Truck was sent by local dealership for a spot that needed buffed and rear bumper painted. This body shop apparently damaged my F250 Lariat trim and replaced it with XL that they repaired and stuck on. Truck was taken back and then damage was done to fender and door. Worst experience I have ever seen from a body shop.

The experience was great from beginning to end, Rogelio was very informative. He keep me updated at all times., and the quality of work is great!

They guys there did an amazing job repairing my vehicle after a deer collision. Only one little small spot where it looks like some clear coating is missing. Havent had time to take it back. Overall though they did superior work. Even washed and detailed it before returning it. Thanks!

They were super helpful! They also kept me posted on the status of my car at least every 2 days. They called when it was finished being aligned, they called when the parts came in and was being painted for the body, and they even adjusted their schedule to allow me to pick up before I had to go to work which I was so thankful for. I would most definitely come back, but lets hope I dont need to, lol!

Admittedly, my experience was probably a unique situation and I want to believe that Caliber delivers professional service on a timely manner based on the reviews. However, that was not my experience.I was scheduled to pick my vehicle up on a Friday, two weeks after I dropped it off. During that time, I received text messages of the updates. However, when I went to pick it up, the technician said they forgot to order a light and that it would be Wednesday of the following week. I called the following Wed. and was told it was still being painted. This process happened over and over, each time with a different reason. In my mind, a professional would know to order a light, a brace, etc. within the first two weeks of working on my car. We shouldnt be four weeks in and still missing parts. I dropped my vehicle off on August 18th and picked it up on September 17th.The quality of work was excellent and the repair made my vehicle look as if the collision never happened.I will say that the staff was professional, courteous and apologetic. At one point, I asked to speak to a manager, because I was paying for the car rental out of my own pocket and could not continue to do so. The manager made arrangements to pay the rental moving forward.

Caliber Collision has excellent customer service. After the repairs were complete, my car looked brand new. If i didn’t know where the damage had occurred I would not have noticed. After a quick examination of the damage, they worked with my insurance company to have the car fixed and washed within that week. Very impressed.

They did great work on our F350, a high quality and professional job!However when we took our Tesla in for minor paint issues they didn’t want to touch it. When they said they don’t know how to disconnect the battery to fix the paint on the door, I decided I didn’t want them touching it either..Still, they’re a great place for older vehicles.

Caliber collision is filled with friendly and professional employees who are determined to get the job done quickly and proficiently. The employee Rita was able to fully explain in detail the job done and I will most definitely be recommending this business to my friends and family.

After dealing with one representative and not getting the response and communication we expected. I decided to go to the GM and he was able to get our car back to us after having it in their shop for a month. The car had paint imperfections and it was fixed after we pointed it out but it still was left with some overspray.

My car looked brand new once repairs were completed.

Front panels not aligned correctly. They even forgot to reinstall a piece of trim. Windshield was a knockoff and not what came factory. It was the other parties fault so they should have used factory glass. Has park sensors too. Called to have it corrected. They wouldnt set up a another rental and expected ke to wait even though it was their mistake. I should have been more critical. This is west texas after all.

We were told to contact this company to schedule an appointment for hail damage appraisal. The lady that answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will not go into details but because of this, we are taking our business elsewhere. During this time when the economy is struggling and businesses are having issues thriving, you would expect better customer service. We will find a company that deserves our business.

My wife and I took both of our cars here to be repaired after the hail storm from earlier in the year. These guys are busy, but they do a great job! Colton, my Service Advisor, made sure to call me several times throughout the week to keep me updated as to the status of my car. They did the same for my wife. Both cars were returned in great shape and in good time.

Nice people, never had to use a place like this before but they kept me updated on the progress of my repair.

Took my nissan rogue in on 12/30/19 and I had Daniel as my service advisor. They were sending me updates even on new years even which I was surprised and I was kept up to date on everything. I believed I was going to have an issue when my insurance company thought the car was gonna be done earlier and wanted me to turn in my rental but daniel got in contact with geico and straightened everything out all I had to do was make 1 phone call to him. Excellent service car was returned cleaner than I had dropped it off. definitely recommend this location.

Beware this shop will rip you off. My wife took her brand new 2019 toyota highlander to these people for an estimate. All she did was chip the paint on the lift gate, i am talking damage that is no bigger then a rock chip to the paint and a tiny indent on the bumper. All she wanted was the rock chip touched up. Estimate is for $1430.33 and includes so many unnecessary things that its not even funny.. Such as replacement of the nameplate highlander when there is nothing wrong with it and it does not need to be removed, removing trim which will not need to be removed, removing light assemblies which will not need to be removed, Diagnostic scans which will not need to be done. The more i look over this estimate the more Im thinking they were looking or anything and everything to try to pad the bill. As a consumer i would be very afraid to leave my vehicle with these people, i would be afraid of them causing damage to it in order to add more cost to the final bill.Whats even funnier now that I am looking closer at this estimate, if you take away all the unecessary stuff the charges for the actual stuff that would have needed to be done IF you accept whats on the estimate as the truth is roughly $550.00 so yea, they were padding the bill by about $900. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP.UPDATE In response to Business response, no no thank you, i took it to another shop and am in possession of a much lower estimate... Over $1000 lower, so no no thanks.Just a note to readers of this, do not take your first estimate... Please shop around and contact at least 10 different shops before picking one, itll be well worth your time. Just because your insurance company is footing the bill is no reason to allow places like this to gouge prices and drive insurance premiums even higher then they are these days.

If your an insurance company or not driving a luxury vehicle I would recommend this shop. The service was very cheap, and you get what you pay for. The employees were very nice and polite but not very well versed. The paint could be mistaken for a match at 20 feet. I was given the excuse of metal and plastic always look different. Someone might try selling them primer but thats probably too expensive for them. The clear coat was sprayed too thick. The ripple/ orange peel effect is very visible. I have seen better MAACO jobs. The shop actually pushed to have the frame straightened. 6 hours total without any extra charge to straighten a frame totalling under $1000. They pieced the front bumper back together. Dash fits about as well as it did before repairs. The first time they were done it was very clear the whole front end was pushed towards the passenger side. They did do a much better job of aligning the hood and front clip the second time. My car does not handle like it did before the wreck.All said and done I dont trust the vehicle I got back. I will be trading for an OEM vehicle ASAP.
