I love my Kia. The guys there are pretty good for the service end which is where I go but as a woman its important to understand a bit about my car. I am one of the working poor so I watch every penny and I have to be somewhat aggressive about what really needs to be done vs. what can wait. Sales people always try to get you worried about things that may or may not be expedient. So, ladies try to learn and do what basics you can do, (I have to because no one here to help .) Get the stuff you cant do at the dealer.
My husband and I bought our daughter a brand new Telluride, the sales people were super nice and helpful 4 months later, the GPS navigation was fading in and out and maintenence light came on. We called for an appointment for service explaining her problem ( My daughter travels alot and was driving across the state on business) we wanted to make sure the car was safe for her to drive . The service department could have cared less, no friendly service, they said the GPS was fine no problem but it needed an oil change. That would be $65.00. Outrageous!!My husband left without the oil change. They did not check anything else out on the car. When we bought the car they said she could have a loner car while her car was being serviced.They said there were no loner cars available. My daughter lives in Miami and frequently drives to Central Florida to see us . We tried to get service appointments in Miami Perrine Kia, no luck, nobody answers the phone And your lucky if they speak English. Something needs to be done a bout the customer Service .
Awesome service. The maintenance team got my radio working again. When another Kia place told us it was unfixable and would be the cost of a new radio. Turns out it was a fuse that was blown. Thank you so so much Jenkins Kia.
This place is amazing the staff is very friendly and very accommodating we are very happy with our car that we got from them and all the hard work they did for us to be able to purchase a new car I would highly recommend this place
I been going there for a couple years, never had a problem, good service, decent price, like any other place if there is to much service traffic is going to take longer.
