Curtis from Geek Squad came to set up our new TV and wall mount we had just purchased. They were quick and concise about where we had wanted it and even gave us some good info about their services and future installment. We had a pleasant experience with him.

I prefer this Best Buy over the one that is in Midland. This one actually has their shelves stocked with inventory and as far as appearance this one that is in Odessa looks better than the one in Midland. Ill drive the extra 14 miles to get what need!!!

Good store, it is a smaller best buy store so the selection isnt as great or extensive as the bigger stores. Overall great service, reason for 4 stars is selection is not as big as compared to online products for this store.

Best buy can be a great store but do not buy warranty for their large appliances. I have used Best Buy before when they did repairs in house or had better repair service people. As of late, my washer with warranty has been broken for 6 weeks and they are making me schedule danother repair. I first schedule a repair with a service man who refused to show up. Then they scheduled another who showed up, set up a repair date for part needed, part came in, and they did not show up. Now, they are making me schedule a repair with the first company that did not show up. I advise that if you buy an appliance from BEST BUY, save your money and dont buy the warranty. They will not honor it. I cant keep taking off of work to wait for service repair people who dont show up. Customer Service and live chat help just give me the run-around. Complete waste of time.I will not be buying another large appliance from best buy. I had to buy another washer from a local store that does local warranty service.

Purchased products on Jan 8th. One item was defective. After doing some research there is an actual production defect affecting multiple units. I attempted to get an exchange at the store and was told sorry it’s outside of the 15 day return policy. I get it, I should have read the “fine print” but never expected for something to fail 21 days later.It’s sad that a company stands behind their products for only 15 days. I will never spend another dollar with Best Buy and I will not hold back my experience with anyone.

Don’t waste your time doing curbside pick up at this Best Buy. This is the third time I’ve ordered online with them and they’ve screwed it up. I ordered something at 11 AM and it wasn’t ready at 12 o’clock they told me to go home and wait till the app said it was ready. I go back up there several hours later to pick it up and now they’ve canceled my order. The incompetence of this Best Buy is beyond my comprehension.
The service was great and the store was clean. However the quantity of items they have for Android products are ridiculous compared to Apple products. I would have given a 5 star if it wasnt for that.

Finally pulled the trigger on a set of Jabra 45t Active earbuds with a little help from the Best Buy staff. It was the Jabras or beats Powerbeat Pros. The Jabras are so much better for the genre of music I listen to & are much easier to adjust & the app gives you a ton of adjustment. The staff was helpful & understood my frustrations that only certain colors of the beats were on sale when they are all the same. Not sure about you, but red & yellow would & will never be my first choices for earbuds. So, the blue Jabras were a better alternative all around. The manager wouldnt even give me the sale price even though I purchased the beats Solo Pro on ear headphones the day before!
Yes was the worst experience I ever had at a best buy. I was needing help in car audio, they were a little busy so I waited patiently. After 45 minutes I was getting frustrated. The crowed had died down and still no one even asked if I needed help. When I asked for help I was told sorry I am on break. After another 45 minutes I left.
I had bought a pair of wireless ear buds from a Best Buy kiosk in the airport. Unfortunately they didnt work. I took them into this Best Buy and they replaced them quickly and with no questions asked. Just proof of purchase and they replaced it.
On New Years Day, the website says the store is open until 7 pm. Its only 5:30 pm and they are already closed. Been informed they are only doing curbside pick-up - which was not conveyed on their website.

The only reason I am deducting 1 star is because I think that $45.00 restocking charge on cellphones is not right if the phone has not been activated, or even taken out of the box. Thank you for making it right. I got the phone I wanted, and will be back soon to purchase a new iPhone for my husband.
I did not realize that the store was almost closed when I walked in I thought it closed at 8:00. The sales person was rushing me and he rolled his eyes twice when I told him I wanted to look at something else. And that I wanted to look at a couple of other things since I had gotten approved for $2500 in credit with progressive. I would rather he had told me that they were getting ready to close then act the way he did. I will be going back tomorrow to purchase my items but I will be using a different salesperson one that is older and not so young and inexperienced with customer service.

I needed a. Modem and router because an electrical damaged mine. A tech was able to help me pick out the one for my needs and it works great. The cashier was friendly. I was only there a very short time which was great as I had many errands to run.

Went in to buy 2 Apple watches. Asked 3 times if I needed a mask. 3 times I said I have a medical condition. The lady at the watches wouldnt look at me and when I finally got her attention she said she wouldnt talk to me without a mask to which I replied I have a medical condition. She said well I cant sell to you...all for a virus with a 99.96% survival rate.
The store was not very busy but customer service was the real highlight of my experience today, they were awesome. I went to exchange a TV that was delivered by UPS. I went to setup the tv and the screen was cracked. I took the tv to exchange it and customer service was absolutely great. I was in and out with a new tv in a matter of no more than 30 min. That may seem long but 25 minutes of that was me trying to decide on a replacement. Needless to say my experience there today was stress free.

I ordered a radar detector online went to the store saw a lady walking out I saw another employee at a car so I went to the door where no one was at and I stepped in then an employee comes out named Sunny and rudely tells me to get out of the store as he just walks by me,no explanation,nothing.Good thing they had a decent employee come out right after that. His name was Hunter and he kindly asked me how he could help me. They need to get rid of customer service people like Sunny who think theyre working in some kind of prison or something hes lucky I didnt give him a piece of my mind. Ive never been treated so rudely especially after spending over $500 on an order. I will never return to this store

Walked in to select a new printer. They had an excellent selection of HP Pro printers, and had plenty of ink in stock. The store is clean, well lit, and the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. I was in and out without delay. Its good to know that I can rely on this location for my office needs.
Walked into the store was never greater by anyone oh well no biggie. Went straight to the phones looking to get a new phone were the person working phone section was busy playing on her phone. Stood there 25 min never helped while others got help as soon as they walked over. Went looked at graphics cards and motherboards then back to phones for an additional 15 min with no help at all. Worst customer service by far for a retail store.
Still a very good store just wish the employees knew there inventory better instead of just say they dont have it when its on the shelf next to them lol and make sure to be carefull buying a tv there too, they like to just throw it in there without care, just be smart and dont have any dealings with geek squad too its a cash grab rip off, but i do love the stores return policy and management has alway helped out alot, the folks at the counters do a great job too, This is a great store as long as you know what you want and avoid anything qeeksquad related.
