My husband waited infront of the individual who was thought to be the the manager for 15 mins while he was on his cell phone only to find out at the end of he conversation he was talking to his girlfriend or wife. Plus the prices that where listed on the enter etc where higher than what was advertised. We traved 30 min out of or way to spend over $200 for piss poor service. That wont happen again.

They have an entire warehouse right there with a parts store out front. I went to get parts to fix all4 power windows in a 2002 Olds Alero. They had all the parts for that plus other stuff I needed for my car. One part was defective and we did a hassle free exchange just today. Overall I am pleased with Carquest.

I took part in explained what i needed, they wanted to sell enyire assembly, i said ok. waited nearly a week vosting me $350 a day for every day im off the road. came in layer than quoted and was only part of the assembly and not what i needed. I was wished good luck on finding it.
