Trying to get something fixed on a Saturday is next to impossible. My chair broke on Thursday night. I could not get to any repair place on Friday so Saturday was my only hope. I looked within 50 miles of my home for any place that was open on Saturday. DESPITE WHAT GOOGLE SAYS, it turns out that Mobility Express in Ocala is open by appointment only on Saturday. It was the only company that I could find that would work on on my chair Saturday. Mike, the technician, was very friendly and professional. Mine was not a complicated job but it had to be done by someone who knows wheelchairs – Mike knows and had my chair fixed in about 30 minutes. The hourly rate was nothing when compared to having a safe and solid chair again. I hope to do more business with Mobility Express in Ocala!

I never call anyone back after I buy something but Gabriel was very up front with me about everything and I felt like I had to. I really appreciate everything he did for me. Gabriel was extremely professional and went above and beyond the extra miles (literally) in finding a van to accommodate my daughters wheelchair needs. After learning our wants and needs, he was able to find us a van with all the bells and whistles we wanted along with what we needed in a wheelchair accessible van, at an affordable price. After shopping for a wheelchair van in the Ocala area, we are so happy and satisfied that we ended up with the team at Mobility Express. The place is very small inside looks likes it’s not well kept but the quality of products is nice. The salesman there is very pushy and very negative about other companies and is very condescending when you try to tell him what you think you need when he says no that’s not what you need you can’t handle that you need this and it’s a $6,000 dollar chair.

As we finalized our purchase, we met Fares, Daniel and Michele in NPR (which was closer to our home) who were also were very patient and professional. Ive spent my career in a family owned business and know the value of treating people with courtesy, honestly and respect. We would recommend both Mary in Ocala and the team in NPR without hesitation.

Mobility Express in Ocala, Florida was extremely helpful in locating a conversion van that meets my needs. They did not have a van in Ocala location and were very diligent at locating the van at their sister location. Thankgoodness I found this this company after talking to several others all over central Florida that were all very overpriced. I spoke to Joseph Rached who was very, very patient and completely answered each and every one of my questions about Scooters. I wanted and needed a Scooter that breaks down into pieces so that you can put it into the trunk of the car. He informed me about the Pride GoGo Traveler Series and he then explained in detail how they work and how they breakdown. He spent over an hour on the phone explaining this line of Scooters in intricate detail how they work from the lowest priced scooter the higher priced scooter and how each one is different from the other. I was VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PRICES.Much to my surprise I had received a price from a company in Orlando for the same exact Scooter for $1,400.00 more. Shame on that company.After speaking with Joseph, I decided to purchase a scooter, I explained to Joseph that I was unable to come to Ocala to pick it up for several days and then much to my surprise he advised me that THEY DELIVER, I live 35 miles from the company, well he delivered my scooter the same day. He brought it into my home fully assembled, he then spent another hour, or as long as I would have needed, explaining and showing me in detail how everything worked, how to break it down and how to put it back together. He was sure to ask me if I understood how everything worked before he left and he told me that if I had any questions to please call him. He was one of the nicest young men that I have dealt with in long time. This is a great company and he is a wonderful person. If I have any further mobility needs you can be assured I will be returning to this store.
