Ordered an Onion Cheeseteak Panini and got a panini with cheese and onion. Staff looked obliterated. Manager offered no refund for having to come back and get it remade. Customer service is a joke.

Love this location! I have spent a ton of money on their food because honestly for fast food its really good - and gas prices are usually pretty good too. Employees at this location are always very friendly and helpful and I have never had a bad experience here!

Why is it there is always plenty of flavored or specialty coffee but you are always out of regular? Wouldnt that tell you something??

Zach the lead associate made me the best looking and most tasteful panini I’ve ever had. As a previous Wawa associate I know it can get overwhelming when you’re 3+ pages back. Zach kept calm and didn’t rush orders. Very satisfied.

Favorite place to go after working late into the night. Always fast and friendly, even whilst dealing with totally awful customers.

They are always quick and friendly. Their smoothies are delicious, especially the blueberry pomegranate with yogurt! Yum!

Frozen coffee is almost as good as Dunkin, service is even better. Cashiers are friendly and smiling and make you feel welcome. All around a great store, great vibe, wish they were hiring!!

Had a great first visit to this Wawa in Ocala! They were smiling, communicating, place was clean, service was great. I asked for just egg and cheese on my biscuit and they made one fresh for me- delicious!! ❤️

The sign at the tables say thank you for not smoking. Not looking for gratitude, going to smoke there anyway. The food could be better, like Cuban sandwiches would be a groove.

The last two times I got a sandwich at this location I waited 15 minutes, the roll was dry, and it was made wrong

Stopped here around 3 am just got off work. Ordered 2 subs waited in line 10 minutes before a cashier showed up. When I got home I found that not only had they marked the subs wrong. But they had put the wrong toppings on the wrong sub. To make matters worse the spinach was wilted and had alot of brown black spots. The rest of the toppings on both subs was barely there.

Went to wawa and order a toatee bagel with cream cheese .. the literally gave me a cold bagel not toasted with cream cheese it was so disgusting .. they hardly ever get food orders right there .. go to a different wawa ..

Does not enforce mask wearing or face Coverings in store. Better practices needed for helping aid the public health effort against COVID-19.

I went there for lunch today and they were very busy yet they still found time to handwrite a note on my quesadilla box. Everyone smiled through their masks. And my quesadilla was delicious!

Fix the staffing issue you should never close the deli you are Wawa that is the only reason I go here unacceptable.

The air pumps were broken, I guess they have been for a while. Didnt know that until the tire went to 0 PSI and had to wait 90 minutes for someone to come air up the tire so I could leave. If they have been busted for some time, then it is beyond me why they hadnt fixed them sooner. Now I smell like an onion from sitting in the direct sunlight for over an hour.

This location is horrible. Closes for two hours during rush hour and air pump doesnt work.

So Im not sure whats wrong with Wawas employees or there phone lines. But even if its the phones there is no reason for them to talk to child the way they did tonight, when she was calling to ask a simple question. And they supposedly couldnt hear. But trust me she could hear them! Very disrespectful!

Please go to another Wawa. Went here around 1 and didn’t leave with my sandwich till 1:30 because the lady wanted to flirt with someone instead of working. There was no buffalo on my sandwich and the chicken was so wet it soaked through the bread. Won’t be returning here for my midnight cravings.

10-31-19 12:15pm Got the new Gobbler sandwich. What a disgusting mess. Sanwich completely covered in sauce. I tried to eat it but it was just nasty. Yuck!

My first experience and likely only experience ever at a Wawa. Midnight, Sunday before Memorial Day. Looking for a quick hotdog or sandwich. No hotdogs, and the sandwich counter had 18 customers waiting for one employee to frantically try to catch up. An impossibility when so tremendously understaffed. Not expecting a crowd on Memorial Day Weekend shows very poor management, and the repercussions of such a newbie mistake are upset customers (one said she had been waiting 25 minutes) sending customers away (like myself), but most importantly is creating an unhappy employee. Management needs to get its act together and learn that the cost of hiring an extra employee or two during a busy shift is far less than the cost of losing customers forever.

Id like to preface right off the bat, DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. It usually takes anywhere from 10-30 minutes to get food and/or coffee made, BUUTTTT to the super hardworking staffs credit, its always poppin no matter the time. Even at like 3 AM theres at least 15 cars in the parking lot. The food and the coffee is always well made and the staff is so friendly. My only real critique would be to have more people working at a time. It sucks seeing people complain about the wait time when its obvious the staff is doing their best and theres at least 12 people standing there before people even order. Im giving five stars because even though theres a wait, its inexpensive, made correctly, and the staff members have a great attitude.

Everytime i go at night and order from the dinner menu it always takes them 20 to 30 mins to get my order done. On the good note, i really love their hoagies and iced coffees!

I was treated with respect as the lady gas attendant marked my of JARRITOS TAMARIND 12.50 OZ. $1.49,and a FROZEN BEVERAGE 44 OZ. $1.99 - $1.40, it was a Sprite Slushie.I wasnt there for the Grand Opening,but I can suggest this store it has a warm atmosphere,it has ice for sale!It has Mexican soda to witch my favorite is JARRITOS TAMARIND,and I love the slushies although I was hoping for a Mountain Dew Slushies, but they have sluuuussssshhhiiieeess!!OKAY I got addicted to a Mountain Dew Slushie,but now Ill have to find a new Slushie!Ill miss you my Mountain Dew Slushie!!!Insert crying here(....)

Full of old retired Yankees looking over your shoulder commenting on your order. Touch screens were covered in smeared fingerprints. No overall menu to look at, had to search through folders on the touch screen. Felt disgusting to use. Never been to a Wawa before, probably never will again.

Love their over loaded subs and gas prices.
