Great place to buy guns and parts good selection

Had a boat built built by GTO a Few months ago and it is still the most Advanced and Fastest boat on the nature coast.I typically plow thru larger Gulf Waves and cross ground on low tide and this boat feels so smooth across chop. Ive driven 30 or so different airboats from the Industry leaders and this boat is tops... Would not use GTO for service again on my airboat. Took it in for minor service, oil change, rivets, small items. Was thinking around 500.00 all in..total bill, $1,500.00. Over $1,000.00 was labor. What a rip off.

Very knowledgeable sales staff. It was apparent that they loved airboats just as much as i do. Even after they learned i was seeking something they didnt have in stock, i was treated just the same as i was coming thru the front door. Great people. They have earned my future business.

They get 2 stars for being nice. I have a 2016 DiamondBack with a Water Thunder 418. I keep the boat in Cedar Key FL and was looking for the closest airboat builder to install a new Garmin, OX Box reduction, tune my prop, and perform a over all service. GTO was the closest airboat facility. The first red flag should have been they had never worked on a Water Thunder. They did not bother calling Dave at Water Thunder to ask what RPM the prop should have been tuned to instead they just assumed which was wrong. They installed the new OX Box reduction which Is a product they carry and install but did not tighten the bolts to the rigging. You have to trim the washers at the base of the reduction. This allowed my motor to jump up and break a weld.I texted a employee at GTO about the issues I was having and his initial response was lol. I then called upset and was told that GTO was having a hard time finding good employees and they would mail me a set of trimmed washers for me to install myself! When you first walk into GTOs and Cores awesome facility you see a sign that explains there shop hour rate which is premium and which I had no problem paying if I a received premium service, did I get premium service?
