Our lithium battery is dead, it’s still under warranty and evolution in Ocala won’t help me, nor will evolution in California1) We bought it new from Mike’s golf carts in Venice Fl. who went out of business.2) I contacted evolution in CA who told me to contact the east coast evolution in Ocala Florida. Who referred me to an evolution dealer not far from me. However I was informed this evolution dealer wouldn’t be reimbursed from evolution for our new battery……even though it’s STILL under the two year warranty. That’s not fair to this dealer.3) Our lithium battery is confirmed to be dead, even though we have a 2 year warranty.4) When we were sold this golf cart at Mikes golf carts, the owner Mike told us “ this was an American made company based in Ontario California.” Last week when we had our first issue, I was told by the west coast evolution that the evolution golf carts are actually imported from China.5) These are the facts of what’s happened to us, it’s not liable if it’s true.6) It was suggested to me that I purchase another evolution lithium battery . Why would I spend another $2,000 for a new battery when it’s supposed to be under warranty? I just paid $7,000 for the golf cart in 2020! I don’t feel that is fair, because we are under the warranty period fair and square for several more months!7) We’d like to have evolution give us the battery that we’re entitled to have under warranty.8 ) I hope nobody in this evolution family runs into this issue, which is why I’m posting this.9) The sad part is, we were thinking of upgrading to a larger evolution golf cart, because we loved this one so much. Now we have lost trust, and we hope evolution will choose to make this right.

I am impressed with the new Lithium Battery System which is easily installed. The Lithium battery is in a single box and best of all it doesnt need water and last 4 times longer than the old lead acid batteries! I would not hesitate as a Dealership to purchase an entire fleet of Evolution Golf Carts with exceptional customer service and professional product support for parts, warranty and new orders.

Golf carts and accessories. Look like they were building them from the ground up. $20,000 for one... Wow! Nice little comfortable business tucked away back up in the business circle. Seemed well managed and the employees looked happy. I liked the experience being there. Very pleasant.

Brian Page did a phenomenal job explaining the details, benefits and features of EEVs line. I am confident that we will have a long lasting mutually rewarding relationship with Evolution. Not only will we be doing a service to the environment, but the long term comparisons of the competition proves that the upside of our purchases will pay economical, social and business dividends.We anticipate that cities and states will offer us more opportunities with the green friendly advantages we plan to place throughout the USA 🇺🇸.

Really great place! My company has been buying products from here for a few years now and every time the carts get better and better! They are constantly innovating and adapting new technology as well as implementing suggestions into the final product. I was highly impressed by this last batch of carts and the new features added to them! Also, Matt and his crew are always very diligent, hard at work building carts every time I visit and still manage to give Fantastic customer service! Keep up the Great work, Im excited to see what comes out next!

To many gadgets I am sure some people may like them but it is like a computer not a golf cart. Overkill and a lot of money I I would still rather have a new Yamaha.
