This is a small store, but not small on customer service. Staff was very helpful and able to answer my questions.

I called in my order. The order was ready within an hour and the staff is always friendly.

I was at this location to select colors for the outside of my house, and I was not pleased at all. The color swatches didn’t seem organized by shade, and the poor lighting didn’t help either.The setting is very unproductive and not conducive to a good color selection for your needs, unlike the local depot or Lowe’s.Keep in mind that whatever Color you choose, it’s going to look very different on your house.I asked for help from two different representatives, and they just did not want to be bothered even though I was the only customer in the store at the time. They were not able to answer any of my basic questions. I will never be going back again to this location.

THE PERSONAL SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE COLOR CHOICES WERE UNLIMIED. IT MAKES MY DECORATING SO MUCH EASIER. A PAINT CHOICE FOR EVERY APPLICATION.

If you are decoratively challenged as I am, going to this store was certainly the right choice. I had just left Home Depot after the store clerk made me feel like a total idiot. In all fairness, she was pretty backed up at the counter. Still, I dont do well in color selection and John was amazing in explaining what I needed, matching the color selections I had brought with me from another vendor and advising me on which paint to buy. It was fairly close to closing and he was more than willing to stay and assist the 3 groups of customers who were in the store. It didnt hurt either that I hit a 30% off sale which made the price a whole lot better. Rest assured, you will get excellent customer service and a reliable product from this store!

We bought exterior paint for our brand new exterior door and side lights. I had used the Sherwin Williams trim paint on the inside of the door just fine; so we bought the exterior paint in a blue color we wanted also from Sherwin Williams. Well the paint was so crazy thick that it went on terrible and all uneven, and looks like a mess! So we tried a second coat, hoping that would fix the issue, but to no avail it looks the same horrible mess. We are very upset about it as we just spent all this money on the new entry way only to have this happen! I have no idea how to resolve this horrible mess it made, and reading on line about how to fix the issue I found others complaining of the same problem with Sherwin Williams paint and to now fix it is a very involved painstaking horrible process! I will never again buy their paints. I recommend Benjamin Moore!

This place was staffed with people who knew nothing. Even after 30% discounts came outrageously high. Dont waste your time there.

Friendly service, answered all questions and advised me to come back and talk to someone more experienced to answer a question that I had to which the employee did not know the answer. He did not try to fake knowledge and pointed me in the right direction and I appreciated the honesty.
