Visiting Bright Eyed is a staple in my life! We moved to Ocean Springs during the pandemic. Learning a new town in such conditions has been difficult. However, the regularity of Bright Eyed has been a “bright spot” - from the consistency of hours, menu, quality of drinks, and to just regular friendly atmosphere and environment. I have three young children and we have our “dates” here often. Bryan will make little steamers for them and we will share an awesome waffle. Thank you for being open early and always delivering great coffee and atmosphere! Side note: most of downtown isn’t rolling until about 10am. Bright Eyed is open at 7am: this can really incentivize a timely preschool drop off!

Their nitro cold brew will awaken your soul and their simple yet perfect waffles are perfect for dipping into one of the best lattes youll ever have.Its a local gathering spot and thosethat do gather there are always positive, friendly and laughing together. To say Im thankful to have found such a place would be an understatement. So stop in, bring your furiend for they are pet friendly and grab a cup that will fill your soul with love in a cup and hospitality like no other!

Came down for a vacation and heard about this coffee shop from all my friends & family. Amazing atmosphere, very friendly owners, and most importantly fantastic coffee! Stayed in Ocean Springs 6 days and came to Bright Eyed at least 10 times! Can’t wait to come back.

Aussie in Ocean Springs with my first time visiting. My gf and I saw the reviews online and decided to try Bright Eyed Brew Co. for ourselves. The reviews werent wrong, definitely the best Coffee in Ocean Springs!! The Nitro was exceptional an the perfect drink to start our day!Owner is super friendly too!! Most definitely going back for another brew before we leave town!Thank you for making us feel welcome to your quaint and gorgeous shop.

We love this place so much. Ryan and Katherine are seriously the nicest people on earth. It’s so joyful to hear them conversing with their customers while making coffee and waffles. Speaking of the waffles....WOW! They are so amazing! They usually are sold out by 10. So get there early. All of their flavors are simple but delicious. What makes Bright Eyed Brew so unique though is the extra level of customer service Ryan and Katherine take. When there are a dozen other coffee shops, a genuine love of what they do and the love they share with their customers truly makes Bright Eyed Brew stand out. Nitro is legit! Super smooth and no stale aftertaste that a lot of nitros and cold brews tend to have. Next thing to try is their roasted beans

Hands down the best coffee on the coast. Its impossible to find something you wont like on their menu. (I reccomend the Lavender Vanilla latte, undertow, or Banana Foster Nitro)The shop itself may only be 218sq ft but every inch of it feels like home. Ryan and Katherine are such great people who pour love into their community and cups each and every day.Bright Eyed is an absolute must go place if youre down here on the coast, youll come for the coffee and stay for the people.

My favorite coffee spot in the world is right here! The atmosphere is always welcoming and Ryan always remembers my order. If the temperature is below 65 he knows Iike it hot. The nitro cold brew is amazing. Anytime you go to bright eyed you find good people and conversation. For anyone in the Gulf Coast looking for a coffee spot this is the place.

Small, cozy shop with a short menu of high quality coffee drinks. Their little waffles are made fresh to order and are light, fluffy and delicious! Top it all off with a friendly staff and you’ve got yourself a gem of a coffee shop. If I lived here, this would be my spot.

Went in expecting to just grab a coffee and discovered waffles as well (for a very reasonable price). The barista offered me Nutella for it and reader, I devoured that Nutella waffle. It may have been the best waffle I ever had in my life. I order a black americano to accompany it and it was also very good.The location is excellent. This isn’t where you should go for a meeting or to try and work on a project (it’s an espresso bar, not a coffee shop and I don’t think there’s public WiFi) but if you want a quick, quality coffee or waffle this is an excellent choice.

Might be the best coffee on the coast. The owners are super nice and really helpful. You got to stop by if your in Ocean Springs, its in a great spot downtown with a tiny indoor seating area and some outside seating too!

The coffee is delicious but the man who runs it refuses to wear a mask. My family is very immunocompromised and many of our friends and family have been affected by the virus. Honestly unacceptable

Best coffee in Ocean Springs, and one of the best coffee places Ive been to on the MS Gulf Coast. I mostly drink decaf, and their decaf is just as good as their regular. They also serve nitro here. Customer service is good, and the location is perfect for a morning/afternoon stroll in downtown OS with your coffee. Great waffles that they make their own syrups for, but get there early because they can sell out!

Bright Eyed Brew Co. is my favorite coffee shop in Ocean Springs. Everything I have tried there has been outstanding. My personal favorite is the lavender latte. It has a friendly small town atmosphere. It’s a must for downtown Ocean Springs.

We were staying at The Inn at Ocean Springs and decided to get breakfast at the Bright Eyed Brew Co. The atmosphere was welcoming and the owner was very friendly. We ended up getting a waffle with Nutella (I would highly recommend) and coffee, which was perfect. This is definitely a must stop for downtown Ocean Springs.

Incredible. Im from Seattle so Im familiar with good coffee. This is a cut above most coffee Ive ever had. Very smooth and the syrups are house-made perfection.

This is literally this best cold brew coffee around. Not just the coast, but everywhere. I can not wait for every Saturday to catch them at the farmers market in OS to get some. Today I bought a quart of it for home. If you havent tried it yet, then you need to come get some!

I didnt realize it until 3 days later when I got back from vacationing and had some of my own brew at home... Bright Eye has the best coffee I have ever tasted. I had the nitro coffee with only a little brown sugar added and Im afraid Ill never be able to have it again unless I drive up 9 hours.

The owners roast their own beans so the coffee and espresso have an amazing flavor and aroma unlike any store bought coffee youve ever had.And if you are in need of a serious boost to your day have one of their Nitro cold brews. 🤯🤯🤯And for a snack have one of their made to order Belgian waffles. I can not say enough good things about this place! Katherine and Ryan are two of the sweetest souls you will ever meet in your life! They always take care of their customers and try to build a genuine connection to people, which you can’t get from your typical Starbucks. Now the coffee and waffles...let me tell you, I tried as many different coffee and tea (chai and matcha) flavoring combinations as often as I could and was never disappointed. I mean I found a new favorite drink every time I walked into their quaint little shop. The hardest part of leaving Mississippi for a new duty station was knowing I wasn’t going to be able to get the coffee, waffles, and kind hearted interactions that I got from visiting this store. If you’re in the area this is a must visit spot!

Bright eyed is an awesomly amazing experience through and through. My wife and I appreciate great coffee and this place has it. The nitro, black, is incredible; the vanilla latte’s are beyond tasty also. I’m sure if we stepped out of our box the other menu Items would match up to the high standard these drinks provide. Will have to come back to try to horchata nitro, that sounded interesting.We are from Texas and have a moderately high expectation when it comes to customer service, but when Katherine remembers my 6 month old sons name the second time I go there, and in his absence asks where he is, then proceeds to tell me to hug him for her, that tells me they care immensely about every customer. It’s a true testament to how genuine the feel and vibe is at this place. So personal and professional all at once.Bright Eyed Brew is the epitome of southern charm meets magnificent hospitality. At this point I’m just upset it took day 3 of our vacation to find it, because we came back every day thereafter. If you ever want to franchise or open a stand in Texas, let us know! I’ll contact you all about wholesaling regardless, your coffee will be a hit in our local market.

If you are a fan of small, local, cozy coffee shops, then you have found the hidden gem if the Gulf Coast. The staff was so warm and welcoming, and the closeness if this little, barely 200+ sqft shop is perfect for that personal customer attention vibe. You can find a place to sit inside, but not before 10 am....its one of those popular girls between opening and this times. Hahaha! There is also seating on the porch and a pergola area in the back.Now the coffee....FANTASTIC!!! Locally roasted beans, nitrogen brewed, creamy finish coffee, fantastic macchiato, and some seasonal offerings, you are bound to find something you love, and maybe a new combo of flavors you didnt know you love until trying it in this tiny place that has captured the heat of this Gulf Coast downtown community.I strongly urge everyone to visit this little gem and the family behind its operation. If youre stationed at Keesler or visiting the area, this is the coffee place you need to be going to. The wife and I have tried all the shops along the MS coast and this is not only the only one to do Nitro coffee, but they roast their own beans and have the best atmosphere to top it off.
