty fast I thought I was gonna wait about three months they got me my truck done less then a month when there was alot of work to be done to it
My car was repaired after 1 week, and they kept me updated the whole time through texts and calls. Also, when I picked it up i was surprised that they had it vacuumed and detailed inside. ❤

I had a car in there about 2 1/2 years ago. Great service and excellent workmanship.
Not professional. Lies about completion dates. Lies about when service will start. Doesn’t know how to process a debit card payment. Pressures customers to use cash. Thinks quick books is a financial institution. Just fishy all around.

Did a decent job on the repairs but took nearly double the amount of time that they said it would take and frequently lied to me about the amount of progress that they were making. When I showed up there and caught them in the lies they blamed me for it since they didnt know I was coming. Hardly a professional way to run any business .

I was very irritated that it took me three months to get on their schedule, until I asked around and found out some people are still waiting (as of March 2018) on repairs at other shops from the hail storm LAST SUMMER.To their credit, EPIC was professional and good about communicating with me. Cant comment on the worksmanship because my insurance company totalled out my truck. :-(
Caution, its not worth your time. I waited a year for my car to be in the shop for 3 months on damage that was supposed to take only 1 month. It was returned to me twice incomplete with paneling off, light issues, and it still has issues today. I was stuck waiting 2-3 days for a call back everytime I tried to reach them, and they even fired the guy that in charge of managing my claim. My rain sensor is still not right so I went back and Gilbert, the owner, said, you should read the manual before you come and say something is broken. Look at another body shop, dont waste your time. The owner will write you off, and complain about how you choose to pay.

Worst customer service I have seen from any store. My car received hail damage and a broken wieldshield. After making an appointment, my parents showed up and was informed that some policys had changed and they werent going to look at me and my moms vehicles. They politely asked why they couldnt have called us instead of driving across town then the employee proceeded to say since we were upset about them not calling we should go somewhere else and my father said yes I believe will we. The employee said okay we dont want customers like you anyway. I am still appalled that any store would allow these types employees to talk to their customers like this.
Parking area awkward. Hard to get help when you walk in. Men in back service area were busy and were not that interested in helping. Front girl was trying hard. Hard to get a straightforward word from them about service time and they didnt call back with updates. We had our car there way too long.
Paint flakes after first week due to bugs, painted bumper on truck and now you can see paint on plastics, alignment they did knocked sunroof off tracks now it won’t open. Stay away they don’t care about your vehicle.
Gave me an estimate that my car would be done on the 4th, here we are over 2 weeks later and theyve just been pushing it back over and over and it still isnt done. Its impossible to talk to anyone who knows whats going on, theyll take your name and number and never get back to you.

Took my Lexus there twice and they did an outstanding job. Took good care of me, were prompt and on point with everything.
I dont really know where to start on this place i was rear ended and this was the place that the other persons insurance company sent me when i finally got a call back from them they wanted to know when i could cime in to do an estimate but i work 7 days a week 12-14 hours a day the lady wasnt happy that i couldnt take time off but i had already missed 3 days because i was in the car accident and couldnt miss any more so i ask ifa person from the insurance company could do it and then she told me its fine we probably wont even look at it for 34 days so i called back the insurance lady and was told that they had already talked to them and they would start in 2 days so i was happy 10 min later i got anouther call from this body shop and again was told 34 days when i told them what the insurance company said she had anouther lady get on the phone and she was mad at me im still not sure why she hung up and 5 min later a man called me saying he was the owner and that he had just gotten a note saying that i was vulgar and rude witch was a shock to me because i didnt say anything rude or disrespectful he then told me that he owned the business and would not be strong armed by an insurance company and that he would not now or ever work on my car.Any company that treats a person like they treated me should be out of business
I love this business! Ok, so unfortunately I ran over a dog 3 weeks before I was to deliver my child. The hopes of getting my car into a collision center, much less fixed and returned in time were slim to none. I called Epic and was told to bringy car in asap for an estimate.Walking through the doors, I was greeted and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The lobby is very clean and pleasant smelling. They even have a cute poodle that greets you! Lol. Each person I dealt with was professional and the process to get my car in and fixed was all done in a timely manner. The parts my car needed were pre-ordered to reduce the turn around time on my car. Although, it did take 2 extra days, it was at no fault of Epic Collision, but rather the Lexus Dealership. I have an odd colored Reddish Lexus so I was a little worried the paint would be slightly off. It wasnt! The paint was perfect and my car looked amazing!! Iwas scheduled to for an induction on Monday and picked my car up on Saturday. I was in a rush to get it back because I wanted it detailed prior to the arrival of my child. When they brought my car around, it was detailed already! So much appreciated!!! I would definitely return here and refer any and all friends/family here!
My Japanese buddy brought his vehicle to this shop. They kept pushing the finish date back until his full car rental agreement was up. He is very upset with his experience.

So I found out today that the work they did on my vehicle is subpar. Theres first the paint, its not blended well, its chipping. My bumper is sticking out. Seriously go somewhere else.
Horrible shop!! Paint has orange peel and runs all over the entire bumper. Owner tried to blame me and say no body shop is perfect. Rude! Dont ever go here! Horrible customer service

They messed up our battery and were rude and unprofessional just because we didnt let them work on our vehicle and so unorganized because they had lost our key which ended up being locked in the truck I would not recommend this place at all
