Don’t order online. Don’t walk inside. Go through the drive through line - I KNOW IT MIGHT LOOK LONG, but they prioritize the drive through line. The employees are working hard to move that line of cars.Ordered mine online and it took 39 minutes to receive. I watched over 24 cars go through the line from the time I arrived until the time my drink was ready.

Baristas are friendly, store is clean. Coffee and teas are available, but some how differ from other Starbucks in taste consistently. Free wifi is a plus when the whole town has no service!

Lately OS Starbucks has been messing up the drink orders. This one is by far the worst. I asked for a “light splash” of cream in my iced coffee and instead I got an iced heavy cream with a splash of coffee. This is the worst drink I’ve had from Starbucks. Not drinkable at all.

Id I can give 0 stars I would. I went and it was busy. No problem. I waited 35 minutes for a grande (since that the only size they had) for a caramel Frappuccino crunch. No Carmel in the cup, the Frappuccino taste like milk with ice, whip cream with caramel drizzle. My name was called and I said where is the couch, he then sprinkled it on the top and had the nerve to say we are extremely busy and didnt put it on there. I took a sip and was lost for words. I spent money and time on ice milk with a hint of caramel whip cream and crunch. Busy or not you still make the drinks right. If the drinks are done correctly people will not mind so much of the wait because it was worth the wait. I will not go back. Im just one person though. Thank you. I believe it was four people working and 2 managers.

I ordered ahead and asked for no cookie crumble on my frap. I cant eat the cookie crumbles because Im gluten-free. When I got my drink. It had cookie crumble on it. Other than get a lot of peoples orders wrong while I was there, I would have given more stars.

Quick service! They have never messed up my drink

I just wish the mobile orders would be ready when they say! Here I sit 10 min after my puck up time(18 min after ordering) and they havent started on my drinks!!! What is the point of Mobile orders if I am still waiting for over 20 min!! And the store is dirty, sticky floors and the mobile pick up area is covered in coffee splatter! Not to mention a staff that just ignores you.

They never have refreshers, it ridiculous the can go weeks with no products !!!

I have never had an issue besides long lines but thats the only Starbucks in the area. They provide great customer service. I always go early in the morning before work and the worker Melissa is always fast and friendly.

This is the only Starbucks near me and I will never go back. I waited inside line for 25 minutes. I watched every person that walked up to the register and pay before me and after me get their coffee and leave. I had a very simple order- coffee with caramel syrup and almond milk. When I asked the girl about it: she goes “oh yeah your next, I just got your ticket”. I told her there is no way you JUST got my ticket - look at the timestamp on it. Guess what when I finally got my coffee to go Guess What wasn’t on it! the ticket. LOL they know damn well that they let me sit there for 25 minutes waiting on a simple azz order.

Poor customer service. Incomplete order... I ordered a SF vanilla americano and did not receive the sf syrup. I contacted the store and while speaking with the shift manager I was informed that hat she could not help me because I was no longer in the store. I placed a mobile order and I needed to call customer service for assistance.

I just cant get enough. I gave 4 stars because many of them are pleasantly on point although its been several times that I have received the wrong order. And the label says what I ordered but I know its not my order because I order the same thing everytime. Caramel Macchiato hot Latte. I switched it up and decided to try something different this time(shown in the picture.)

Baristas here are always really friendly and willing to accommodate you! I’ve never had a wrong order here. I sometimes wish they would update their menu sign more frequently. The only thing I would say that is frustrating is that this particular location gets backed up pretty frequently and because of the layout you can get blocked into a parking spot by the people in line.

Okay so originally I had given this place a one star because of how they managed the in store line but they must have had a regime change because I took my sons other mom to get coffee and it was perfect. We had a great time and the secret menu drink they made was amazing!

My order here is NEVER correct UNLESS i just get a hot chocolate. i usually always have to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. Always very disappointing. I paid $8 for a coffee yesterday that was not even my order. It was something completely different but I had to get to work and didn’t have the time to wait. I will start taking out the time to go to D’Iberville because the service and products are much better and accurate.

Each time I go into this store is very disappointing. The morning crew is very unfriendly, you are never acknowledged by them when walking in. Starbucks is very busy in the morning but the staff knew this when they accepted the position. I can place a mobile order and it’s never ready when you arrive and after standing there knowing plenty of time was allowed you are no better off than walking in and ordering. You need to train them to smile and be grateful because customers make their paycheck.

Waited 40 minutes in drive thru. Coffee was not great either once we got them. Seems to have really gone down in service and quality the last several months.

I ordered skinny vanilla latte, hot. I got a latte, no sugar. Couldnt get back in line, wait was too long. If Im paying $5 for a coffee, it should be correct.

Horrible service. Instead of trying to prepare mass quantities they should focus on the quality of the product. Throwing the beverages together and keeping the line moving in not worth the customers having to come back because the drink in made wrong.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Ruined my whole day. Asked for a mango dragonfruit with green tea instead of water. Gave me an unsweetened green tea. How does that add up? Oh yeah it doesn’t!

Customer service, accuracy, and speed are things they need to improve on. I told the lady at the counter 3 times I wanted a caramel crunch. She put it in as a caramel frappuccino instead. When I went to grab my item it wasnt what I ordered and they had to remake mine. Waste of my time and it STILL wasnt the right item. they also dont make their customers keep 6-feet social distancing from each other. And allow one female to stand around acting as if she worked there but was lingering around with the customers.

Service is good. But consistency is not. I order the same thing and sometimes it just tastes like milk and no espresso.

These people charged my debit card three times for three different charges on four days within two weeks. After trying to call the number listed on google several times with no answer, I filed a complaint with corporate. Be careful paying with your debit cards, I only pay cash now

Ordered ahead on the app. They gave me the wrong coffee after sitting in the drive thru waiting to pick it up for 25 mins. I went inside to get the incorrect coffee replaced by what I had ordered. Another 20 mins goes by and No one is making my coffee!!! The boy lied to my face and said someone was! Completely unprofessional! So, I left, did I mention my child was in the car?! We won’t be back!

Love Starbucks! Especially the one off of Bienville St. In Ocean Springs, MS! Great customer service. Will remake your drink if incorrect with a smile. Atmosphere in the building is very clean and modern. Great place to have a business meeting. Large industrial farmhouse style wooden tables. They have a lot of outlets for computers and appropriate soothing music for either relaxation or studying for an exam!

I come here about 3x a week and I always am greeted with a smile! I do mobile orders mostly but it’s always hot and fresh when I come in and the barista Kylie is always on her game and always has a smile even when they are slammed!

The night window operator on 3/11 spent 20 minutes chatting with the car ahead if us then only made our drinks once we got to the window. Service is usually better.

There are Fruit Flies everywhere!! I am not exaggerating at all I can not work with out a one landing on my face. As I asked politely to take the trash out because this is where they are all hanging out. She said thank you for letting me know and then followed to short me about an 1/4 of coffee and that including whip cream. If this was a non expensive coffee house cool but its not I came here and paid 5$ for a very annoying experience.

Thank you! I’m located in New Mexico from the coast as of a year ago. We don’t have a corporate Starbucks here but can use our app and gain stars. So I often make mobile orders back to the coast for my kids and grandkids. My app was giving me fits and I called the store for help. I’m sorry i can’t remember the lady’s name but with her help I was able to get the app to function and my order was put through. While I love Starbucks coffee. I am not fond of the Ocean Springs location. I dont understand why youve hired baristas with bad attitudes who dont know what their doing with an ingredient list right on the cup! Every single time I go, they get a five ingredient coffee wrong! I wouldnt mind the mistakes, except when I tell them whats missing, they act like I ruined their whole week! Im nice about it, they should be nice about it.

Slowest drive through service Ive experienced at a Starbucks in a while. No apparent reason for it either. And no apology. The window cashier was just there. No smile. Just a human doing a job in a window. Weve all been there though so no judgement.
