Was visiting from up North. Windshield wiper reservoir leaked. No fluid for the ~1,000 mile trip back. The technician diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

I took my GL550 here on the recommendation of my mechanic who didn’t work on what it needed. They called and told me the entire transfer case would have to be replaced for a tiny leak and the cost would be $3952. When I questioned it, I was told “when you buy expensive toys, you have to pay for them.” I had no problem except the work seemed extensive for such a small leak. After looking up other Mercedes mechanics I found Jerry’s MB. I took it there without telling them I took it to High Line first. After 2nd opinion, they told me only the seal and one other part needed replacing for$1400. No problem. I knew it was going to be over $1000 when I first had it looked at. I don’t know if it’s because I was woman alone or what, but be careful with them ripping you off!!

After using my local BMW dealer for 5 years, I decided it was time to try an alternative. I found High Line Inc. and am so glad I did. The first thing I did was an oil change. It was done in a fair amount of time and it cost me about $40 less than the dealer. I was so pleased that I then made an appointment to replace my front and rear brakes with a brake flush. I could not be any happier with the service provided. It saved me over $2000.00 that would have been charged extra at the dealer. I live 30 miles away from High Line Inc but will continue to use their services. They specialize in BMW and Mercedes Benz and they are a SAE Certified repair facility. Bravo to a job well done.Edit: I have now used High Line for a third time. This time it was for engine work. I could not be any happier with the service provided by Nick. He and his team provide top tier service every time. I will never go back to my local BMW service center ever again. He only uses BMW OEM parts for my car and his prices are less than half the cost of the BMW dealer service.

Terrible experience with these guys! Stay away from High Line Car Sales!! Not to mention that the owner is very arrogant! I brought in a Mercedes that needed the transmission computer reprogrammed because of a newly installed conductor plate. Since this part is new, it needed to be reprogrammed by a Mercedes shop that has a special programming software. I called them and they said to bring the car in and they would reprogram it. They ended up charging me $100 for a 1 hour diagnosis and then told me they could not reprogram the transmission computer because of some electrical issue? They also explained that it would be many hours to investigate the problem. I was very suspicious of what they explained to me so I drove the car 5 minutes down the road to a similar shop that works on Mercedes and explained to them what High Line told me. The guys working at this other shop were so nice and professional. They had the same software and reprogrammed my cars transmission computer in 5 minutes. I couldn’t believe it! They did not even charge me a dime! In fact, I was so happy with these guys, I just referred 5 friends to this other shop. My car shifts like new again. I couldn’t be happier😊. It’s amazing to me that there are dishonest shops out there like High Line. They are terrible! Just absolutely terrible! There are many honest shops within 5 minutes of these guys that work on euro cars. Bottom line....stay away from High Line Auto Sales.

These guys are the best at servicing and repairing German automobiles. Honest as can be. I have been taking both of my Mercedes cars to them for years with absolutely no issues. I recommend them to my family and friends. A+ Mechanics!

High Line Car Sales is reasonable and reliable. We have a 2006 S500 Mercedes and moving to a new city, its hard finding a reasonable auto repair shop other than the dealership. I highly recommend High Lines Car Sales to anyone.

I have been a customer since 2012 and have always been 100% satisfied with the quality of work and fair pricing. There attention to detail is awesome right down to the tire valve stem caps.

I have been taking my BMW E39 540i to these guys for several years and their service is exceptional. I had asked them to fix something and they were professional enough to tell me it was something else, rather than replacing what I had asked for and stating it also needed something else. Their pricing is always fair and they dont charge you for things you dont need. I will continue to take my cars there for a long time.
