Purchased a 10 conduit but needed it cut to fit a project at home. No problem. New employee - first day on the job cut the pipe allowing me to fit it in my car and I was very pleased. I didnt get his name though. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I havent shopped in an Ace in a very long time, as there are fewer stores now than when I was younger, and being small stores, you just cant get everything youre looking for in one stop like the bigger box store hardware stores. But twice this week I found myself stopping by this Ace location only to find the items Ive searched all over town for, right here in one location. Both recent visits we were greeted multiple times and asked right away if we could be helped.Both times the employees knew what I was looking for and right where to find it. Smiling faces everywhere, and very knowledgeable staff.Ace really is the place for the helpful hardware folks.

Small store but has a little bit of everything. As soon as you walk thru door. They ask if you need help. Fair prices

I gave them two stars because they had the product I wanted. I took three away because I encountered four employees during my visit and only one was wearing a mask. I wont be shopping there in the future.

Old white manager (didnt care to speak to him to ask for a name) just when they opened up my brother and I walking in a store in full construction uniform right before work to buy a couple things we needed. The guy I previously mentioned seemed to follow us and asked multiple times what is it that we came in looking for, getting more aggressive every time even after we have told him what it is we wanted, he couldnt even help finding things.

Ace is always one of my favorites, this store is slightly small/cramped, but nonetheless is well stocked and very attentive but not encroaching staff, love browsing the loose/sell by the piece specialty hardware bins, they have stuff you didnt know you needed 😁🤔

They dont wear masks in this store. When asked they response is it is not required, it is a personal preference. If a customer asks they will put one on. Guess i will see if True Value has their employees mask up.

The Ace on CR200 in Ocala is hands down the friendliest most helpful hardware store anyplace. Ill never go anyplace else for hardware in Ocala.

Employees working the floor do not wear masks, and they dont even have the courtesy to ask if its ok to come right up next to you, two of them stood three inches from me, even when I mentioned it to them they had a condescending attitude. I wont return to this Ace location. If you have underlying health conditions, and are concerned about Covid, take your business elsewhere.

Every time I go to any Ace store I always have a great experience. The staff is so helpful. Its like going to an old fashion hardware store. Its Not always about price. The friendly service (with a smile) is addicting. I really recommend them.

Typical Ace Overpriced and overburdened with insignificant items, if you need a hammer or the like its fine in a pinch but for a few items or a decent size project the Depot will be about 20% less and offer installation.

I really enjoy shopping at Ace. The people there are friendly and extremely helpful. The only thing that keeps it from being five star is that its really small. Very crowded. Thats not all bad though because it makes it feel like a small town store.

Ace Hardware seems to be the place for true customer service that other places lack. When I needed help finding a difficult item I was looking for,I decided to try Ace. Well my search was over when I talked to a knowledgeable sales person at Ace that was very helpful. They were out of stock with that particular item but quickly called another Ace Hardware and found the item!Thank you Ace for all your help!

Ace Hardware on 200 is hey excellent hardware store the help there is very knowledgeable courteous and everybody is kind of store is clean Ive never not found the part that I was looking for there is always somebody there to help you even though you think you know everything now you dont but they do great store I dont go to those big chain stores anymore cuz they have plumbers working in the paint department they have shoe man working in Hardware they dont know nothing and what good parts could service go to Ace Hardware on 200

Very disappointed with the attitude of the folks on the phone in the store located on SR 200 and so happy speaking with Justin in Ace Hardware at Silver Springs. He acts like he really loves helping customers on the phone. The man in Ace Hardware on SR 200, in my opinion, acted like it was a great inconvenience to him that he was asked questions about a product that would have to be ordered unlike Justin who eagerly wanted to help with the process. Its somewhat out of my way, but Ace Hardware at Silver Springs will be getting my business as I feel they are customer friendly and deserve to receive the profits! 😊

I love the one in Framingham Massachusetts. The one in Ocala just as good very knowledgeable, friendly and very good selection might cost you a bit more. I dont mind because in the big box stores you have to go looking for people get help.

I went there for a few of the sales in the recent flyer. I found 1 tarp on the shelf advertised as 2/$3. The snarky woman in charge said I could buy the 1 for $1.50 but all the other ones were PRESOLD. I wasnt sure at first if her story was a joke or not because I had overheard her being sarcastic with the cashier and a man that was working there. Dont be surprised if you go to this store and cant find whats on sale.
