This is a busy truck stop. I leave 5 star reviews for places that are immaculate, which is why this gets 4. Not perfect, but good considering the volume of traffic they get daily. With that said I was satisfied here. Found parking (8pm). Shower was VERY clean. Coffee station well stocked. And the employees were kind.

Zero stars. Stopped for gas, paid at the pump, and got some Arbys drive thru. Had my credit card information compromised.

This was a very clean Pilot...and the staff and manager were very nice and respectful....

This place need people who really wants to work and love there jobs.Why are the edges of the walls so nasty and its inside the store it just take a wash cloth to keep it clean.Employee please dont use the towel that people use for showering I dont want a skin disease or even worst hepatitis c its spread in water ext .God have mercy love what u do and youll live betterAnd please put bleach in the showers it has black mildew and that alone is health hazard

Wow always stop here when i travel thru. I just had the worst gas staion experience of my life went into pay for gas to pumpand they wouldnt take my cash they said all self checks out now. so im at pump sixteen and push 16 and it was not lite up i asked for help it took at least 20 mins to get gas . ill be going to loves

Interesting stop with an Arbys connected and serves as the Greyhound bus stop too. They seem understaffed but probably only get business when the bus stop by so reason why limited.

This is a pilot that I dont thats like completely it just has too many things that just needs to get fixed and has 3 diesel pumps that are not working and it only has an Arbys inside to eat parking is comfortable and the gas pumps are also comfortable to go inside you can find out it has a greyhound stop ear which you can get a discount to eat now if you want to do a long stop thats not very recommended for that on the back of the parking lot theres a lot of spaces there that are pretty uncomfortable to get in so far inside of CAT Scale and thats about it

Why is prime parking spots way in the back of the parking lot????? Makes no sense. All the free spots are up front. But, I gotta pay money for a spot. And walk a half mile, to the store. To spend more money. Let the free parking be in the back. They should fire whoever came up with the brilliant idea. Guess I’ll flag this store. As don’t buy prime parking. And guess what??? No WiFi, ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK OF THE LOT PRIME PARKING. No surprise there. Bet the free parking. All the way in the front lot has WiFi. RIDICULOUS!!!

Place is fairly decent, atmosphere pleasant except this morning upon entry no usuaI welcome and as I approached the counter the associate walked away rambling on about a very proffesional topic for work in customer service putting her weave after looking directly at me.And was then audacious enough to call me rude 🤔🤔

I caught the Greyhound to and from Orlando to Pensacola this is one of the best stops. The restroom are always clean and stocked. Its not only a gas station it has a restaurant inside and they are always quick with getting your food out. I always find something there to bring home I love travel pillows and it seems they always have them on sale. I got one this last time for $10.99 plus tax it was a memory foam that was a great price.

After waiting an hour for my shower, they allowed another shower number to jump 2 of us. Because of handicap request shower. Then half the showers were empty while 4 of us waited for an hour.

Really clean bathroom, friendly counter people. Went in trying to find an audio book, and they had a great selection, including two non-fiction. Oh and there is an Arbys attached. Just wish truck stops had the home cooking like they did when I was a kid.

My family and I stop at this travel station whenever we pass through the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer a huge assortment of snacks and drinks and coffee is always fresh and hot. The Arbys restaurant, located inside the travel station, will satisfy any fast food cravings visitors may have. Restrooms are well maintained for a location that serves hundreds of people on a daily basis. Gas prices are competitive with other vendors.

Pilot Travel Centers always seem to have the best prices on gas, and great convenience stores with all the amenities. Bathrooms are usually large with no wait. This place was no exception. Good job!

Not a best place to gas but the avg. price of gas. The area is not the greatest. So hurry and get your gas. They do offer food item this does wide range and variety of items. Prices are reasonable compared to places. They have name brands and off brand. Service is not bad at all. Some time lines are little long. I do recommend coming here if you’re close by

Always convenient access and a good variety of items are offered. The have prices are reasonable and there are always available pumps. Their restaurant is good considering your at a truck stop. In fact better then some local places. If you live close to one and your washer or dryer break, their laundry area is always very clean with a television in close proximity.

Large selection of drinks, snacks, and other travel merchandise. The restrooms were clean and well organized. The Arbys inside had delicious food and great customer service. My absolute favorite part about the drink selection here are the flavored shots you can add to your drinks. Adding vanilla shots to Coke makes it taste just like Vanilla Coke.

Clean store and bathroom and the showers clean and a good water pressure. The employees had a great attitude the night shift and morning shift. I will be back 5 stars from me.

They have boiled peanuts! They have Gatorade at the fountain drink! My two main concerns when stopping at a convenience store. Good place, clean and well stocked. Good rest stop for all.

Cashier stopped the line to put tape on a torn dollar bill... When I asked her if she could do that later, she simply said no, she might forget it later...Then she continued to place tape on the dollar bill. She appeared to be mentally challenged, but after speaking to her I realized she just needs guest service training.

This is an All Purpose kind of establishment. It is not only a gas station and convenience store but also a truck stop, Greyhound station, restaurant and gift shop combined. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was very clean open and well lit. My only issue was the pick up/drop off for Greyhound passenger. There didnt appear to be a specific pick-up point and I was unable to find my friend but the staff help me locate her. ALL in all I was quite satisfied and would recommend this place for all your travel needs

Come here frequently its around the corner from where I work... The gas pump go slow as ever and you get that Confederate flag feeling with people staring at you even if youre in a government uniform because how dare you be Brown ... Go to the gas station across the street and especially if youre a person of color...the vibe will be the same ... but at least the gas pumps might pump faster

Most pilots are good. Coffee is strong, there are only 2 pilots that i will absolutely not stop in. Not bad, been to at least over 50 different ones

Excellent stop as always. Clean and friendly staff. Arbys inside is good quality and clean. I would recommend this stop because there are two Pilots right next to each other, making it easy to get off the freeway and park. I personally love this stop because it is easy to get to. Highly recommend!

Brand new, no room or good space for trucks and no food after 1700 hours. Didnt honor mobile app deals with false advertisement! Nice people though?

Easy access in and out. (As apposed to the other pilot and Mobil) quick and easy. Gas prices are competitive.

Regular stop for me almost weekly... clean and easy. Tip, dont try to exit the far east end of parking lot with big trucks, you will get stuck waiting.

Usually has the most inexpensive gas prices in the area. Has a nice restaurant for travelers. Can find a large array of delicious food to eat and beverages to drink. There are also lots of items to walk around and shop from. Have everything from TVs to Bible covers. Very busy establishment.

Cappuccino machine down, no hot food on the rollers. The bathroom was clean. They know buses and truckers stop there so why wouldnt they have some hot food.

Visited this place while on a layover from the Greyhound bus. They have a wide variety of things to choose from and the worker even scanned a few things without complaint. If I ever make it back to this area Id definitely go there again.

Amazing 24 hour Arbys that will insist on adding pump cheese to your order. Resist the pump cheese, for it is purely evil. They may add it without asking. Heed my cheesy tale.

Never go here!Attitude of employee working counter was total bull. I treated her like she was the customer, instead of the other way around. I yes maam and no maam please and thank you...she stared at me and used body langylan to convey to me that she hated me being there and wanted to make sure I knew it...could it be that I am a white guy with NJ State Trooper shirt and she wasnt white? I hope not, but it sure seemed obvious to me. Obviously I wont be back, especially with so many options in the same area...

That is a nice place to eat they got the wonderful food and you could also camp out there and you could go boat riding and also hiking so its a beautiful place way back in the woods and I love to go there again

Went there to use the restroom. I use the handicap stall because my hips give me a hard time to stand up. It was nice that there is a sink in the stall. It wouldve been much better if it didnt have a dirt scum on it. The sink was dirtier than the sink at a mechanics shop. Apparently the staff neglects to clean the handicap stall like they should.Yuck!

Looks like newly renovated showers, however, no shower curtain, the water runs the tile seems out the door where staff keeps a towel on the floor to soak up the water.

I often stop here when Im in the area. It is easy to access and always clean. I had some problems with the card reader in one of the pumps but the second pump finally worked. The Arbys had been remodeled and everyone was friendly and helpful.

I stop here because its convenient. Im disappointed they have $151 hold on my card until they process their charges and dont have a $1 hold like everyone else. The $151 hold is ridiculous for $15 gas I pump into my motorcycle.

One of the best travel centers, except for when the Greyhound buses stop in to unload and take on new passengers. Some of the passengers were just released from prison, so, if you see a Greyhound bus in the parking lot. Keep an eye on things or pass on by.

They need traffic lights there!!! The entrance and exits are a cluster with semis and cars in and out continuously all day. Surprised no one has been killed there.

This is The Greyhound Terminal also. I guess truckers come there because I saw a sign with an arrow that said SHOWERS. Idid not avail mysekf of a shower as I was squeaky clean and ready for my trip. They sell stuff from India there and I am going to get something next trip. Everyone is nice except for the Greyhound Ticket Master Supreme. Try to get a smile out of this jerk.

The fountain drinks are always watery, not enough syrup. While also being over carbonated, so they go flat quickly. This had been an issue for a couple years now
