Its hard to find honesty in todays market. People desperate to make a few bucks even to take advantage of people.Twice Ive gone here for a few things, oil changes/brakes only to be told by the techs that my car doesnt need certain work done yet or what to do instead to save money. They could have replaced my brakes and I would have been a happy customer. Instead through integrity and honesty they have gotten a customer for life as long as I live here. You pay a very small extra premium for an incredible amount of detail work and caring.Go here for all automotive needs. If you dont, well youre only hurting yourself.

Amazing and professional!!!Will definitely advice all our friends to do there.We went to Advanced Automation yesterday for a battery replacement after we visited a nearby Automotive place on the other side and we had unpleasant experience.Advanced Automation was extremely helpful.My car’s battery died, when we managed to get them the car it was almost at the last minutes of their working hours.However they asked us to come back after 45 minutes to take the car after they replace the battery which was sure after their closing time.They did the work with pleasure. I have been bring my car 2005 Ford escape to them for years and I have been impressed by how fast my car was done .He is very honest and help me I had my brakes done and warranty expired by 2 months he said I will call the manufacturer by this should not have went like this and repair ed my brakes no charge $600. Honest yes!Since then I have a new car and now my family is going to them.Very straight up and will tell u if you need the work now or in the future. I trust them 100 percent.

I needed my alternator replaced and went to my usual mechanic. They were charging way too much. So I looked in my area and found this shop. I was able to drop my car off within the hour and repaired same day. I paid a fair price (much lower than the other place or the dealership). A great experience with no unsavory upsell tactics. Took car in with air conditioner blowing warm air. Recharged system with freon/dye and located a substantial leak. Unfortunately parts will not be available until next week. Updated review will follow upon completion. It has been about 2 weeks since the leaking evaporator was replaced and all indications are that the problem was resolved. Much thanks to Evan and his crew.

I was really impressed with the work done in our cars AC and the communication by Evan (store manager).Recently moved to the area and looking to have a used cars AC serviced. Searched around and found Advanced and booked an appointment for a free AC check. Evan stated the AC issue involved a small sensor that isnt stocked at stores but could be found on eBay. He didnt try to sell me on replacing a compressor. Hes trustworthy and highly communicative.I went back another day with the part I needed and they performed the job. I would recommend this location to others based on this one interaction with them. Hopefully I wont need to return for any other work, but if I do I can rest assured Id be treated well and not scammed.

Ive priced 3 jobs in the area (Starter Replacement, Fuel System Clean, Brake Service) and theyve been the cheapest by a decent amount every time. So, theyre always going to be good when it comes to cost of repair. However, this seems to be no secret to people in the area and they are usually booked up at least a day in advance. If you need service done, Id certainly recommend them, but be sure to make an appointment.

Nice professional reasonable price

My air conditioner broke in my 2007 Suzuki and we took my car to Advanced Automotive to figure out the issue. They took a look at it and quickly diagnose it as a compressor and since it had to be ordered we waited to schedule the appointment. I called around to several stores to check prices and Advanced Automotive was a full $600 below the other local mechanics for the same parts and labor. We took the car in a few days later and they were able to get everything done over an hour before we expected it. They have a great team there and offer wonderful service at a great price. I will definitely continue to go back for future work on my car.

Exceptional service! Got there 5 min before they were closing, with a flat tire. Was just gonna ask a couple questions, while waiting for the tow truck to come and take my car to the dealership. Instead, he offered to look at it and said he coould just fix the tire if I wanted. Even though it was already after hours, he was very professional, and had the tire fixed quick, saving me a lot of time and money!Although I could be wrong, I think his name was Evan. They are thourogh, meticulous, and service your vehicle very well. The wait area is a bit small, but even standing outside, which is uncommon, works well. Thye are also nice enough to participate in Groupon.

I went to Advanced Automotive in October and they told me I had a crack in my tie rod on one of my tires. Their quote was more than $600 to fix it and itd be an all day job. I was told I didnt need it fixed immediately so I figured Id get another quote. Today I took my car to another place for an alignment and turns out theres no crack in my tie rod. Because Im a female and brought my car in alone, Advanced Automotive thought they could try and take advantage of me and the little knowledge I have about cars. Ill never return there for service. Ladies beware.

This is the best place I have ever brought my car to. As a girl in my mid-twenties, I cant tell you how many times Ive taken my car in for an oil change or a tire rotation and come out with numerous suggestions about broken parts of my car that really SHOULD be taken care of that day, on average totaling a grand or two. These guys DO NOT do that! The first time I took my car in for an oil change, they actually gave me a great deal. When they were handing me back my keys, I was expecting to hear about how the air conditioner had a leak or some belt was about to tear but all they did was tell me that everything went fine and to have a great day. I havent been anywhere else since and I wont go anywhere else again as long as I live here. These guys deserve 50 stars, not 5! I recommend them to anyone and everyone! Professional, friendly and they do the best work around!

This place quoted me $745 ended up getting it repaired at H&H auto repair in Kissimmee for $390.Was quoted $240 for an AC condenser Incouldn’t find anywhere for over $200. Most were $140 & under. Was quoted over $600 for labor while another shop I usually work with told me $300. They seem to be a little pricey. Was trying to find a fair priced shop close to my home but I’ll be making the ride into Kissimmee to see H&H.

Great place to take your vehicle. This is my first time to a Meineke, and I certainly dont regret it! My brakes were squealing/catching and I thought they were going out. I took my car to this shop and they informed me my brakes were fine, just that the rotors were dirty and rubbing. They offered a service to clean it, but the man informed me that the car was safe to drive even if I didnt want to pay for that service. The cleaning fee was reasonable so I had them do it, my brakes are great now! Silent and work much better.They did not try to press extra services on me, and while they could easily have lied and said I needed new brakes to get more money out of me- they didnt. The service was very friendly and they did not make me wait for my appointment, they got me in right on time. I will be taking my truck here for future service.

Needed to do something about it, considering it was now exiting facing upward towards the bed of my truck. Stopped by, was helped right away with no appointment. Wow, talk about a great shop. I was from out of state and had an issue with my car. I thought it was something major and was dreading the bad news. They found a blown fuse and a loose connection. I was at their mercy. I didnt have a clue, they knew it and could easily have taken advantage of the situation. They didnt. Didnt even charge me just told me to enjoy my time in Florida. I recently took my car to Advanced Automotive. I have a luxury car that has expensive tires (one tire costs $235 including expedited delivery). I was charged an additional $44 for extra parts and services such as balancing, stem, weights, labor, etc. -- for 1 tire. Many car stores charge far less (if anything) for these additionals. I was overcharged because I have a nice car, which is not acceptable. At the end of the day, I paid $279 for the installation of one tire. 4 tires would cost an extra $176 above the price of the tires. I gave 2 stars since the work was actually done. Buyer Beware -- look out for unnecessary charges!!!!
